  Love this place!

  My engagement ring was purchased from Diamonds Direct. I absolutely love it! All of the employees were so nice. We are definitely purchasing our wedding bands from them as well.

  Wow! Just Wow!

  Diamonds Direct and Shawn Widell are AWESOME! We purchased my engagement ring last year and the matching wedding band this year. We went to pick it up today (wedding is tomorrow) and Shawn worked with us to make sure we were able to have a perfect day. We were stressing over finances but Shawn spoke to management and made it work. We will never purchase anywhere else and would recommend Shawn and Diamonds Direct every day. Thank you for going above and beyond.

  Excellent Customer Service

  Diamonds Direct has really been there with us through our entire wedding process. From getting my diamond for my engagement ring, to resizing the custom platinum setting, to custom making both of our wedding bands, and then to soldering my wedding bands to my engagement ring. Top notch service every time. Even when we came in wearing sweat pants and tshirts because we had been on a road trip they still showed us the same level of attention they had any other time. As for the prices, genuine fine jewelry will always be expensive but our sale associate always tried to find us the very best price and make whatever promotion was going on at the time work for us. We never felt cheated or gouged. They were also very good about resizing and appraising our rings for free because we purchased them there. 10/10 stars all around, and we have definitely recommended them to many people. Side note, you will be asked by almost every single employee if you would like anything to drink.

  My fiance had a great experience shopping here for my engagement ring and it is STUNNING. He got it at a great value using the designer, Imagine Bridal. We have also been working with them to get my wedding band ordered and the staff member we are using has been very helpful. We'd highly recommend!

  We loved coming to Global Diamonds! They were not pushy at all even when they knew we were just looking. They were so helpful and knowledgable about styles, sizes, etc. We had gone to a few other places to look around and everyone tried to get us to buy right then and one saleswoman even went as far to get out her schedule so we could come back when she was there to make sure she got the commission. We purchased a custom ring from Global and it came in exactly as I pictured it. Definitely would not refer anyone to anywhere else!

  I wasn't involved in picking out my ring, but my fiance raved about his experience at Global Diamonds. They were very helpful and attentive, they took him into his own showing room gave him a beer and talked about the kind of ring he had in mind. They showed him a bunch of different settings and then he was able to compare diamonds in his price range and actually get to see them before he picked which one. Then they sent the diamond to the designer who makes the setting and they made the setting specific to the diamond specifications. I never saw the ring until my now fiance proposed, and it is gorgeous and so well made. Knowing that I can take it in for cleanings and repairs as part of their lifetime warranty makes me feel a lot more secure wearing it.

  We got my engagement ring from Global Diamonds and Heather assisted us. she was the best! From the beginning of "just looking" to when my fiancee actually bought the diamond and ring without my knowledge the service was great. We knew this store was different from all the other jewelers we had gone to. Heather took the time to let us walk around checking out rings without any pressure. We picked a few we liked and then she asked about the diamonds. We were able to look at different diamond sizes, shapes and quality. It is great to be able to actually hold a diamond in your hand and be able to compare the different grades of diamonds. Heather explained all the C's of diamonds and their differences. After being here when going to different shops it was very eye opening to see the quality diamonds they were selling and at what weight was already put together for you. We definitely liked the idea of picking out our diamond and our band separately. The quality, service and price is definitely worth a trip to global diamonds.

  Beautiful selection

  We went to many jewelry stores looking for the perfect rings, but it was until we walked into Diamond Direct in Jacksonville and met with Kaitlyn we felt heard and cared for! Kaitlyn worked with my fiancé through the entire process of making my engagement ring, I had no idea what was happening! After our engagement she also helped us design my custom wedding band to go with my custom engagement ring and helped find my fiancé’s “dream” wedding band (his dream is just a silicon one lol)!
