Sarah was absolutely amazing. A true professional with the best attitude and personality for the job. She is so detailed in the planning process and thinks of everything possible. She is caring and checks on every single person involved in the wedding to ensure they are doing okay and if they need anything. She is so sweet and has great advice on wedding vendors, wedding tips/tricks, and wedding advice. The day went absolutely perfectly and smoothly. I had no idea if anything was or did go wrong because she was on top of everything and I wasn’t stressed or upset about anything not being perfect or going as planned. I couldn’t believe how perfectly everything went. Sarah and her team were simply the best and I’m so happy to have found her and had her for my wedding planning and wedding day. I can’t put into words how grateful I am for her. She makes you feel so important and comfortable and you just instantly trust her with everything. -

Stunning! Best piece of mind😇
We had the pleasure of working with Sarah to help organize and plan our big day. I knew Sarah was a perfect fit from our first call. I absolutely loved planning our wedding and Sarah had recommendations for the best of the best vendors. We seriously had an amazing vendor team who made my dream wedding come true. Sarah was attentive, timely, extremely organized, and thinks of everything to make the day run smoothly. There was so much more to planning than I ever imagined once I heard her check list. She thinks of the little details so you don’t have to. Sarah made me feel like a priority and every interaction was positive and had me feeling ready to say “I do”. The day of, Sarah was the main contact and her and her colleague decorated, managed all vendors, and packed up and put away little goodies for us. The only thing my husband and I had to do on the day was go relax and take everything in. Delegating does not come easy to me, but I felt so at easy with handing everything off. When I first saw our reception tent, it blew me away. Every detail was perfect and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. If you are looking for an event planner I highly recommend Delilah Events. It was truly such an amazing experience, and I don’t think I would have enjoyed my big day as much without their help. Thank you Sarah and Delilah team! It was such a dream! 💕 -

Both my husband and I lived out of state while we were planning our wedding in Colorado and we simply could not have done it and would not have even wanted to do the whole process over again unless we had Sarah from Delilah Wedding Planning by our side. She was EVERYTHING and more. It seemed like she worked around the clock for us - whenever we needed her she was available, prompt, professional, energetic, excited about our upcoming day, and nothing ever seemed to faze her. Through all the changes my vision took, she seamlessly transitioned whatever I needed to match the vision. She helped with everything - finding and recommending vendors, communicating with vendors (she sent all the "following up with you e-mails" so I never had to send a single one!) keeping us updated on all things budget related with a helpful online platform, creating our timeline, and SO much more. Everyone recommends getting a wedding planner for day-of coordination (very important) but we LOVED having Sarah throughout our entire process, and absolutely needed her. The best part, if I could pick one, was that I didn't answer a single question from anyone on the day of my wedding. I didn't worry about a single detail because I had so much trust in Sarah (for good reason) - and everything went perfectly. She and her team (Mikayla) handled every single detail on my big day and I didn't worry about a thing - it was glorious! I wish we could rate this at 10 stars! We were so incredibly blown away by how amazing Sarah and her team were in orchestrating all aspects of a 3-day wedding event, every last detail.
First we felt so lucky to randomly find Delilah on The Knot with little knowledge on how to select someone. We had instant rapport and it was clear that Sarah was experienced. We started to relax and could sense we were in good hands.
Second Sarah had a cadre of vendors with whom she was familiar but never pushed any one on us. She’d give us 3-4 options, we’d check them out, provide some feedback and select someone and then she was on it to make sure we were on track with them. (Btw, we loved all of the vendors we used and can’t wait to do other things with them.)
Next we set out a vision and the kind of wedding we wanted. She had an opinion when we needed one, a positive comment and excitement when we needed a little confidence builder. I always felt that she was in our corner. Now some 4 weeks after the wedding she is still checking on us and any outstanding items.
Overall we felt cared for, heard and had her competent leadership to guide us throughout. And oh my goodness, there are so many details to be managed and she never made us feel overwhelmed. She unfolded the activities at a pace and urgency that made sure we stayed on track without passing along the stress.
We feel so lucky to have found Sarah. We think she’s the best you can find. She and her team are amazing and I can’t wait for you to have the same incredible experience that we had! -

I genuinely don’t know what I would’ve done without Delilah Events coordinating my wedding day! Sarah is so organized, communicative, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. I honestly felt like she was as excited for my wedding day as I was, and she made the planning process so much more enjoyable/less stressful. The day of the wedding my husband and I did not have to worry about a thing because Sarah handled every last detail - she made sure our giant wedding party knew where to be/what to do, she set up our centerpieces/other decor items, and she kept our timeline on track the entire day. She also helped coordinate tear down/loading our parents cars with decor, leftover food, wedding cards/gifts, etc which allowed us to continue enjoying our night. If you are on the fence about whether or not you need to spend money on a wedding coordinator, trust me when I say that Sarah and her team are worth every penny and more! -

We had the pleasure of working with Sarah and her Team planning our late August wedding. After about a year of attempting to plan on my own I realized we needed outside help, specifically day of coordination. We contacted Sarah about 3 months before our wedding and we were very lucky she was available. She set up an initial meeting with us, and from the beginning was so detail oriented. She helped us create our entire timeline for a stress free day. She thought of so many things that I would have never come up with on my own. We never felt overwhelmed and above all she was organized. She even helped us find a new photographer when we discovered ours had double booked 3 weeks before the wedding. The day of her team took care of so many things and kept constant track of the timeline, we so very appreciate her help. We would very much recommend Sarah and her Team. Thank you Sarah! -

We originally hired Sarah way back in 2019 with the hopes of getting married in the summer of 2020. She did an excellent job helping us prepare for the big day, kept us calm as the world slowly fell apart at the seems, and finally helped start the whole process over again for the summer of 2021. Her business was new when we started working with her, but you would never know it from her professionalism and wealth of knowledge from day one. There was never a detail that she overlooked or problem she couldn't solve, all while being a joy to work with. I would say she can plan everything but the weather of your big day but since that worked out perfectly for us, she may have had a hand in that too. Look no further if you want to take the stress out of planning your wedding! -
