  Hiring Delmar Events was the best decision!!

  If we could leave Heather 10 stars for each category, we would. Let me start by saying that she was recommended to us by the Director of Catering at the Beverly Hills hotel-- so you know she is legit! But she's not snooty or any of the negative terms you might associate with a 5-star hotel, quite the opposite! Heather is warm, kind, has a great sense of humor, and so excited to help make your dreams a reality.
  
  When we met Heather we only had our venue, and that was it. She guided us through selecting all the vendors, reading through their contracts, and making sure everything was locking in ahead of time. She is extremely organized and detail-oriented; we had regular check-ins and worked out of a massive spreadsheet. Heather is great about pacing the decision-making so that it's not overwhelming (I get decision fatigue easily, so this was huge for me).
  
  Our wedding went off without a hitch. All the vendors were coordinated flawlessly, guests + wedding party were in the right places at the right times, and we just got to enjoy our wedding. Honestly, if something went wrong, we had no idea, because it wasn't our problem.
  
  We interviewed multiple planners (some who wanted to charge double the money for less than what we got with Delmar Events), and Heather was a clear standout. I highly recommend you do the same!

  Highly recommend for stress-free wedding!

  Thanks to Heather, my husband and I had the most perfect, stress-free wedding, and we couldn’t wait to recommend her to anyone else looking for a wedding coordinator. Heather was the fourth coordinator who I interviewed, and it was immediately clear to me that she was on the ball, trustworthy, and professional. We hired her as a month-of-coordinator to make sure everything ran smoothly leading up to and during the big day, and she exceeded our expectations. Heather is incredibly organized and a great communicator, and she asked all of the right questions so that I could literally turn my brain off. I was never left worrying about any details because Heather had everything covered. I didn’t want to give my family or wedding party any duties, so Heather was the one running the show from start to finish. During the wedding, everything was punctual and calm, and I didnt have to check the time or my phone once. Heather went well beyond her duties several times, such as creating a beautiful seating chart, contacting UberEats headquarters regarding the cake delivery, and keeping me hydrated during our pre-ceremony photos. By anticipating our every need, Heather made sure my husband and I had no responsibilities and could be present for every moment of our wedding day.

  The absolute best

  Heather!!!!! She is the best wedding planner! Amazingly 'organized to the T.' The wedding was absolutely perfect and ran so smoothly, all thanks to Heather's months of detailed planning with us. She really went above and beyond, with such responsiveness, attention to detail, and friendly personality. Day of she and her team kicked ass! Thank you so much Heather, we are forever greatful.

  We love Heather from Delmar Events!

  We are so happy that we hired Heather as our wedding planner. Because of COVID-19, our planning process was complicated. Heather was supportive and helpful throughout it all. She is extremely organized and thinks of everything. She was quick to respond anytime we had a question or needed to talk through something. I was so relieved when she came on board and took over our vendor communications, timeline creation and all the other details she handled. My whole family loved working with her and commented on how great she was. I am going to recommend her to every LA bride I know from now on!

  Heather is a gift to couples. From our first meeting, through post-wedding follow-up, Heather far exceeded our expectations.
  We first met Heather while attending a friend's wedding. My wife and I were very impressed at how she was facilitating such a beautiful event. It was clear to us that Heather and her team were the gold standards of day-of coordination.
  
  COVID brought unique challenges to planning a wedding. Delmare events went above and beyond for us. Heather does more than her due diligence; she cares about couples having their best day. Our wedding day was perfect; I would only change how fast it went by.

  Delmar Events & Heather Are THE BEST!

  Heather Freedman is the absolute best wedding planner my wife Debbie and I could ever ask for. Let me share a little bit more about our story, and how Heather came to the rescue!
  
  I know we're not the only ones, but our wedding was impacted by COVID-19. We were originally set to get married on November 7, 2020 and we had booked a venue, chosen our caterer, secured a photographer, and booked a DJ. Our plans changed and we had to cancel everything. It was upsetting for my wife and I and we were left scrambling to find a new wedding venue, coordinate existing and new vendors, and plan a wedding from scratch, for a second time.
  
  We needed help.. It's overwhelming enough to plan a wedding once.. but twice (and almost three times)...we needed help. And we are so glad we called Heather.
  
  Heather is the nicest, most thoughtful, creative and organized wedding planner you can find out there.. we are sure of it. She worked with us to find the perfect venue, she kept us organized along the way, and through it all, she kept an incredible attitude. We had so many questions, and Heather never had a problem answering any of them. She is so knowledgeable, so helpful, and so incredibly organized.

  As amazing as it gets!

  I'm not sure what we did to deserve Heather! Talk about someone being meant for a profession. She puts her heart and soul into making sure couples have everything they need for an amazing wedding day. Every interaction was not only easy but enjoyable. She's a lovely human being that's always on her A game. I genuinely miss our regular correspondence because of her down to earth, comforting personality. From the small details that never crossed our minds to the big picture of what a wedding represents, Heather cares and is there every step of the way. She listened to our concerns, was able to troubleshoot when necessary and did everything in her power to make the process as pleasant as possible. While nothing is perfect, our day was pretty close and we owe much of that to Heather and her amazing team! Ash and I can't thank you enough!

  Best Money Ever Spent

  Heather and her team were by far the best money spent on our wedding, if not ever (and that is not an insincere exaggeration). When we first started this journey my husband was skeptical of the need for a coordinator, but by the end he wasn't sure how we would have done it without her. Her organizational skills and attention to detail were on another level and exceeded all expectations. Multiple vendors at our event commented that it was by far the most well coordinated wedding that they had ever been a part of. Heather thoroughly answered any and all questions we had, typically by the next day, always kept us in the loop both with her schedule and critical items for the wedding, and provided some of the best recommendations to truly make our wedding memorable. She even helped my husband pull off an epic surprise dance on the beach (and surprising me is no easy task) where she never once let it slip, even through multiple timeline revisions. Our big day simply would not have been what is was without her. We were fully confident in her taking the reins on the timeline and working through all the logistics with the various vendors and knew that should issues arise the day of, which inevitably they did, that she would handle them with the utmost professional to have the least amount of impact on us. This was extremely valuable as it allowed us to be fully present in the moment. Outside of the work aspect, Heather is also just a genuine pure joy of a person. Her upbeat and fun attitude was always on display (especially when she joined in the dancing at the end of the night) and we are so happy to have gotten to know her. We cannot thank her enough and would, without a doubt, recommend her to every single couple getting married.

  Writing a review for Heather Freedman and Delmar Events is a bittersweet feeling, because it means our time working together is at an end (for now). It’s hard to accurately put into words how incredible and indispensable Heather and her staff were for us at our wedding, but I’ll try.
  
  We hired Heather for day-of coordinator services, and it was the single best decision we made in planning our wedding. I was initially skeptical of even needing a day-of wedding coordinator since we were doing the planning ourselves, but I’m happy to say from the other side of the wedding that we would have been *completely* lost without her, and our wedding wouldn’t have been nearly as outstanding as it was. We’d happily pay double to have her on our team again.
  
  Heather makes “day-of” coordinating anything but day-of. Three months prior to our wedding date, she made herself available for any of our questions or needs. She was highly proactive in sending us reminders for things to get done and ideas for how to solve issues we were having but hadn’t even asked her about yet. I thought that since we were doing most of the planning and hiring of vendors ourselves, we had the brunt of the work on our shoulders. I now know how laughably naive I was. Heather’s meticulous organization helped us realize we hadn’t addressed at least half of the questions our event ultimately required answers to. If she hadn’t guided us through the process with her poignant checklists and spreadsheets, parts of our wedding simply would not have happened.
  
  The event itself was perfect, Heather and her team were amazing! There were some curveballs thrown, but Heather had backup plans and contingencies for it all. She made it look easy, and it definitely wasn't.
  
  Ultimately, we came away from the wedding feeling thankful. Thankful to Heather for getting us organized, for fighting for us like we were her own kin, and for making our dream wedding come true. We can't recommend her enough.
