  Sure to please!

  We could not have asked for a better caterer for my daughter's wedding! From start to finish they were professional, timely with communication, and helped me stay on track with things as well. The food is absolutely delicious and the guests spoke so highly of everything! We would definitely use Deep Run Roadhouse for any event in the future. They are popular...so book early! You will not be disappointed!

  Perfect for our wedding

  Deep Run Roadhouse provided excellent service. They had a clean looking set up and quickly served all of our guests. Everyone loved the food, especially.te Mac and cheese! They provided vegan and gluten free options as needed and helped us problem solve any questions we had regarding the amount of food/beverage needed. They even wrapped up the leftovers for us to bring home. Highly recommend!

  Just book them for your BBQ Wedding!!

  DRR catered our wedding on 6/8/24. They were punctual, professional, and knew what they were doing! I had a stress free day with them at my wedding! The bartender was also incredibly personable! She even took time to visit my wedding website so she knew what to expect. I was shocked (in a positive way!) it truly shows just how dedicated they are to their customers. From the taste testing to the day of, we couldn’t have asked for better people to work with! We also received lots of compliments on how well the food tasted!! Their sweet potatoes are to die for, but seriously, all of their food is delicious!! Stop here for your BBQ wedding menu!!

  We picked Deep Run Roadhouse for our wedding catering because their food was by far the best we tasted. Most wedding caterers have adequate food at best; Deep Run’s was terrific and tasted as delicious the day of as what we tasted at their restaurant. And for much cheaper than most wedding caterers, you can’t find better food for an incredible value than Deep Run Roadhouse!

  We couldn't recommend them enough!

  Deep Run Roadhouse was such a joy to work with for our wedding. From the initial informational meeting up through checking in after the wedding was over, they were always very kind, professional, and extremely accommodating. We still receive compliments from our wedding guests regarding the food and how incredibly delicious everything was. We could not recommend them enough!

  We booked Deep Run Roadhouse for our wedding and couldn't be happier with the choice we made. The food was incredible, they were super communicative the entire process and the whole staff was so amazing and helpful throughout the whole wedding day! We'd book them again in a heartbeat.

  Amazing food, amazing service

  We hired Deep Run Roadhouse for our wedding and it was the BEST decision we made!! They were incredibly helpful while picking out our menu and very thorough with details at our final walkthrough. On the wedding day, the staff was very professional and on top of everything. All 19 of our tables were fed through the buffet quickly with great portion sizes, and my husband and I were plated the second we sat down. The food was AMAZING, and we now have leftovers for days! Deep Run bussed the tables and kept the venue tidy from cocktail hour all the way until the night was over. I cannot recommend them enough to cater your wedding!!

  They made things very easy. The tasting was extremely well done and they show you all the set up options as well. All the people we dealt with were very pleasant to work with. The food was fantastic. Everyone raved about it so it was an absolute hit with our guests.

  Deep Run Roadhouse was our best vendor. We absolutely loved working with them. Starting at the tasting to the actual event, they were always there to support us. Their communication, dedication, and support never went unnoticed. Our guests were VERY pleased with the food and several asked where it was from.   Deep Run provided excellent food and service! Our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food. They were very flexible and even provided separate gluten free dishes for our gluten free guests. I highly recommend using Deep Run as a wedding caterer.

  Deep Run Roadhouse was the caterer at my husband & I’s September wedding and they were absolutely amazing! From the tasting to wedding day they were incredible to work with. Kevin helped us at our tasting to make our selections and since it was buffet style, we were afraid we may run out of food but he reassured us that we would have plenty and he was absolutely right!   We LOVED working with Deep Run Roadhouse! Kevin and Emerson and their team were seriously so amazing. From start to finish they delivered and have the BEST BBQ. Our guests were raving about the entire dinner experience and we are so happy with everything. DRR is extremely easy to communicate with. We communicated predominantly via email but they are so responsive and kind. They even came out to our venue for our 30 day pre wedding meeting, which we really appreciated. Thank you again, you guys made this process seamless and you are so kind and easy to work with!! We will be back for lunch!!!

  The food was great quality and the servers were professional and friendly. We really appreciated how they brought trays of appetizers out to the bridal party while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. The Deep Run employees knew more about the venue than the venue employees themselves.   Deep Run Roadhouse is one of the best caterers in RVA! You will definitely not find any better barbeque-styled food than theirs. We used Deep Run for our rehearsal dinner and it was perfect.   Stop looking!! This is the best caterer for BBQ in Virginia! The food is amazing and the staff is so kind and thoughtful! We hired DRR for our daughter's wedding and we are so happy we did.   Best Vendor Ever

  Hands down the best vendor we worked with through our whole wedding process. These folks were professional, responsive, and genuinely kind and friendly. Not only did they cater the reception, they also provided food for cocktail hour and staffed the bar. They went above and beyond in helping us plan for our event and required zero management.

  Paul and the entire team at DRR were amazing from start to finish!! From our first inquiry, to our tasting (which was incredible and the best barbecue I have tasted in a LONG time), to the day of our wedding, everything was so smooth and incredibly easy. I'm a wedding photographer myself and they are by far the easiest and most communicative caterer I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Their email responsiveness is truly next level. I have a myriad of food allergies (as did a few other guests) and DRR was incredibly accommodating to make sure we all had something we could eat!
  
  Deep Run's kindness, professionalism and dedication to making sure your wedding is flawless will not leave you disappointed. Everyone still comments to us how delicious our food was and how they took home all the leftovers they could!! 1000/10 would recommend them to any and EVERYONE I meet!!

I have a myriad of food allergies (as did a few other guests) and DRR was incredibly accommodating to make sure we all had something we could eat!
  
  Deep Run's kindness, professionalism and dedication to making sure your wedding is flawless will not leave you disappointed. Everyone still comments to us how delicious our food was and how they took home all the leftovers they could!! 1000/10 would recommend them to any and EVERYONE I meet!!
  
  Thank you DRR for making our guests feel at home during our special day and for caring so well for us as a couple. We love you all and can't wait to visit you again in person!
