Let me tell you how these flowers took my wedding from pretty to Absolutely STUNNING. First, meeting and sitting down with Libby and explaining/showing my vision to her was the best experience. She is so personable and you can tell she really cares about making your dreams come true. She took notes, asked questions, offered her expert opinions, it was great all around! When they showed up with the flowers and floral pieces on wedding day my jaw dropped at how stunning they were. My bouquet was everything I wanted, and more! I would absolutely recommend and use them again! -

I wish I had photos that really showed off the artistry of the incredible flowers for our home wedding. l literally got teary when I saw how beautiful everything looked. Libby and Suzanne listened carefully and worked with incredible color and texture, and were so flexible even day of as they decorated the space. And the pricing was wonderful. Honestly, I wish I’d had them do more… the flowers were just that beautiful! A lovely experience and a lovely product (and they were very kind to a jittery bride). -

We were so happy with the beautiful arrangements provided by Libby and the help of her mom, too! I enjoyed meeting with these fun ladies and they brought my visions to life. I enjoyed the planning process and Libby was so quick to get back to me with any questions or additions I had. I wanted to post some pictures because the arrangements were so beautiful. She was also totally understanding of us paying for our own wedding and helped us to save some money while also making sure we had plenty of beautiful flowers throughout the venue. This mom & daughter florist was a pleasure to use for our wedding on Sunday 07/11/2021. If you want personal one on one attention this duo is for you!!! Not only will they work with you on any size budget (small or big) they listen to the details of exactly what you want for your special day and they deliver on that promise. Our flowers were exactly as we discussed them to be. We were extremely happy with this florist and would highly recommend them any day of the week. -

Gorgeous flowers at a great price
I'm so glad I went with Abbey Rose Floral Artistry for my wedding! Libby and Suzanne were SO knowledgeable, accommodating, and knew exactly the vision I was going for. They were great at communicating with me and made everything so easy. And the flowers turned out GORGEOUS the day of the wedding. The best part was the price- it was so affordable. I wanted beautiful flowers for my wedding but couldn't stomach the crazy price tag I was seeing at other places. We had a fall wedding and it was very easy to work with Abbey Rose to plan our arrangements. They had a lot of great ideas and I trusted their expertise. I absolutely loved all of my flowers, they did an absolutely wonderful job. -

I am not a flower person, so I had no idea what I really wanted or what to expect. I had "pinned" some pictures of things I saw online that I liked, but none of them were really what I envisioned for my wedding. However, Libby had lots of good suggestions based on the pictures I was able to show her and from my vague description of what I had in mind. She exceeded my expectations in keeping things affordable. When I saw the flowers at the church for the first time, they were more beautiful than I had imagined! Anyone getting married in the Mint Hill, NC area owes it to themselves to contact Abbey Rose Floral Artistry. They will be glad they did! -

At first I was a little worried and I will admit I doubted their professionalism because it was a smaller shop.
Oh my the day of the wedding I was blown away ! the flowers were BEAUTIFUL! I had the most beautiful flowers. A week later and my flowers are alive. Libby and her mother are super sweet and I loved how they saw my vision and encouraged me not to give up on what I had going. Thank you for making my day so special.
FYI great prices compared to other places in Charlotte. I probably saved over 500. -

Wrist corsages fell apart before we left church!
50th Anniversary Party.
Flowers at church were beautiful couldn’t see them up close though. Parents were gifted bud vases on each table at reception, unexpected and beautiful. Thank you for that. Head table flower spread was beautiful also. Having said all that, when the courier dropped off the flowers at the house the orchids were already getting brown. Unreal. Wrist corsages fell apart before we left church! My mother was devastated! Used pins the church gave us to fix it. 2 of 3 boutineirres (sp?) came without pins REALLY?? Had to get pins from the church. My mother’s corsage fell apart again at the reception. Sue was so casual about it, wanted to take the pin from my brother, gave her mine instead. Ridiculous, Sue then ended up pinning it to my mothers dress. WHAT is the point of a wrist corsage if you’re going to put it on her dress. My mother was furious! By the end of the night even the boutineirres were a mess. Sooooo disappointed. Very unprofessional. Wish we wouldn’t have invited them and DEFINITELY wish we never hired them.

First let me address Marie’s “average” rating for our flexibility and responsiveness. All of the personal flowers were supposed to be delivered to the church along with the altar arrangements in Concord. Our courier was in Concord when Mrs. Incammisa (Marie’s Mother) called my personal phone asking if we could deliver to the house in Huntersville instead. We immediately called the courier and were able accommodated that request. The courier charges us an Extra fee but we never asked for the Incammisa‘s to pay it instead we absorbed the cost.
I won’t dispute that the pins were left off the boutonnières. This party was right after the Hurricane, we didn’t have electricity and we were working by flashlight and candlelight. The owner apologized, Marie seemed ok with it at the time. It was a detail that is not normally overlooked. No excuses on that other that we’re human.
We attended the reception. As soon as Marie saw the owner at the reception, she told her about her Mother’s wrist corsage falling off the base. Having attended the party and seeing it personally, in my opinion the Orchids were not bruised until after the dancing started but NO corsage or flower could withstand the amount of dancing and activity that happened at the party. For Marie to say there was a lack of professionalism is simply untrue. Sue was very attentive in helping Mrs. Incammisa, spending several minutes trying to find a way to reattach the corsage and make Mrs. Incammisa happy. I even went in search for something to help reattach it. The last thing we wanted was for them to be disappointed. Mrs. Incammisa seemed please by how Sue handled it because she thanked her and continued on dancing and dancing and dancing! The corsage did fall off the base again which at that point Sue suggested that it be pinned on the dress.
The family didn't seem angry or disappointed. (They never contacted us after the party. This is the first time that we’re hearing about our “unprofessionalism” or that they hold us in a negative light.) The family was nothing but polite and welcoming to us while we were there, Marie even asked me to join the conga line when it passed by. I saw Mrs. Incammisa well after the corsage issue, she hugged us and thanked us for coming. At the reception, it was mentioned that the 4 of us (Marie, Mrs. Incammisa, Sue and I) have to get together for lunch soon so we can celebrate Sue and Marie’s Birthday. Not a behavior I would expect from someone who was mad or disappointed.
I’m sorry that Marie has a sour taste in her mouth, I wish she had tried to contact us to try to work something out. I’m sorry that 1 wrist corsage outweighs the beautiful altar arrangements, the gorgeous head table arrangement and cake flowers she purchased and plus the 10 FREE bud vases that we provided as a gift. I guess that proves the adage of “no good deed goes unpunished”.
