    Absolutely fantastic

    Giana was absolutely awesome to work with. She helped me every step of the way and was extremely responsive to me. I will recommend her to anyone.

    Exceptional Experience!

    The Diamond Guild provided a first class experience and made me feel so comfortable during my visit. They educated me, showed me so many different customization options, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. They really are the best staff and I highly recommend buying your engagement ring or wedding bands at The Diamond Guild!

    I chose the Diamond Guild based on the recommendation of a friend, and I'm really glad that I did. Their service was great; Doug, Leslie, and everyone else there were always very friendly and very accommodating. I was able to customize my wife's Martin Flyer engagement ring, and it looked spectacular when I surprised my fiancee and slipped it on her finger. We also bought our wedding rings there; even I receive compliments on my wedding band! I would recommend them to anyone in Boston seeking a jeweler.

    Doug and Carolyn took such good care of us at Diamond Guild. We picked out a cushion cut diamond and they custom designed the setting and my wedding band. I am so happy with them. We comparison shopped online and in Boston and the price was a little less and the quality was better.

    What an amazing experience. We just left the store and we were blown away by the service. Doug the manager is great and so is Carolyn the owner. The price was great on my wedding band and my fiancée. They cuatom designed my ring and it still was very reasonable. They had a great selection. I would recommend them to anyone getting engageged, married or just buying some bling :)

    I could not have been happier with the Diamond Guild in Legacy Place Dedham, MA. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about your needs and budget. They never once tried to push my husband and I into rings that were out of our budget. In fact when we found a ring that my husband like, but it was way out of our budget they showed us a very similar one that was half the cost. I never once felt like I was being pressured to buy a ring that wasn't right for us. I have not only recommended them to many of my friends I have returned on a number of occasions to purchase gifts for family and friends.

    After we were engaged and the venue was booked the first thing we accomplished was buying our wedding bands. They were perfect and sat in the safe for safekeeping for about 7.5 months before we were like, oh, let's get these engraved! with 2 weeks to go, we headed back to the Diamond Guild with fingers crossed. Not only were they able to engrave our rings in less than 2 weeks, they were able to engrave my itty bitty band. Another plus is that whenever you stop in, they clean your rings for you! They were great to work with!

    The Diamond Guild helped my husband pick out the right engagement ring for me. Doug was a huge help! When they were having a sale on bands they called us to schedule an appointment and we weren't able to (schedules). One evening we stopped by on a whim and Doug was there. He not only helped us right away but helped me find the perfect band to compliment my engagement ring. My husband was having a hard time and Doug helped him without ever being pushy or impatient. Just as we were about to buy my band and come back for his, when the two of them found a beautiful band that my husband just knew was it. We bought the rings then and there and for 20% off each one! My only negative was when I brought my engagement ring in to be cleaned before the wedding. The woman who helped me did not leave me feeling very reassured that the ring would be back with plenty of time. Also when I paid they printed out the wrong receipt. Not just a different sale, but a totally different person's sale. However, they not only had my ring back in time but it looked beautiful!

    One of the favorite parts of our wedding planning. we went to this place at legacy place in dedham. we were more planning on looking around and getting an idea.....but the owner was sooo amazing we ended up buying our rings. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Such a great place!!!

    I went to a bridal event at the Diamond Guild and ended up leaving with our wedding bands at a reduced cost! The staff were friendly and attentive and paid attention to our budget. The rings were ready in 2 weeks and were beautiful!

    My fiance and I looked at engagement rings at Diamond Guild and found my dream ring more than a year before my fiance proposed! They wrote the information down for him and he was able to easily access it when he went back. FYI - the Guild is just a show room and they don't have a jeweler on site, which means that they have to send their rings out to be made, fixed, sized, etc.

    When my fiance went to order the ring, he only had three round diamonds to choose from. He was a bit disappointed in the selection but knew he wanted to order the ring from them so he picked the highest quality one. He knew he wanted to propose on a trip so he ordered the ring 5 weeks early and they assured him that it would be on time. Turns out, the ring was late and he didn't get it until the day before we left! He was sweating it for sure. When we returned from our trip, I had to get it sized and they promised it in a week, and it ended up taking about a week and a half. It also came back with one of my small diamonds chipped on the band so I need to send it back to be fixed (they were very accommodating and said they would fix it no problem - but I just don't want to give up my ring again for over a week!)

    The staff there are absolutely lovely and always willing to bend over backwards to help you. We bought my wedding band there during a 20% off sale and it is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend to anyone looking to browse rings or experience some great customer service. Just beware that repairs can't be made on site and rings take time to be sent out! I know it's hard to part with the bling once you have it! :)

    My husband and I both bought our rings at Diamond Guild. We are somewhat new to the area and wanted a jeweler where we could form a good relationship and be able to get all of our jewelry purchases from the same place. When it comes to such a personal gift, I don't like dealing with large mall chain stores. We both thought Diamond Guild fit what we were looking for but we were wrong. The manager was at times very rude, and I felt like I was being scammed. They would say one thing about an items price or what they could do for us, and then when we retuned again, they would say something completely different and not honor their word. I even had to write an email to the owner to complain after I was instructed by the manager that "if i didn't like what I have to say then email the owner." So that is exactly what I did. I told him about my experience and he was very quick to apologize and make the situation right for us. We thought that perhaps our bad experiences would never happen again, but we were sorely mistaken. Our next visit they told my husband one price when he spoke with them inperson and when we returned later, they told us something completely different and would not honor what they told my husband in his first visit. I just don't trust them at all. They never call you back when they tell you they will (with the exception of the owner's email), they tell you they will call you when the item has arrived at their store, and they didn't, and finally they lie about prices they quote. If you do deal with them make sure you get everything in writing and ask them very specific questions. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone looking for a good, honest, jeweler that they can use for mulitple purchases to EVER use Diamond Guild. The only reason I gave them a five star is because we love our rings and their prices were just comparable to every other big chain store. However, we will never shop there again.
