From the first meeting to the last minute of our special day, Diana exceeded every expectation, turning our desires into a flawless and unforgettable reality.
Diana is an exceptional professional, with a unique eye for detail and an extraordinary ability to understand and realize our visions. Every element of our wedding was meticulously and lovingly curated, from the elegant floral arrangements to the impeccable music selection, and the delicious menu choices.
The location, Parco Villa Trecci, was beautifully highlighted. Diana expertly utilized every corner of the park, creating a magical and enchanting atmosphere that left all our guests speechless. The lighting, the refined decor, and the perfect organization contributed to a unique sensory experience that will forever remain in our hearts.
One of the aspects we most appreciated about Diana was her ability to handle every situation with calm and professionalism. Even when faced with last-minute unforeseen events, she found quick and effective solutions, allowing us to enjoy every moment of our special day without any worries.

The best destination wedding planner!!!
Diana was everything you could dream a wedding planner would be. She was punctual, so helpful, had great taste, shared opinions when you wanted but sided with you when you made a choice, kind… I could go on and on!
We decided on a destination wedding in Lake Garda and we came all the way from Texas with 53 guests. It was a far trip around the world and planning it would have been a nightmare without Diana! We had plenty of zoom calls (10pm her time!) and I felt so comfortable working with her. She quickly and seamlessly organized vendor options and selected *incredible* vendors… I cannot put into words how flawless the wedding day went and how incredible every single detail turned out thanks to her and her wonderful vendor suggestions.
You know you have a great planner when your bridesmaids and even wedding guests mention how great they are. Everyone had so many great things to say about Diana! She spoke incredible English and always had a smile on her face.
We even had a flipped space from ceremony to dinner and it was so seamless, so quick, and everything looked stunning. Florals were repurposed and I felt like we maximized our budget in such a great way!
If you’re looking for a sign to trust a wedding planner across the world for your special day- I couldn’t recommend Diana enough. No stress, just the best day. Diana is your gal!!!!Diana Da Ros Event Planner's reply:

Diana Da Ros is a Marvel. She has a dedication to her clients that is astonishing to experience. From our first interview, we become fast friends and I knew that I could trust her completely. With Diana, every detail is organized to realize the particular dreams of those in her charge. Every challenge is always under complete control, no matter how many obstacles appear. Diana saved us many times with clutch catches and lightspeed solutions in the months leading up to our event. It is uncanny how she anticipates your needs and solves problems before they ever occur. Now that our event is concluded, I miss messaging her about all those things! Diana has rock-solid connections with all the best people and knows exactly who to contact for any situation. She has fantastic taste and a fresh sense of humor. Her communication is always prompt, warm and supportive. She is patient, generous and kind. On event day, she and her team operate smoothly and efficiently to ensure that you enjoy every precious moment without worry or stress. Exceeding All Expectations
Where do I begin? From the beginning, Diana has held true to her professionalism. She listened and truly understood what we wanted for our wedding.
Over the year of planning, so many changes occurred due to it being a destination wedding and guests dropping out last minute and a Hurricane causing financial strains. However, Diana never grew frustrated with us but instead offered us comfort and solutions so our wedding would be the dream wedding we always dreamed of.
Diana became more than our wedding planner but she became a confidant and a friend. Always there to erase the negative thoughts with positive thoughts and solutions.
Although, we trusted Diana, we were not sure how our wedding would turn out due to so many changes. However, Diana is truly talented and she exceeded our expectations. I am not sure how she was able to turn a previously 50 guest wedding to just an elopement with the two of us and still manage to make it look like a wedding from a fairytale. Actually, I think I know how. Diana is passionate about her work and you can see the love in what she does and through that genuine love, comes a beautiful outcome with so much attention to detail. We recommend Diana to anyone who is planning a wedding or any kind of special event. If you want to work with someone who will listen to understand your vision, treat you not as another customer but as a friend who is equally as invested in the joy and beauty of your event and more importantly, if you want an event planner that will exceed your expectations and make your dream come to life, please stop your search and contact Diana Da Ros. From our first meeting with Luba and Diana we knew then and there that we wanted to hire them as our wedding planners. We are so glad we did - we couldn't have imagined going through this process with anyone else. From the countless zoom calls to the constant WhatsApp messages, they were both always there to answer all of our questions and guide us. We had our wedding in Florence, Italy and they suggested Belmond Villa San Michele as our venue, based off of what we had told them we envisioned and it was perfect.
They had amazing vendor recommendations and made our wedding day so special - everything turned out more incredible than we could've ever imagined. The day of coordination was flawless and made for a stress-free day! We knew we were in great hands with Diana and trusted her completely. -
