  Day of Coordination/Set-Up and Clean-Up

  Stephanie was AMAZING! I could not have survived the planning process or the wedding day without her. I paid for Day of Ceremony and Reception coordination as well as Set Up and Clean Up, but she helped me so much even before the big day. She answered a million questions, helped me make decisions when I was indecisive, contacted vendors who weren't answering me and the list goes on. She is 100% worth it and more! I had the best day EVER! She takes care of everything!!

  Highly recommend Designing Memories and Shannon

  My wife found Designing Memories in Berks County Living Magazine shortly after we got engaged and we are so happy she did. It was one of those chance encounters in life that really work out. We wanted to have a large wedding at our house and Shannon immediately came out to meet with us. We took her out to the area where we wanted to have it and showed her the area. She immediately took on the challenge of hosting a wedding on our property with 0 infrastructure in place. She was able to answer all questions we had, and answered all emails/phone calls promptly. Unfortunately we had to postpone our wedding twice because of Covid, Shannon was right there for us each time. Leading up to the wedding, she prepared the itinerary and made sure all of our vendors were in place. We knew we were prepared as long as we had Shannon. On the date of the wedding, Shannon was at our home way in advance. She was able to take over directing for me which was a huge help. I knew once Shannon was there that I could relax and enjoy the day. Our wedding ran very smoothly and a great time was had by all. Shannon (and her team) stayed the entire time and made sure everything was on track. I am very, very happy with having Shannon running our wedding. After the wedding, our guests continue to talk about how great it was and how well it was planned. We would highly, highly recommend Designing Memories.

  Stephanie is the BEST

  Stephanie was SO nice and attentive, she was seriously the best. I never felt worried, she always had an answer for all my questions. She was available for emailing and calling, and made sure to keep in touch with us as well, especially once the wedding became a lot closer. All my guests had such nice things to say about her too! They said they never saw a wedding planner/coordinator so active and polite. Love her!!

  Absolutely amazing

  Willa Atoms was our day-of coordinator and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did. We hired her last minute and she did an absolutely amazing job jumping in head first coordinating with the vendors before the big day and the day of. Her professionalism, organization, and most importantly, composure, amidst chaos and stress was everything we could have asked for. Not to mention she did a fantastic job bringing our vision to life. Would absolutely recommend her!!

  Above and Beyond!

  I could not have asked for a better experience with Designing Memories! They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations- they allowed me to just give them my decorations and do whatever they thought best and boy did they deliver! I highly highly recommend them, my venue had a day of coordinator, and my venue did have a list of things they would decorate but I designed to hire them anyways and I’m so grateful I did! If you’re in the fence, DO IT!

  Best money spent

  I could not be more thankful that my now husband and I booked designing memories to be a part of our big day. Stephanie went above and beyond to help us with every tiny detail. She was always willing to give me advice, help me with ideas and answer my millions of questions. I can honestly say hiring her was the best money we spent on our wedding day. I don’t know what we would have done without her, and I can say for certain she was my calm on my big day. If you’re looking for a day of coordinator, a wedding planner, or even just advice, I HIGHLY recommend you reach out to designing memories. You won’t regret it!

  Excellent Service!

  Shannon, Maureen, Stephanie, and the rest of the Designing Memories team were an amazing group to work with! Shannon was our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything turned out the way I had envisioned. There were a few obstacles day of that she handled easily and effortlessly. I would recommend working with their team.

  Stephanie and the Designing Memories are what dreams are made of. These guys are true pros. My husband and I were planning our wedding from afar working full-time++ jobs and really needed someone who could keep things rolling, help us make decisions and make sure we had everything in place for a seamless wedding day. We will be forever grateful for the Designing Memories team. Stephanie asks the right questions. She makes an effort to really understand her clients and their needs and desires. She is hilarious, personable and professional. She is detail-oriented in the way you need your wedding planner to be without be annoying or overwhelming. She gets stuff done. She makes you feel like you’re in good hands. I do PR and organize lots of events for a living and was worried that I’d spend my wedding day obsessing over logistics rather than enjoying the day, which is one of the many reasons we hired Stephanie. She was a lifesaver and made our wedding day a beautiful, well-organized experience that I was truly relaxed for. And it wasn’t just Stephanie- her team is amazing, hardworking and super talented. Everyone should hire Designing Memories! Worth every penny and a steal.

  Hiring stephanie and the Designing memories team was the best money spent. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day, and neither did our mothers; which was a priority for us. From the early planning stages to the execution day of, everything was perfect. We couldn't recommend them more :)

  Stephanie helped me with my daughters shower and it was an unique wedding shower that had many wonderful and fun things planned for the bride to be, family and friends. Stephanie used her years of party planning knowledge and wedding insight to help make this day very special for everyone! Thanks for all you have done to help make this a great day!

  I highly recommend Stephanie Engle of Designing Memories. She was the coordinator for my bridal shower as well as for my wedding. She had a lot of good suggestions and was able to answer all of my (and my Maid of Honor's) questions. Stephanie has a great personality; she is personable and sincere. I felt that she really cared about me and being there for me on my day. I especially appreciated that Stephanie seemed to notice all the good things about me and my planning. Every bride needs someone like Stephanie in her corner. The price was right and I got more than my money's worth!

I know there's no way I could have done it so flawlessly on my own! Designing Memories is great for anyone who's busy and feels overwhelmed by the thought of planning a whole wedding on their own.
