  The Coordinator You Need

  Working with detail to design was the perfect experience for our wedding. Ashley was very responsive and checked in frequently through the wedding planning process. She was able to help us seamlessly navigate a few bumps in the road with vendors and a last minute rain flip need. The team was able to take the vision of our design and execute it flawlessly. Our goal was to enjoy the day without the stress of coordinating or burdening family with set up needs, and the detail to design team made that happen.

  Wonderful, helpful, great, attentive, stress free

  Detail and design is a wonderful choice if you’re on the hunt for a wedding planner! I used Ashlee and Samantha for my wedding and it was honestly the best choice I made during my whole wedding process and was worth every cent! Ashlee and Samantha take their time to get your exact vision for your wedding come to life. I gave Ashlee and Samantha my basic vision and they made it spectacular. My wedding was absolutely beautiful! Not only was my wedding beautifully decorated but everything went smoothly and according to plan! I didn’t have to stress one bit knowing I had them! They handle things and get it done and get it done with class and grace. I would 100 percent recommend detail and design to help with your big day, they are worth it!

  Working with Detail & Design Event Company was a dream!

  Detail & Design Event Company has flow. Ashlee and Samantha, and their stellar team of coordinators and vendors do what they say they are going to do. They went to bat for us in negotiations with other vendors. They deftly organized and planned our wedding celebration on a 5-month timeline in a manner that was enjoyable to be around. And they gave us breathing room to discover for ourselves some of the nuts and bolts to hosting a large multi-day event and were always on the ready to field questions and concerns, as well as charge forward on any task needed. Their event day execution was excellent-- every risk was managed, every detail was considered and beautifully rendered. We happily look forward to working with them again to plan future special events throughout our lives!

  Detailed & Designed perfectly

  Detail & Design did not disappoint! Ashlee and Samantha showed up promptly to assist with several events with an energy and personality that helped each event start on a positive note.
  Ashlee had her planner in hand with the notes and details needed to keep us on schedule for the day. Samantha was there with an eye for design that helped us make decisions that made each event a beautiful vision. We knew we had no worries for how things would look or how the events would run. Ashlee and Samantha provided that extra special touch that many do not provide. These two worked together so well and kept us at ease thru each event. Can’t imagine a better team. I will definitely book them again for future events.

  The ladies of detail and design went above and beyond throughout our entire experience with them. Ashlee, Samantha and Rachel took our vision and made sure everything we wanted happened and everything went smoothly. They were such a delight to work with and made sure any of our hiccups we encountered were taken care of flawlessly. We traveled from
  Florida for our wedding at Childress Vineyards and coordinating everything out of state they helped make it all happen. We can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator! They are beyond words exceptional and a wonderful team to work with. Thank you Ashlee, Samantha and Rachel !!

  I cannot say enough about Ashlee!! Every detail was picture perfect. It was quite a task to put everything together but she did it. Ashlee took care of everything! The entire event was flawless.

  My wedding day was truly the best day ever thanks to all the help and assistance from Ashlee with Detail and Design Event Company!!! She was there for every step of my wedding planning process journey from helping with florals, helping all my design dreams come to life with day of set-up, and going above and beyond to help clean up after our big day!! Not to mention, she is so personable and professional to work with both as an anxious bride and all my vendors were so complimentary of all her efforts. I cannot recommend this company enough for wedding coordination and planning!

  Our wedding reception 2022

  Ashlee assisted us with our wedding reception and we couldn’t have been more pleased. She met with us and immediately set up a time line and went over details even we didn’t know we needed. She assisted us with making sure we had the right set up, perfect decorations, an accurate amount of food and drinks (and so much more), and she drew up an outline of where everything would look it’s best.
  She spent plenty of time with us to prepare for the event and sent daily texts to help us stay on track. On the day of the reception she arrived early and helped get everything set up, she was present and active with helping during the reception which allowed for my husband and I to enjoy our special day. Ashlee thought of everything and we were very impressed with her professionalism and keen eye for detail. We couldn’t have had the wonderful reception we did without her. We felt very blessed and would highly recommend her to other couples.
