  Bad customer service

  I rented two cars. A stretch lincoln and a vintage Rolls Royce. My wedding was on July 2nd, 95 degrees. The Rolls didn’t have air conditioning, nor did the windows roll down! I almost passed out on my way to the church. They refused to refund me for the Rolls.
