  Marcus exceeded our very high expectations! We had a separate cocktail party where he performed live, followed by the full ballroom reception at The Palace Hotel. His equipment is state of the art, his song library was perfect, everything that we wanted was provided without a single glitch.
  
  Book him in advance, don't miss the chance to lock him in. I cannot more fully endorse him!

  My (now) husband and I got married on November 5, 2017. We were so lucky to have found Marcus! Not only is he a great DJ, but he also plays guitar and has an amazing voice. We were able to have the best of both worlds on our big day, and we were grateful that he worked within our budget.
  
  Overall, Marcus was really great to work with. We didn't want to have to worry about picking every song for our wedding and needed a DJ who could take some general direction and fill in the rest for us. We knew this wouldn't be the easiest since our musical preferences aren't exactly your "top 100s," and we were pretty clueless when it came to songs that were good to dance to. We also knew our crowd would be a bit tough since we had people of all ages in attendance, but we had a couple of great chats before the wedding and gave Marcus a list of about 30 songs for inspiration, and we thought he did a great job filling in the blanks!
  
  For the cocktail hour, he had shown us a list of popular songs he could play in advance, and we were happy to see there was a nice variety. We were so impressed with how good he sounded! We had watched some of his youtube videos while researching, so we knew he was talented, but hearing him play live made it very clear that this guy is a professional! We had a lot of our guests comment on how much they enjoyed hearing him play.
  
  Lastly, I was really struggling to figure out a song to walk down the aisle to. It was great that Marcus would learn a song on guitar for a very modest additional fee, so it kind of made the options endless. He knew from previous chats that my favorite band is Incubus, and he was willing to take on the challenge of adapting one of their songs into an acoustic bridal processional. This made our ceremony seem that much more personal, and I was really grateful.
  
  We would highly recommend Marcus to anyone looking for a musician and/or DJ - it's not every day you find two in one!

  Marcus is an amazing DJ and musician! He was very easy to work with. At my wedding he played an acoustic set during cocktail hour and dinner, then a DJ set for the rest of the night. He kept the dance floor full of people the entire night! I highly recommend him if you need a DJ/live entertainment!

  I just had my wedding on August 1st, 2015 and Marcus was phenomenon! He wasn't just a wedding singer, he was a singer/DJ and he was well prepared.
  
  I met Marcus about a year ago when we were planning our wedding, he was responsive and professional! He met with us immediately after our initial request and he was in constant email communications even on his vacation!
  
  He is so talented with his one man show -- he is able to sing solo, DJ and play an one-man show with his setup!! I couldn't have asked for a more comprehensive band than him. He was also able to even help us with some of our songs which were in Spanish!

  Amazing musician and DJ! My now husband stumbled upon his services online while searching for a DJ and I'm so glad because he was the highlight of our wedding reception! He sings and plays the guitar and really adds something more to your wedding than just a DJ playing music. During our cocktail hour and dinner, he sang songs and played the guitar and it was wonderful. Guests were impressed, as we were. Then when it came to the reception and dancing, he played the music we wanted and his set up was really cool with the lights and the music flowed and just overall really great. So glad we chose him as our DJ! Also, he has an awesome accent. He is friendly and professional and funny too and really easy to work with. I highly recommend him for weddings or other events. He answers all your questions and can meet with you in person or by phone/email and is quick to respond and will play the music you want. He also has a great list of songs he can sing to and can learn to play a song that you request as well! Definitely an excellent choice for your wedding or other event! You won't regret it!

  Totally blown away with how wonderful Marcus was - he exceeded our expectations in absolutely every way possible. From the very beginning he made the process of planning the music for our day so easy. He was easy to communicate with, responsive and extremely professional.
  
  Despite the very complicated layout of our venue, Marcus made every detail work seamlessly. He took the lead and made everything happen without me needing to lift a finger or voice a single question or concern. There wasn't a single hiccup (or if there was, I never knew about it). We coordinated the music details with him over the course of many months from a distance of 3000 miles away, but he made every step of it so simple.
  
  He played live music and sang during our ceremony and cocktail hour, we received so much praise from our guests about how amazing his performances were. They truly were. His voice is incredible ... I found myself at moments during the cocktail hour just sitting and enjoying his music - getting lost in it. Just phenomenal.
  
  He also DJ'ed our reception - it was a blast. He kept the crowd dancing and on their feet but was unobtrusive. He worked so hard throughout the day to keep things moving - I can't believe he does all he does on his own. At the end of the day we would have paid 3x what he had charged us for such a quality-level of service. Of all of our wedding vendors (which we all loved) he is the one I feel I can speak the highest of. Words could hardly express our gratitude to him - there is no doubt our day was more amazing simply because of him being there and his amazing talent.
  
  He is genuinely a great person, and a terrific asset to any wedding. I can't say enough wonderful things about him!!!

  Marcus is laid back, professional, kind, and so very talented! I asked him to learn a new song for my processional and he performed it perfectly. Lots of people commented on his playing throughout the cocktail hour and during dinner. He also chose great songs while DJing and the dance floor was packed all night! I couldn't have been happier with his service.

We were so happy to be able to customize our music choices to fit our unique style. Our guests are still incredibly impressed with the live music component to our ceremony and reception, most of my friends were on the dance floor the whole night!   Marcus was a wonderful choice for our wedding. He sounds great and is very talented, professional, good looking and entertaining. He learned specific songs to play during the wedding and was amazing. Everyone commented on how great he was! I would highly reccomend Marcus!
