When planning our Indian fusion wedding in Chicago, we knew we wanted vendors who understood how to balance different cultures, and who could relate to our creative vision for our wedding. Right off the bat, we knew Harsh would be a perfect fit. He met with us in person to talk about his approach to his work, and to get an idea of our expectations and musical style. We hired him immediately, and from then on he was extremely attentive, communicative and easy to get a hold of. Harsh was able to point out and figure out lots of smaller details that we wouldn't have thought about -- like rigging our garden space to mic the priest during our ceremony. He's super familiar with Indian wedding customs as well as American, and his wild sense of humor makes him a great host. We highly recommend Harsh and will definitely hire him again for future celebrations. -

Suzanne Sent on 12/24/2017Our venue (Carnivale) recommended Harsh and we are so glad they did! Our guests are still talking about what an amazing dance party it was. From first contact Harsh was super professional and great to work with (not to mention, hilarious) He gave us great guidance on creating the perfect playlist and seemed to genuinely care about us and what we wanted for the day. He kept the flow of the wedding going and the energy level up the entire night, perfectly. Our dancefloor was literally packed the entire night- exactly what we hoped for. I can't say enough great things about Harsh- he's a great person and the best at what he does. We're thinking about planning another party just so we can book Harsh. :)

Harsh is an absolute blast to work with! When you first meet him you feel like you've known him for years. He is extremely nice but also an encyclopedia of pop culture knowledge. We wanted to play a mix of pop music and Latin music and Harsh was well versed in both. If you're looking for a fun DJ who knows how to get people to dance he's your guy! -

Christina Sent on 12/06/2012Harsh is amazing! He was our DJ for our wedding in November 2011. He came highly recommended to me by a friend in the hotel industry as someone who had a lot of experience and knew what he was doing. I thought a DJ is a DJ, they just play music, right? There is SO much more to it than that - and he was the only person during the chaos of our reception I knew didn't need to be directed at all. He made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. When we were first meeting, he was super funny, engaging, and told us what would work and what wouldn't. He very politely told me that my idea of our entrance to a Deadmau5 song probably wasn't the best, but took my style and found an amazing entrance song that my husband and I both liked. During the reception, he asked the banquet hall staff to dim the lights during our entrance and then turn them up at the height of the song. It was such a great surprise and had an amazing effect. We asked him not to play any requests from our crazy relatives and he honored our wishes, even though he had some very demanding people telling him what to play. My husband and I had the music WE wanted, not what our random drunk guests requested. We got so many compliments from our guests that it was the best music they heard at a wedding, and everyone was dancing until the end. Will definitely use him for events in the future. He knows what he's doing and he's got a great personality to boot!
