Owner Vivian Baldwin called us herself and had multiple hourly conversations to help steer us in the right direction and retrieve the needed information about our preferences to create the perfect family focused wedding day experience we desired. She coordinated all details with the vendors and made sure our day ran smoothly so that we could enjoy our friends and family without worrying about the day’s details. I would highly recommend Vivian and her team to future brides and grooms. 🤗

  Exceptional service!

  Lady Vye made sure our wedding day was beautiful and as stress free as possible. I am not a planner at all so I knew I wanted someone I could share my thoughts with and let them throw it all together and that is absolutely what she did. I shared the colors we wanted and some centerpiece ideas I found in Pintrest and she ran with it. I didn't see what she had planned until the day of and she surpassed our expectations. Not only was it beautiful, but her timeline was impeccable. All my other vendors were impressed with her. I highly recommend Lady Vye to anyone looking to plan their wedding or any special occasion. She will not disappoint.

  Vivian coordinated my daughter's wedding. She came to our aid after our first planner disappeared a month before the wedding. Vivian took our desperate situation and turned it in to the most beautiful wedding day. She worked diligently and had us back on track within a week. I have only high praises for Vivian and her staff - very professional, courteous, great communicator and very detail oriented. The ceremony and reception were at different locations, and Vivian coordinated the two with ease. Highly recommend!

  Last minute miracle

  We hired the Designs By Lady Vye team a month before our wedding after having to drop our original planner due to unforeseen circumstances. She was essentially starting from scratch to build our vision and had to help us hire a florist, bartender, and all rental needs as our previous coordinator was supposed to handle all of it.
  She worked so many late nights helping us pull everything together and trying to make the process as painless as possible as my husband and I were also moving to a different state while this was happening. Everything came together seamlessly for the day, and we heard so many complements of her work from guests that had no idea she wasn't our original planner. I highly recommend this team for any event you may have, as they work tirelessly to make your dream possible. I couldn't imagine a better outcome for our day.

  Made my day so easy!

  Vivian was fantastic! I cannot speak her praises enough. We didn’t book her until a few days before our wedding so it was definitely a tougher job for her but she made it seem so easy! We got to completely enjoy our day and didn’t have to worry about a thing!

From our first meeting I knew she was the one. She gave me personal attention and she never let me down no matter what I wanted she was their even at the last minute when I wanted something. She always has a smile on her face and her spirit is sooo joyful and that is what you need around you when you are planning a wedding.

  I cannot imagine my wedding without Designs by Lady Vye. Viviane came HIGHLY recommended by a vendor we already knew and trusted at a time when we desperately needed help in the planning process and we felt an incredible weight lifted by having her. The level of professionalism and expertise was unmatched. She was timely, communicative, patient, and super sweet. She went above and beyond with her support, because that's just her character. Absolutely worth it and you will not be disappointed.
