  Amazing Service

  Diamond Vault was amazing to work with and had a stunning selection of ring settings to choose from. We had our own stone and picked out the setting and had the ring set there. It was done in less than a week and they did an amazing job.

  The diamond Vault is not only beautiful inside but the staff is so friendly and kind! We had the pleasure of working with Michael and he really goes above and beyond for his clients! My Husband went there for my engagement ring and had such a great experience we also went there for our wedding bands. Turn around time was exactly as promised. My Husband & I purchased watches for his groomsmen and ushers and the morning of our wedding they all took there watches there to get links out so they would fit correctly and without hesitation they helped us out and very quickly at that! Exceptional service, I would highly recommend coming to Diamond vault for any of your Diamond needs. Thank you again Michael!

  diamond vault is a great place. The person conducting the ceremony lost the ring right before the ceremony. So we went back to the diamond vault, and after hearing what happened Amir gave us a great deal on the new one. Thanks again Amir.

  I had a wonderful experience when I picked out my ring setting here. Most of there jewelry is larger and higher end, but I was still able to find something that suited my small hand and that was in our price range. They didn't even charge us for the labor in setting my stone because of my fiancé's military status. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

  You will not find better value, quality and customer service than the Diamond Vault of Troy. My fiancee worked with Randy (the owner) over the phone, through email, and in person for weeks in order to find the perfect diamond, have it shipped, and set on the most beautiful ring I can imagine! We then returned to choose both of our wedding bands- which were custom made as well, and which we absolutely love!
  
  Randy, Tim, and the rest of the staff treat you like family, and like you are the only customer in the building (when clearly there are many other happy customers). We love visiting the Vault, and we usually just 'pop in' whenever in the area to say hi.
  
  Stop your search and save your time- go directly to the Diamond Vault of Troy - you will be very happy that you did!

  positively gorgeous! my ring is unbelievably pretty - it's so "me" and with the guys, Chokr men, they helped my husband design a ring that was incredibly perfect for me in everyway. They helped him keep me guessing what my man had planned, I think they really enjoy that role in the entire process! They are warm and friendly and you sincerely feel like you are part of their family with the welcome you feel in their incredibly beautiful store. You guys ROCK! Thanks for all you did to create the beautiful piece I proudly wear everyday and every where!

  So pleased with this store! My fiancé and I had our antique rings resized and my antique earrings cleaned. They looked like different pieces afterwards! Amazing! Will never go to another jewelry store again.

  We were searching for simple wedding bands of palladium and found Michael to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding exactly what we wanted. The service was personal and welcoming and we wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.

  We are a middle-aged couple who live in Venice, FL. After almost 15 years together we finally decided to make it legal to get married. We shopped around jewelry stores in the Venice area and then came across the Diamond Vault in south Sarasota. The owner's son, Amir welcomed us and proceeded to show us their wedding settings. Amir is a delightful young man who shows his knowledge and expertise in the area of jewelry and diamonds. Choosing many possible settings, my husband-to-be chose a gorgeous, different and flower-like setting. He actually chose it twice so I knew that was the one. Returning to the store Amir showed us a diamond that would fit perfect in the center of my ring setting. We were extremely pleased with all of the staff at the Diamond Vault expecially as I still return occasionly to have my wedding ring (and other jewelry) cleaned. We are very happy that all work and cleaning are completed right on the premises. We highly recommend the Diamond Vault and their staff for your wedding jewelry or any other special occasion.

  I absolutely love my rings! They are gorgeous white gold with lots of diamonds. My husband told Diamond Vault his "vision" for my engagement ring, and they did a beautiful job. We were so happy with the ring,we went back for our wedding bands. They were very helpful and friendly.

  I went with my now fiancé to look at engagement rings at several different places, and Diamond Vault was one of a kind! The experience here outshined the rest by far, and we still got a high quality ring within our budget. Even though our budget was probably low compared to most of their clientele, we were not pressured and found something perfect. We will definitely go back for our wedding bands!

  My wedding band is gorgeous and they did exactly what I wanted! I would go there for any piece of jewelry I want to get. My diamond has come loose but I didn't buy it there, so that might be the problem. It was my husband's grandmother's diamond.

  BEWARE! Diamond Vault associates lie to customers. If a jeweler lies about one thing, how are you going to trust them with anything else? A dishonest jeweler is a matter for concern.
  
  In 2012 my husband and I purchased, from Diamond Vault, a new setting for my engagement ring and placed the stone from my original ring in it. There was never any discussion that we might be purchasing a new stone from Diamond Vault, I made it perfectly clear that I felt strongly about using the diamond from the ring with which my husband proposed to me.
  
  While deliberating the purchase we were told by our sales associate, Paul, that the setting included lifetime complimentary Rhodium coatings - a white gold ring will yellow somewhat over time and needs Rhodium coatings to restore the white shine, generally about once a year with normal wear. Considering the jeweler who sold my husband the original ring charged over $100 for each Rhodium "bath", we took particular notice of this offer and factored it into the investment in this new piece of jewelry.
  
  If one postulates that I may keep this setting for 20 years or more, and that I would have had it refreshed annually, then the complimentary Rhodium baths would have offered a savings of over $2,000.00.
  
  I have taken the ring in a few times for its Rhodium refresher and there has never been an issue. However, when I called today I was informed that unless I had purchased both the setting and the diamond from Diamond Vault then I would be charged for the service. To reiterate, there was never any question of us purchasing a stone when we bought the setting; yet we were promised the free service for the life of the ring. They are now refusing to honor a commitment they made when we purchased a piece of jewelry from them.
  
  If Diamond Vault will lie to customers about something so relatively minor then how on earth can one trust them to be honest when tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars are at issue?

  Dominic, indeed we have provided you this complimentary service for years, and it has cost you nothing. Please understand we always do our best to remember each of our clients by name, face, or their jewelry, so when you called the person who answered did not recollect this. If you would have visited or called back for clarification, we would have remembered you. We have called and left you a message, and we are still here and happy to continue to provide the rhodium service at no cost to you.
