    Very polite and helpful staff! We all love Jasmine Ocampo! She handled everything so professionally! We got a call from the groom side that there's gonna be an additional 100 people showing up besides the ones promised THE NIGHT BEFORE THE ACTUAL EVENT!! We were all stressing out but jasmine made the arrangement thank god she was there! She handled everything go easily and patiently!! Thank you a lot jasmine and all the other staff!

    Sandee and Jamal were excellent to work with. I was one of those brides with a very busy schedule. I didn't have the time to be able to see all the details through. I had to rely on my vendors to provide me with what I had invisioned. They went beyond that. The service was great, the food was excellent, and the staff was very professional. I would highly recommend this venue.

    Chris and I had a nice wedding at the Marriott in Ontario. The staff on the day of the wedding was great and fun, Sandy was great and attentive to me, as a bride with my belongings, that was very sweet. As well as the staff on the day of the wedding, serving the food was great and attentive, making us feel special on our day and taking care of our belongings. The food was delicious and the room was decorated nice. The Honeymoon suit was nice for us.

    Me and my husband had our reception for our wedding here at the radisson. The sales and catering rep that helped us through the whole process was very nice, polite and patient, however, he is a little slow in responding back to emails/calls and there were times i had to show up just to talk to someone. But overall, he was on top of everything and i know he would listen or read my messages when we would meet. The hotel also offered us a complimentary suite for the night of our reception with a champagne bottle which was very nice an comfortable as well as free breakfast in the morning which we did not get to enjoy because we were rushing back home): However, the day of our reception, the entire hotel was very warm, i guess their AC had broken and was being fixed during our event. One of the receptionists told us the hotel was in the process of switching out their AC system to a new one so it was understandable. By the end of the night, i didnt really even notice the heat as i was dancing and running around, and honestly, what else do you expect when you 240+ guests dancing in one room. Overall, my guests loved the reception and the dinner and kept telling me and my husband how beautiful and fun the reception was!

    Robbed of computer and iphone while in room sleeping!!!! Called front desk from room, no answer after many calls. Had to go to front desk because no one answered. Informed receptionist who did not even care, had to beg for her to call police repeatedly, she was reluctant to do anything. Filed police report with zero help from hotel. Took almost two hours for "management" to come to room. Negligent management doesn't return calls, nor protects their guests. No security cameras anywhere except for front desk, no security staff. Haven't been able to get a return phone call after leaving many voicemails for weeks now from management. Broken doors, roaches everywhere, dirty rooms. Stay away!!! Finally received email instead of phone call from "management" stating that the incident wasn't their problem and to follow up with the the police. WOW!!
