The BEST in Miami
Details Miami were exceptional throughout the whole process of my daughter's wedding. The Wedding Day was just spectacular and beautiful. (Stress Free!) Details Miami gave us the most fabulous and amazing memory for a lifetime. -

Our wedding would not have been possible without Patsy and Adriana from Details Miami. They were attentive, responsive, honest, creative and their connections were extremely helpful. They were there every step of the way and made our wedding planning experience enjoyable and stress-free. The day of the wedding there was absolutely nothing for us to be stressed about and everything was taken care of. Adriana executed our wedding vision flawlessly, listening to all our needs and always making the event prep and day-of needs feel absolutely effortless.
While we worked with her specifically for day-of-coordination needs, she goes above and beyond to give advice in the planning process and steps in to wrangle all the final vendor coordination and timeline details weeks before the event which helps take a huge weight of stress off.
All vendors knew where they needed to be and when and knew who was their go-to every step of the way allowing me to fully enjoy wedding week + the evening.
All around amazing person to work with for any event! -

Patsy was incredible! To start, she helped me find the right vendors for every detail and get them booked right away, including photography/videography, florals, music/DJ/band, makeup & hair, even a coffee cart (which was a guest favortie!) and any other upgrades along the way that made our event unique. Every single vendor she recommended provided us top-notch product and service.
The coordination was seamless! Patsy also took care of all the back and forth emails, and coordinated calls with each and every vendor to ensure they knew when to arrive, how to set up, and what to expect… making sure your day goes off without a hitch!
Patsy also provided invaluable advice on how to properly divide our budget and allocate more money towards the things that really matter to you and less on those that don't.
For all the above reasons, she made my wedding planning process easy and stress free!
Most importantly, Patsy’s professionalism, kindness and attention to detail is unmatched. During the pre-planning process she quickly made it easy for me to trust she had everything covered, and during the day of the event, she make quick moves behind the scenes to make sure all we had to worry about was enjoying our special day - after all it only happens once! From suggesting we start 15 min sooner than planned to avoid the rainfall (which couldn’t have been more precise), to bringing my husband his favorite cocktail at the start of our reception, and making sure I had comfy shoes to swap out of when my feet needed a break.. She has every detail covered and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day!

Patsy was the most amazing wedding coordinator I could have ever had. She though of every little thing, made sure we were up to date with deadlines and made sure my wedding was a perfect experience. Even up to lending me her sneakers so that I could dance comfortably on the dance floor! Her and Adriana are the sweetest and make you feel like you’re their family. I can’t begin to thank them enough for such a beautiful day. -

Working with Patsy was such a great experience. She was extremely responsive and attentive and was with us every step of the way. Not only did she make herself available to attend many of our vendor meetings, but she also made everything feel so effortless the week of the wedding. She always made us feel extremely confident that she had everything taken care of and delivered. She made a very stressful experience much more manageable and would highly recommend her and Adriana for any event. -

How much space do I have to write my review? I can go on and on discussing how incredibly amazing Patsy Rico and the Details Miami team are. I hired Patsy 11 months prior to my May 2021 wedding and she was there for me every step of the way. She took this lost little lamb attempting to plan a wedding during a pandemic and guided me all the way to my perfect big day. She was always available for calls, texts and in-person meetings including visiting the florist, the venue for the tasting, the rehearsal at the church, etc.
On the big day, Patsy’s perfectly crafted timeline was executed flawlessly. She was in touch with all my vendors the week of the wedding and everything went so smoothly. I’ll never forget the moment before I walked down the aisle with my Dad and Patsy reminded me to “take a breath, soak in the moment and hold your flowers down.” Her assistant Mel was a huge help as well organizing all of our hora loca props, lighting countless candles and making sure everything went off without a hitch.
A true testament to their incredible work ethic and dedication to their craft was evident in all the compliments friends and family gave me regarding how smooth the day/night went and how much fun it all was. I not only got to know an amazing wedding planner but I made a friend for life in Patsy. I would recommend her and the Details Miami team to anyone and everyone.DETAILS MIAMI LLC's reply:

Patsy and her team are absolutely amazing!! I was one of those people that contemplated even doing a day-of planner, and I CANNOT imagine not having her after looking back on everything. I'm very organized and can do all of the planning and research on my own, but her recommendations were incredibly helpful and saved us a considerable amount of money in the end. She kept the day flowing according to the set timeline, and was able to coordinate all of the vendors so that everything came together seamlessly. Don't hesitate to use DETAILS Miami for your wedding/event! -

Holy cow, there are so many details to think about when planning a wedding, and Details Miami lives up to its name, making sure every last detail is covered! Patsy and Rebecca have been so incredibly helpful, and made our wedding absolutely perfect! Patsy met with us on several occasions, and kept in communication with us every step of the way. She knew exactly how we wanted our wedding to turn out, and she made our vision come to life. We didn't have to stress over anything, because we knew Patsy and Rebecca had it covered. Lilly Sent on 03/19/2018We all know when a house wedding idea starts the objective is to be "simple" but it is anything BUT simple. Well for my husband & I it truly was a simple experience. Details Miami took care of it all. They were always on it! Took care of everything! They were responsible, always on time and never missed a beat. Our wedding was flawless. There was one unexpected guest, A RAIN STORM, but I honestly didn't even notice. They were prepared for everything...improvising with beautiful elegant details that still have our guests raving about. Thank you for your service and most importantly thank you for making our day so special and seamless!
