  Guest from everywhere = Global playlist by DJ Herm

  Herm was awesome in making sure all guest heard their beat at our wedding and danced. He was so easy to work with and flexible through our multiple reschedules. We had guest coming from Mexico, Brazil and the US. We simply provided him a list of songs that we liked and he knew exactly what part to play and was great in reading the crowd to know when to play them. He kept people of all ages up and dancing all night to Zamba, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Hip Hop and so much more. He was also great in communicating with other event staff and making sure everything was happening as planned. 100% we will hire him again for our next event.

  DJ Herm is awesome! He was one of the contracted vendors at Corona Ranch, but when I heard he DJ’d at La Cocina regularly, I knew he was a top pick. He was really patient and easy to get in touch with as questions came up with our musical selections, and he was flexible with our incorporating a live band for the cocktail hour. As a club DJ, he knows how to read a crowd and mix music well. We had a bilingual, Mexican-American wedding, and he had a great selection of banda, cumbia, and norteño music to get both sides of the family groovin’! Our reception was amazing thanks to Herm -- all the tables at the reception were empty, and everyone, young and old, Mexican and American, were out on the dance floor! DJ Herm comes highly recommended!

  DJ Herm was a great DJ for our wedding. We weren't really sure what we wanted in terms of music, so he provided some good recommendations. He was also very flexible with requests during the reception (we wanted pop/hip-hop and some people had strange requests). Thanks Herm!

  We made the call to book Herm after seeing him DJ at La Cocina. He knows how to bring really diverse styles together and kept everyone dancing the whole night! We knew the music was going to be a huge part of the experience of the day, but didn't really have a lot of direction, and Herm was great about running with our suggestions and also working with the many song requests of the night from family and friends. We also had a lot of songs that needed to start early, start later, fade out, etc. and he made the timing work perfectly! My heart was so happy when I heard our recessional song pick up right at the moment I hoped it would! We did have some sound issues with the officiant microphone during the ceremony, but everything was working great by the time we needed the mic again. And honestly, the most important role that a DJ has is making sure that everyone dances and has a great time and Herm definitely delivered! Everyone commented on the awesome music, and the dance floor was packed the whole night!

  Herm was awesome at getting everyone dancing and reading the crowd at our wedding. He worked really well with the day-of coordinator. His packages didn't include uplighting, but he had no problem renting some, and the cost for this was minimal. We were really happy with our dj choice!
