  Natalie is an ANGEL! 🥰🤍💍

  Natalie is the most incredible wedding planner in the world. I quite literally feel in debt to this wonderful lady. She absolutely KILLED every aspect of our wedding. Not only was she always there for us at the drop of a hat, but she genuinely cared for our mental wellbeing throughout the entire process. She was organized, poised, funny & she had our backs when times got stressful. I could sing her praises all day long. We LOVE Natalie and would recommend her services to anyone who is fortunate enough to cross paths with her. She truly gave us our dream wedding. 🤍💍

  Responsive, creative, great value -- Hire Natalie!

  Natalie Voytac was an ideal wedding planner for the Amelia Island area. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of local vendors and venues, and knows every trick to make your day uniquely memorable. She was always very responsive for planning calls, fully managed a few last minute crises, and enabled my vision while helping me budget appropriately. Natalie was a linchpin in our lifelong memories and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!

  Great Wedding Planner

  As a first time MOB, I really needed a great guide to bring my daughter’s wedding vision to life.
  Natalie was wonderful! We worked very well together and she helped immensely in coordinating everything for a long distance wedding. Everything turned out better than expected!

  Details Event planning was terrific!!!!

  I hired Natalie for my daughter’s wedding based on a recommendation from my neighbor who used Natalie for their daughter’s wedding. As an event planner myself, I did the legwork of hiring all the vendors, created the vision and knew what I wanted. I hired Natalie for the month prior to the wedding and the day of, as weddings are not my event of choice. Plus I wanted to enjoy the day!!
  
  Natalie was ON IT!!! She reviewed all the contracts, created the timeline for rehearsal dinner and wedding day. She arrived prepared always, on time, with all the answers and a cool head. Nothing ruffled Natalie’s feathers! And be of all, we are neighbors and now friends! Use her. You will not be disappointed!!

  Natalie is a wedding planner warrior

  We had an awesome wedding for my Daughter and it was thanks to Natalie and her incredible communication skills and ability to make prompt and important decisions that me or my daughter did not have time to do. She is a Boss Lady of sure, I highly recommend her to any future brides, or mothers of the Brides!!

  Do Yourself a Favor

  I was overwhelmed trying to plan my wedding until I found Natalie. She made the planning process seem easy and even enjoyable. I was so much more relaxed on our wedding day knowing she was handling everything. Do yourself a favor and hire Natalie!

  Natalie saved the day!

  Natalie was an excellent planner!! I originally wanted her for just the day of the wedding planning, however, she proved to be so valuable and knowledgeable and helpful, she wound up helping me for the month prior and the Sunday brunch after the wedding! From the seating chart to the sign in table, photographs, and direction before, during, and after the ceremony.
  
  She was polite, made great suggestions. She was always eager to help and was very flexible. We communicated via text, email, and phone call.

Musicians, caterers, set-up, photographers, decorating, and the DJ….she instructed and supervised all of this. During the reception, she even had to coach the DJ into the correct, requested music.

  Natalie is very well-connected to potential vendors, which is helpful when trying to make decisions. She made me feel very comfortable and stress free on my wedding day. I really thought I'd be stressing about little things on my wedding day, but with Natalie around I didn't have to worry about anything except being in the moment and enjoying our day!

  Natalie is EVERYTHING you need.

  Oh where to begin. I will preface this by saying that I didn't truly understand what a wedding planner/coordinator does. I went into this feeling so overwhelmed until I saw Natalie do her thing. She coordinated the rehearsal and made sure to go through it a few times so I could see. She went through the line up and helped make changes where necessary. There were moments when a different plan would make sense and listening to her is the best thing I did. Now, on to the day of. I was a ball of many emotions let me tell you. Natalie was there every time to ensure me everything was okay. She even gave me a granola bar she stashed away for herself. Every direction I had for set up was done beyond my expectations. I knew that while she was there, there was nothing I needed to worry about aside from what the day truly stands for. The fact that I had guests telling me after how wonderful she was speaks for itself. I highly recommend Details Event Design. Thank you Natalie from the bottom of my heart for everything.

After my first meeting with Natalie I was put at ease that this was going to go fine and completely confident that this timeline was doable. Right away she gave me connections with the best vendors that cover every catagory of wedding. Through the process anytime I had a question she made herself available if not by phone then by email. This made the process so much less stressful. On the 30 walk through, rehearsal, and the day of she was on time and on point not missing a single detail. The day of my wedding I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing because Natalie handled it all. If your getting married and aren’t sure if you want a planner? Get Natalie and I promise it will be the best decision you ever make. She was an absolute dream to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married ever.

She was SO helpful from helping us choose the perfect venue to building an incredible group of vendors. She took care of so many big and small details even after the wedding was over. Her services are a MUST, and she is worth every penny! Not only is she incredible at planning weddings/events, but she is also SO much fun to be around.   Best Wedding Planner Ever

  I cannot recommend Natalie enough, at least 2 of the bridesmaids were heard to say that they wished she had been their planner! She was incredibly organized, she thought of everything, even the smallest details, to make for a truly beautiful and memorable wedding day that was stress free for the bride and the entire bridal party. She was so thoughtful and so incredibly pleasant to work with. Choose Natalie and you will be guaranteed a wonderful wedding day.

She gave us so many helpful suggestions and followed up with all our vendors the week of the wedding. As the mother of the bride, Natalie took all the stress out of the week of the wedding and wedding day so we could focus on enjoying this special time with our family and friends. She is the BEST!

  Natalie was a joy to work with

  After booking several vendors ourselves, my mom and I decided we needed professional help. We ended up getting Natalie's month of coordination service and it was probably the best money we spent. Natalie made our lives so much easier as the wedding approached. She was always responsive and her experience and knowledge of the industry showed at every moment as she guided us to the finish line. She helped us develop a timeline and finalized scheduling with all our vendors. To top it all off, during the wedding day she was made sure my husband and I got our signature drinks and appetizers while we did photography! Can't say enough good things!

Natalie helped us plan our small, family oriented wedding DURING the COVID-19 pandemic and went above and beyond our expectations. This was my first time using an event planner and Natalie was amazing. She was super responsive, anticipated questions I didn't even know I needed to ask and was overall very positive, flexible and supportive throughout the entire wedding planning process.   I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Natalie. Originally I didn't want a wedding coordinator, but I am SO glad we decided to hire Details Event Design. From our very first phone consultation, I knew we made the right choice. Right away, she started asking questions that we hadn't even thought of! From start to finish, she was there making sure everything was taken care of and covered. She kept in touch with all of our vendors, and I truly didn't have to lift a finger on our wedding day.   Super Professional and Knowledgeable

  I hired Details Event Design to help plan my wife's 40th birthday party, and she and I both were very pleased with the outcome. The owner, Natalie was extremely knowledgeable about local caterers and entertainment. The decor was great, and I even stayed under the budget I gave her. 5 stars!

  Natalie is a miracle worker!

  I came to Natalie is a panic, I didn't feel like I was making any progress with wedding planning due to being extremely busy with school. Natalie was a pleasure to work with and made everything go so smooth. She is beyond professional and sweet to boot!

  Our Son's Wedding
