    The BEST Day Ever!!!

    Steve and his entire team at Diamond Food Enterprises absolutely go above and beyond! Our wedding on March 14, 2020 was incredible. All of guests complimented on how AMAZING the food tasted. From the moment we booked with Diamond Food Enterprises Steve was right there every step of the way from helping pick out the menu and answering questions.     Exemplary Service and Incredible Food by Diamond Food Enterprise

    My wife and I were truly delighted with the outstanding service provided by Diamond Food Enterprise for our wedding, held in Wilmington, NC. Our experience with this company was nothing short of exceptional, and we could not have asked for a better partner to cater our special day.

    What stood out the most was the personal attention we received from the owner. Amid the hustle and bustle of a wedding, it's all too easy for the bride and groom to get swept up in the proceedings and forget to take care of themselves. The owner, however, went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. He made a point to serve us food and water whenever he could, a gesture of thoughtfulness that we greatly appreciated. His attention to detail and dedication to service truly set Diamond Food Enterprise apart.

    Now, let's talk about the food. It was nothing short of spectacular. The culinary team at Diamond Food Enterprise truly outdid themselves, presenting us with a menu that was both diverse and delicious. The food was not only beautifully presented but also full of flavor, leaving our guests raving about it long after the event.

    Beyond grateful for this company!!

    Steve and his staff were absolutely phenomenal this weekend at our wedding. We had about 80 people and everyone mentioned how amazing the food tasted and how beautiful the presentation was. The staff never let us go without a drink or food. It was such a sweet gesture considering we barely had time to stop and think. We felt so bad for having the bartender exposed to the cold weather all night, but he never let it affect his mood or service. I even changed menu and details numerous times, and every single time Steve was so sweet, understanding, and accommodating. I couldn’t be more thankful that we found them to cater our event.

    Amazing Experience with Diamond Food!

    Steve and his team were the most amazing caterers one could ever ask for! We had tons of questions/food concerns, which they tentatively answered and were accommodating throughout the process. We met with the head chef for a food tasting and were astounded by the quality of the southern buffet meal we chose. During the reception, Steve and his team took great care of our guests, especially with my wife and I. We got many compliments of the food and the treatment from his team. We highly recommend Diamond Food Enterprises for any catering needs one might have! You can never go wrong with Steve and his team!

    Excellent service & Delicious Food

    We hired Diamond Catering for my niece's wedding that took place on 11/6/2021. We were familiar with the company, and they did NOT disappoint! The staff was fun, funny, professional, and good sports about working in less than ideal conditions. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend using Diamond Catering for all of your catering needs!! Thanks DC for making my niece's wedding day extra-perfect!

    Delicious food, incredible staff!

    Steve and his team are absolutely the best. The food was incredible, the staff was so professional and so kind, and everything went off without a hitch! People are still talking about how good the food was! Steve was so willing to work with us, even though our plan was a bit non-traditional and he knocked it out of the park! They even went out of their way to be sure my fiance and I had food. Such a kind touch! 100% will use them again if we ever have any catering needs and will recommend them to anyone who is interested. They made everything so easy, and that is the best compliment a bride can give on her wedding day! Thank you to Steve and his team! You will not be disappointed in the least if you go with Diamond!

    Great food and better service!

    Steve and his team took the best care of my groom and I on our wedding day! Our cups and plates were never empty. The food was amazing— all of our guests raved about everything they ate! The communication with Steve was very easy with quick responses from start to finish. We wouldn’t have wanted to have anyone else cater our wedding! Book Diamond Food Enterprises; you have will not regret it and your guests will love their food!

    Absolutely Amazing

    The food was amazing and the staff was great. We had a beach wedding on May 29, 2020 with a small reception. Their communication was great and the food was even better. One of the staff members even took pictures for us while the ceremony was going on. They made sure the food was set up and still warm for us when the ceremony was over. Everything was perfect down to the dinner rolls!

    Wow!! I'm blown away with their service! 10 stars!

    I am soooo glad we hired Diamond Food Enterprises! Their communication was excellent. Their food was AMAZING and their service was top notch!! They came by to check on is in the most profe way and they all even commented how beautiful I was! How sweet! Can't say enough great things about them!

    Super helpful and tasty food

    Steve and his team were amazing. We wanted a taco bar for our wedding and Steve made it happen. They also supplied a bartender in addition to caterers. They allowed us to drop off our cake and wine with them early and brought it all to the venue for us. They were super accommodating with our requests. I would absolutely recommend them.

    Pandemic changes happen..

    We had to change from buffet for 150 to 100 due to the pandemic and we wanted our refund for the difference..he seemed hesitant to give us the $ but in the end did. The servers were great and very professional and the food was fantastic. We had a great night and everyone seemed happy in the end. 😀

    Good and bad

    The good: The food was delicious.

    The not so good:
    1. Keep track of your payments, as unfortunately they are either too busy to do so or just need extra hands. I was almost charged for the same thing a few times so keep a paper/email trail.
    2. He wanted full payment at the tasting, but we didn’t have the whole guest list nailed down yet, who knows that info 6 months before the wedding? Not me.
    3. Due to our guests inability to make up their minds or emergencies that occurred we had to decrease the number of guests from our rehearsal dinner, which was fine (I was willing to pay the fee for having less than the required amount of people) but he didn’t like that and we had a not so colorful conversation on the phone about the refund I was owed, I do recall him saying, “It isn’t worth my time” before he caught himself. I wanted to say well I can find someone else but held my tongue. I didn’t need the extra stress three months before my wedding. A call back remedied things and we proceeded.
    On to the actual day: caterer’s group showed up and set up on time, but since we finished pictures early they came out and somewhat pushed us to move up dinner. Unknown to me they were already going to pack up and leave earlier than I knew. I made an extra effort in the beginning to have extra tablecloths and tables but they weren’t used...could’ve saved money on that...and since dinner got pushed up a full hour, I found out that they said they had to leave at 6 pm. That would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. And then my wine glass kept getting taken away, rule number one you don’t touch the bride or groom’s glasses, and I’ve always seen at other weddings the bride’s glass was marked. Didn’t have that. When they were ready to pack up they came around and switched our glasses to plastic. I was embarrassed, to say the least.

    Do your homework ahead of time, the food was good but I was not impressed with the service.

    Food was great

    We had a buffet style wedding. Appetizers, Dinner, dessert, and then beer and wine. All the food was amazing!
