This is the perfect venue for a small wedding ceremony, whether it is private or with guests!
I had to do so little and Rachel (the wedding coordinator) made everything so beautiful and perfect!
She took our dress/tux colors and created a fabulous color scheme of decor.
We were treated like VIP’s, Rachael and Carlos attended to our every need on our day to make it special. There were so many fun surprises (I won’t mention them so they remain a surprise!
The photographer at the park was fabulous!!!! She took so many absolutely amazing photos! I was a little scared not being able to choose a photographer but we have literally hundreds of breathtaking photos!
I can’t say enough about how nice the staff was to us and how wonderful they made our day!

Wedding of our dreams
We really wanted a beautiful relaxing wedding day, where all our guests could enjoy the day. Everyone loved their day aged from 3 to 66! All of the staff were so helpful and attentive to all our needs, we couldn’t have asked for more from our day. Everything that was organised went above and beyond what we expected and hoped for. An absolutely beautiful start to our marriage. (I look at the photos everyday and remember all the happy faces and the amazing experience). -

I cannot say enough good things about our Discovery Cove wedding. The price point was affordable and being one of our favorite places and getting to share the day experience with everyone we love was beyond my wildest dreams. Rachel (their wedding and special events coordinator) was absolutely amazing. The decor and set up that was put together by the staff was beautiful and everyone was so helpful to all our guests. I can not say enough good things. If I could relive that day over and over I would. -

Amazing day
Our wedding day was more than we could ever imagine everybody involved made it so special no1 could do enough for us, I would recommend getting married at discovery cove to anyone it was perfect, so much so I wish we could do the day all over again -

10 year wedding anniversary
My husband and I eloped 10 years ago and had a wedding at Discovery Cove. It was the best day ever. In celebration our 10 year wedding anniversary we were so excited to be able to duplicate our date with with our family this time. It was again an amazing day. -

I cannot express how incredible our wedding day was. I expected it to last 10 minutes to 'tick a box' and then just have a lovely family day together enjoying everything Discovery Cove has to offer. The fact that the photographer was included within the package was great as I didn't want to have the hassle of organising a wedding. Adrienne and Rachel were extremely helpful and experienced with their super speedy replies via email, they were so approachable but remained professional and were even able to give me accurate ideas on how long it takes to physically 'walk down the aisle'.
Instead...I was made to feel like an absolute princess!! The organisation and timing was impeccable. It was evident that Adrienne had at least 20 years experience with the company. The setting for the ceremony was a dream and very much the picturesque low-key family wedding we wanted. We then had photos together as a family in multiple places round the park...as well as then private photos as a newly wed couple by ourselves babyfree round the park. They are beautiful photos!! Christine new what she was doing :-D what bride can say that she had photos with sharks, rays, fish, a sloth, macaws and flamingoes on their wedding day?! We had the most beautiful cabana that was so useful and everglades member of the family was blown away with how special Discovery Cove was. They feed back of 'Best wedding ever' and 'my favourite place on Earth' left more of an impression on our guest than we could have ever hoped for. Our cocktails were included for the day and Joan at the bar was so helpful, bubbly and polite...thanks Joan!! Our family said the staff were the happiest and friendliest out of our whole 3 weeks vacation! We booked to go back a week later...to enjoy it all over again. I will never forget our wedding at Discovery Cove and will be forever grateful xxx -

Wedding day
There is simply no way we could have had our wedding without Adrienne and the incredible team at Discovery Cove.
Even a hurricane couldn’t stop them from arranging our perfect day. Quite simply the best customer experience I have ever encountered.

We travelled all the way from Scotland UK to get married in Discovery Cove Orlando. Adrienne and the girls in the wedding and events department were absolutely fantastic. They organised everything for us and nothing was ever a hassle. We had the most amazing Wedding Day ! and we had such an amazing photographer also which took fabulous pictures of our big day. The whole day from start to finish was so well organised and so chilled. We were made to feel special all day and my whole wedding party were look after so well. Could not fault a single thing on our Wedding Day and would 100% recommend Discovery Cove to get married in. Most magical Day! -

We had the best wedding day. Due to a hurricane we had to postpone, staff went above and beyond to ensure we still had our special day. So many personal touches and wonderful photo's. Our guest will be speaking of this for years to come. Would 100% recommend to anyone and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.Discovery Cove, Orlando's reply:

Our wedding was truly a wedding in PARADISE!!! We loved every minute of it! Discovery Cove is a hidden spectacular oasis! The team went above and beyond to make our day special and memorable, and they achieved it with flying colors! Fernanda the special occasions manager did everything in her power to make this day happen for us which was at first canceled due to Covid-19 park lockdowns. They were able to bring our wedding day closer to their last open day, which means they pulled off our wedding preparations in less then 24 hours!
I can’t thank all of you enough who helped this day happen! We have memories there that we will cherish for a lifetime!!! And we will be back, for sure! One day is just not enough of Discovery Cove!!!! -

Michele Sent on 09/11/2018Choosing Discovery Cove for our destination wedding was, without a doubt, the best decision we ever could have made. Planning such an important event out of state can be a daunting task but the amazing Special Occasions staff at Discovery Cove went out of their way to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. From my very first interaction with Linda I knew we were in good hands. She, Fernanda, and Veronica were such a pleasure to work with. They were always available to answer our questions and gave us terrific recommendations for local vendors. Adrienne, Ashley, and Deb were our angels on the big day. They were with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was perfect.
The setting itself was absolutely breathtaking. The gorgeous waterfalls, the soft white sand, we could not have imagined a more beautiful location for our wedding. After the incredibly romantic ceremony we had the most unique reception imaginable. Our guests spent the day feeding exotic birds, snorkeling with manta rays, and swimming with dolphins! Each and every one of our guests has said ours was the best wedding they had ever been to. I might be a bit biased, but I wholeheartedly agree. We truly had a dream wedding!

Natalie Sent on 07/03/2018Our Discovery Cove Bar Mitzvah was AMAZING!! Fernanda and her special events team catered to our every need and exceeded our expectations. The venue was gorgeous and the "Wedding Package" was perfectly modified for our party. This was the first Bar Mitzvah they have hosted and attention was paid to every detail. The all-inclusive dining package, cabana, photographer (Amanda), table linens and decor were fantastic and impressive. The dolphin swim was coordinated so that our group could all go at the same time.
The service at Discovery Cove is impeccable. If you are planning a small event, this package will not disappoint!! -

Sandy was fantastic at look after us and Sabrina the photographer was brilliant The photos came out brilliant. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Make you feel like a VIP. Can’t wait to return.

Our wedding had to be delayed due to hurricane Irma but all DC staff all worked extra in going the extra mile to ensure we were married before flying back to the UK.
I am so thankful to each and everyone of them that made our day happen, it was everything we hoped for plus more. It was PERFECT! The wedding ceremony & cabana were totally amazing, the look and standard of service was impeccable. The backdrop of the ceremony was Stunning! We received beautiful wedding photographs that were taken my DC photographer, we got to meet some amazing animals during our day including a sloth and an armadillo that were became part of our day.
The wedding team (Linda, Fernanda & Veronica) did everything to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible, and it was! They answered any query i had (and there were many) via email/ telephone before we traveled to Florida from the UK. Communication between parties was amazing, even during Hurricane Irma we were kept updated every day.
I would 100% recommend discovery cove to anyone wanting a perfectly, beautiful, intimate wedding day with amazing people to help out every step of the way.
We are so excited to come back already, we are due to be coming back in May.

Danielle Sent on 11/12/2017I cannot put into words how perfect this venue and the staff were! Veronica, Linda, and Fernanda were our wedding coordinators, they helped me plan and organize every detail leading up to the big day! They even pulled some strings so that Lucy, the sloth, could make an appearance at the ceremony!! The ceremony was absolutely breathtaking and getting to spend the day at the resort afterwards was unforgettable! Our guest count was small, we were only permitted 24 guests, but it kept it intimate and saved us money, so it turned out to be a good thing! The price we paid included everything, including our food and photos!! Our entire wedding cost less than $5,000 including cake, dress, venue, everything! To me, that's a steal!! We can't wait to go back to Discovery Cove again for our wedding anniversary next year! Who knows, maybe in a few years we can do a vow renewal package! I wish I could re-live the day over and over again, it was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was due to the AMAZING staff and wedding coordinators. THANK YOU Discovery Cove!!!

Sascha Sent on 02/28/2018I remember falling in love with Discovery Cove many years ago. The experiences and high level of service were something I never expected in a “water park.” Since then I have been lucky enough to return many times and even celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at the Cove. After I was proposed to, it was my dream to celebrate our Special Day at my favorite place in Orlando. We were not looking for a traditional wedding experience, but envisioned a day in the sun and water with friends. A day filled with fun and laughter, where everyone is well taken care of and gets to forget reality for a few hours. Our dream became reality in May 2016 and we couldn’t be more thankful!
From the first time we spoke to Veronica Ortiz, in Special Occasions, we knew we were in good hands. She answered all of our many questions and requests quickly and efficiently. If she didn’t know an answer she found it for us fast. She took the extra time to meet with us on several occasions. Veronica was kind, calm and friendly throughout the entire process. She understood exactly what we wanted and just made it happen. Her Manager, Fernanda Pedrosa, was a joy to work with as well. She assured us that our needs and wishes were understood and was always there to lend a helping hand.
On the day of our wedding our guests and us could have not received better care. The service team led by Fernanda and Veronica was always there with a smile and went above and beyond. Everyone anticipated our needs, so we never even had to ask for anything. The many added special surprises will never be forgotten. Our entire group was, and still is, beyond impressed with everything they did for us.
We cannot thank the Discovery Cove team enough and will be forever grateful.
