  Fabulous Venue

  My son was married at Deer Ridge at Lexington in May of 2023, and every single detail from the beginning of the planning to picking up the day after, was handled with care! My husband and I were extremely pleased with the high-quality level of professionalism and attention to every single detail. If you have not visited Deer Ridge at Lexington, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour! Angela is a gem to work with!

  Deer Ridge at Lexington is THE BEST

  My husband and I got married at Deer Ridge at Lexington in September 2022 and we absolutely could not recommend it enough! Angela is amazing through the entire process. If we wanted something, she helped us make it happen and really tailored our experience to us. She is super communicative and if we needed anything, we could always call or text and she was there for us.
  We were initially worried about lodging and catering for the area, because we live a few hours away and there is not much in Bedford, but she provided us a booklet [that she made herself!] with local vendors and vendors that had been used in the past and we were completely set. All of our guests found places to stay nearby and we took FULL advantage of the attached lodge for our bridal party, which was AMAZING! It was so nice to be able to get ready right there and not worry about anyone getting lost or not being on time.
  We had originally planned for an outdoor wedding, but due to weather, we had to move inside and although I was hesitant, Angela put me at ease and made sure the inside ceremony was just as beautiful as outside. Overall, we truly had such a blast and we could not have done it without Angela, her staff, and Deer Ridge at Lexington.

  Love this venue

  I got married here in July of 2022. I cannot speak enough on how amazing my day was, and how awesome the owners are! First, the place is absolutely gorgeous! I asked so many questions, and Angela was there to answer all of them in a timely manner! They were always very open and up front about prices. Overall, it was the perfect place for my husband and I to get married with all 300+ guests. We have a crazy big family, and they accommodated so well for us! The lodge is gorgeous and great for a place to get ready and stay! I know they were adding on so many more features for the future to make it even better!

  The perfect day

  Not only is this venue absolutely beautiful but the owners want to ensure your day is perfect and they did just that! We loved having the lodge right there with the venue as well. It made the day go smoothly. We got ready there, had the ceremony and reception there, then the wedding party was able to stay the night which made the next day of clean up a breeze! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

  Not only is this venue absolutely beautiful but the owners want to ensure your day is perfect and they did just that! We loved having the lodge right there with the venue as well.   Amazing experience overall!

  Deer Ridge at Lexington provided an amazing experience for our 2021 wedding despite many barriers due to the COVID pandemic. Angela is the absolute best in making your visions come to life & helping in any way possible with anything you may need! It was great having everything in one area & having the attached lodge to get ready & stay the night of the wedding. I highly recommend Deer Ridge at Lexington. It is a stunning venue with many accommodations there on site!

  The BEST Venue in Southern Iowa!

  Planning a wedding is not always the smoothest process, however choosing Deer Ridge at Lexington was the best & easiest decision we made.
  The reception space is beautiful, modern, spacious and versatile. We loved that we weren't stuck with one aesthetic. We could make the space our own and our wedding wouldn't look like every else's before us. The grounds around the venue space has been landscaped beautifully as well.
  The attached Lodge is absolutely gorgeous! Our family and wedding party stayed there the night of our wedding and the bridal party used it for getting ready the day of which made everything so easy and convenient. Angela has made that space incredibly luxurious yet very comfortable. It was the biggest selling point for us when looking for a wedding venue in SW Iowa.
  We also utilized the on site ceremony option as well as renting the Annex for the myself and my husband to stay on our wedding night. Again, the grounds are absolutely gorgeous and made for incredible first look photos. The Annex is very private, comfortable and, again, beautifully decorated.
  I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for wedding options in this area. Angela & John have paid meticulous attention to every single detail and are wonderful about staying in touch with their clients addressing any questions or concerns. The accommodations are fabulous and there is absolutely nothing comparable within a few hundred miles. I am so thankful we booked Deer Ridge at Lexington for the most important day of our lives.

  Perfect Venue

  We were the first to use this fabulous facility. The owners were absolutely fabulous to work with. This venue is absolutely fabulous-beautifully laid out with great views, outdoor space and very elegant attached bridal suite! I highly recommend this venue.

  Wedding reception venue

  We could have not asked for a better place to have our wedding reception. Absolutely beautiful venue. We loved getting to utilize the suite and pavilion as well for all of our wedding festivities. The owners are so helpful with making decisions and making sure that our day was stress free!! It felt like a little weekend get away right here in Southwest Iowa! 100% recommended!!
