  My engagement ring was purchased here, so when we went to look for wedding bands this was our first and only stop! They have so many to choose from with addrowble prices and extremely helpful employees!! They made sure a ring we ordered would be rush shipped and in before our wedding!   Larry is our favorite!

  We had Larry, both when we went in for the engagement ring and the wedding band. He was so helpful and made sure we stayed within our price range. He pushed me to make sure I really liked what I chose and tried on. I would recommend here and our favorite man- Larry!

  We got both my engagement ring and wedding bands here. Top notch customer service from Richard. They are always busy so sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it is worth it. They always professionally clean my ring whenever I go in there. They have 2 jewelry shoes a year with 20% discounts. One in May and another in November.

  I am extremely impressed with Diamonds Direct - specifically Allison and Anat. I am a very detail oriented person and probably a difficult customer. I entered the store with a custom design in mind and Allison and Anat were willing to do everything they could to make that design become a reality. They went above and beyond what a normal jeweler would do. I purchased one diamond and after two wax molds of the ring were made, I decided that the diamond wasn't the right one. They had 6 more diamonds shipped in for me to view within 3 days - I found the perfect one and another wax was made. Less than two weeks later, the final product was delivered - a spectacular ring; better than I had imagined. I am moving from Austin to the East Coast, but as I told Allison and Anat when I picked up my ring today, I will fly back to Austin any time I need service or an upgrade - because I trust them that much. A truly perfect experience!

  We purchased all of our wedding jewelry from Diamonds Direct. My husband spent hours picking out my engagement ring, and received excellent help and attention. He had such a great experience that we went back to Diamonds Direct for both of our wedding bands, and had a similarly great experience. They also stand by their sales, and provide future jewelry cleanings and repairs for free. When the center stone in my engagement ring became loose, they sent me a shipping label and paid for insured shipping to send my ring to their facility for repairs, even though I was nowhere near Austin at the time. We will definitely use Diamonds Direct in the future!

  My fiancé purchased my Verragio engagement ring with Diamond's Direct, and our experience from start to finish was flawless and amazing. Marc was our rep. and had out of this world customer service. He was very patient when my fiancé was picking out the center diamond, it took a few weeks, and educated him very well on the designer, and what he should look for. My finger must have shrunk since he purchased the ring, so we had to take it in to get a spacer in it. I was not excited about a spacer at first, but Marc talked me in to it, and I am glad he did. It came back fast, looks great, and feels comfy. For any future jewelry needs, we will be going to Diamond's Direct!

  We worked with Michael for my engagement ring, wedding band and my fiance's wedding band. Michael was awesome!   When my Fiance and I were looking at rings (before we got engaged) we found our setting at a different jeweler before Diamonds Direct opened. We had heard all the commercials about how Diamonds Direct was now open at The Domain and were selling to the public. When we walked in it was about 6:30 (we didn't know they were supposed to close at 7) and we were instantly treated like royalty. They are all about customer service and making you feel like you're at home. They had any type of wine you could want as well as beer (not that it mattered), Rick was our attendant and he sat and explained everything about their business and how it was ran. He also showed us the process on how they rate their diamonds. He then brought us out a series of diamonds for us to look at. By the time we were ready to go it was well after 9 and NO ONE in that store made us feel rushed. They were all happy to stay for as long as we needed, and that my friends is customer service. Rick was aware we already had a setting picked out that was only supposed to fit a carat diamond. He said he would replace the head on the setting to fit one of their diamonds for FREE. Seriously? We couldn't believe it. They continue to show us perfect customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone thats looking. EVEN if you are not in Austin, Texas it is worth the trip. Their prices are whole sale prices so they are a lot better than the average jeweler.

  Diamonds Direct in the Domain has been ABSOLUTELY the BEST! I got my engagement ring and great grandmother's diamond necklace appraised for free even before I did any business with them. They also repaired my engagement ring for free after Jared's mangled it after re-sizing. After all this I decided to get my fiance's wedding band from here and Misty has been WONDERFUL in helping me through everything. She knows a lot about the jewelry that they have and has been great. We ordered his ring in and it turned out to be the wrong size so she immediately sent in a new request with no problems and the new one is currently on its way! I HIGHLY recommend Diamonds Direct for ANYTHING jewelry related. They are so great :)

  My husband bought my engagement ring in a little shop in Italy - but we came back to the United States and had a larger diamond fitted on the ring as well as engraving our names in our wedding bands. They were very professional, friendly and had a huge selection of diamonds to choose from. I will definitely be shopping there again!

  My husband designed my beautiful engagement ring with the diamonds direct in Austin, TX. I designed my wedding band at the diamonds direct in Dallas, TX with the help of Charity. If you go to Dallas location for sure ask for charity, she is amazing!!
