Delectables has been great to work with from the beginning. Janice was a huge help and always available to answer any questions I had or make any changes I needed to make. The food was amazing, my family is still raving about the quality of the food and the sit down service. Everyone knows the bride and groom barely have any time to eat and Delectables took this into consideration. They saved some of our hors d'oeuvres from cocktail hour and brought it to us to eat. Everything went smoothly, cannot recommend them enough! -

Delectables catering catered our wedding in April and they were AMAZING!
Janice was very helpful from the very beginning. She helped create the perfect package for us for a great price! the food was absolutely delicious! We had seated dinner , dual plate (steak, chicken, 2 sides, and salad) Everyone loved it! We did 2 tastings before the wedding and that went great as well.
The servers and bartenders were super nice, friendly and professional!
Highly recommend Delectables Catering!! 10/10😊

Contracted with Delectables for our daughter and son-in-laws 11/26/2022 wedding. Can't recommend Delectables Catering enough! They were outstanding in both service and food quality. Our guests raved about the food from the seafood appetizers served pass around style through the beef and chicken buffet meal service for our 100 guests. They even went beyond expectations and handled special meals for our 3 young guests with severe egg allergies so the kids could enjoy a special dinner! LOVED the service by Delectables throughout the planning to wedding experience. You won't regret using them! -

My husband and I had the good fortune of having Delectables cater our wedding reception in May of 2022 at Nova 535 in St. Pete. I am so glad we did! Having yummy food was one of our top priorities for our party, and Delectables knocked it out of the park. The food was delicious and we got so many compliments on it! We went with the Tropical Nights menu, and found it was the perfect option to appeal to our guests (about a quarter of whom were Nigerian and the remainder American). We worked with Gabrielle throughout the planning phase. She was very professional and responsive, and made the whole process so easy. Delectables was one of the preferred vendors at Nova 535, so the venue and catering teams communicated and worked together seamlessly and required very little from us. They also worked closely with our cake baker (Cakes by Corey) and offered us free cake cutting which was awesome. I highly recommend Delectables! -

This place was great Janice was so easy to work with and get in contact with I changed my guest count multiple times and she was always happy to help update it. The food was so good and came out hot I even had my guests after the wedding talking about how much they enjoyed it. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I picked delectables to cater the wedding. -

The Best Wedding Caterers!
My partner and I couldn't have been more impressed with Delectables! Janice and Laurie were an absolute pleasure to work with. They walked us through each and every step, made recommendations, and answered any and all questions promptly. We had around 120 guests with hors d'oeurvres (beggar's purses, croustades, mushroom caps, asparagus crepes) and a plated dinner (eggplant rollatini, chicken boursin, filet mignon chasseur) with a salad (caprese salad) and starch side (duchess potatoes). They also took care of ALL linens which made the setup coordination a breeze. It's been over two months since our wedding and our family and friends are STILL bringing up how delicious the food was and how wonderful the service was! Everyone at Delectables had such a positive and professional attitude and it made the planning process seamless and exciting. I highly, highly, highly recommend them! Kerri Sent on 11/12/2012Delectables is amazing! They just catered my wedding this past weekend at the Lange Farm in Dade City. The food was amazing, everyone was thrilled with the choices!
The cocktail hour was amazing. The Reuben bites were definitely my favorite! Even one of the waitresses came out to give my husband and I food while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour.
The dinner was amazing the filet and chicken combo was definitely a hit with everyone. The staff even asked us when we wanted to have our dinner brought out to us, or if we needed anything warmer.
I cannot say enough about how friendly the waitstaff was, everyone was so helpful and would do anything to help out! I even had a waitress help fix my bustle on my dress after it broke. All the little things the wait staff did was amazing!
I would definitely recommend Delectables to anyone!!

We worked with Janice to customize our dinner to work for our families. We were able to do 1/2 portions of chicken and steak for our meals that helped us in our wedding planning because we only had to ask our guests whether they had allergies/dietary restrictions instead of asking for meal choices from our 120 guests. The staff were the friendliest we've ever encountered at a wedding and they even saved us a couple of massive plates full of the hors d'oeuvres from the cocktail hour that we missed because of photos. My husband's family is Italian from Pittsburgh so we had a cookie table set up that the serving staff made sure was replenished throughout the night. Whatever ideas you have for your wedding menu and other treats, Delectables can make it happen! Guests kept coming up to us and complimenting the food all night. -

They say the food is one of the things guests will remember most about your wedding….if that is true, then I had one of the most memorable weddings ever! I can’t even count how many times I was told “this is the best food I have ever had at a wedding”! In addition to creating a menu of glorious goodies, Janice and her team at Delectables were incredibly friendly, responsive, accommodating, and very professional. Any time I ever need catering for anything, I know exactly where I will go first! -

Everyone LOVED the food! We served the chicken and waffles, seafood shooters, bruschetta, and strawberry cream cheese things as starters and honestly, which we could’ve had a meal just of those! Everyone was screaming and “yum”ing and they were DELICIOUS! Then at dinner we served braised beef and jerk chicken which also was amazing! Everyone that we have spoken to cleaned their plate and absolutely was impressed with the food! So yum! -

Delectables is by far our favorite caterer for large events. Janice is the most patient person and so knowledgable! We really enjoyed the food (so did our guests!) at our wedding, the decor is excellent, timely, personable, food options are wonderful and Delectables was amazing in catering to our needs of several food intolerances, dietary needs and preferences of our guests. Love it and would always choose Delectables again! (Side Note: their chicken Boursin dish is THE best!) -

We used delectables for our wedding and our guests raved about the food! We also thought it was delicious and I appreciated the staff had a plate of food waiting for us at our table right as we walked into our reception! They were very easy to work with and the communication was great the whole way through. They have a large selection to choose from and many different plate options, stations, desserts etc. I highly recommend them and we will use them for future events! -

Delectables was a pleasure to work with. They were flexible, accommodating, and affordable, and the food was great! The servers also made sure my groom and I were well taken care of. I couldn't recommend this company enough!
