  Darrell and Emily videoed my brothers wedding and I knew then I wanted them to do mine. They were amazing and great to work with. They worked with me on the travel and price since my wedding was 2 hours from nyc/nj. They made sure to get every detail and also not be intrusive to my guests when dancing. You couldn't even tell they were there. I can't wait to see my video and I know they do great work.

  I can not say enough about Darrel and Emily. They are amazing. We didn't think we wanted a videographer until about 2 months before our wedding and they were quick to accommodate us and even drove over an hour to meet us for our intro meeting. On our wedding day we got to say hi to them in the early morning hours, and then they were off doing their thing all day / night. When we were recapping our wedding the day after the event, we said we didn't even see Darrel and Emily all night. They were so stealthy, never in the way and worked great with our photographers. A few months after our wedding we received our preview video and the full length video and oh my gosh, they were amazing (Even my husband got teary-eyed and he is not an emotional person). We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary this weekend and we are making it a tradition to watch our videos and it made us so happy to relive this special day. If you are contemplating getting a videographer, DO IT! You will not regret it, especially if you choose Dmart Films.

  They were so easy to communicate with, talk to and just made the whole experience so comfortable. I couldn't find them after we left the salon! I know they got amazing shots and I cannot WAIT to get the video back to watch!

  My New Husband and I cannot say enough. Darrell and Emily were amazing from start to finish. They were very professional and made us feel completely at ease... We cannot wait to see the finished product... If you are looking for more than just a wedding video... look no further... they spent so much time with us.... and shot so much footage... we know it will be amazing!!!

  My husband and I hired Dmart Films based on a recommendation from a friend and we could not be more pleased with our decision! Darrell and Emily did an absolutely amazing job filming our wedding and our video is something we will treasure forever! They did such a good job capturing our day but not being intrusive that my husband and I and our families didn't even realize they were there for a lot of the day. They were able to catch all of the most important parts of our wedding as well as so many of the important small details and weave it together to tell a beautiful story of our day. I will definitely be recommending Dmart Films to any family and friends looking to film important moments in their lives! Thank you again Darrell and Emily!!

  My husband and I can't say enough good things about Darrell and Emily from Dmart Films. I should start by saying that I didn't want a videographer. I don't love being the center of attention, so the thought of watching myself on tape wasn't exactly appealing. Plus, I always hate going to other people's weddings and having some guy with a bright light and a camera shining in your face the whole time you are trying to enjoy the night. It was very important to my husband, so I swallowed my pride and agreed (on the condition that we got someone who wouldn't be so annoying)!
  
  To say the least, we hit the jackpot with Darrell and Emily. I can honestly say that I did not even notice them on our wedding day, yet they managed to capture every single detail that I would have hoped for. They stayed in the background, and their equipment is so unassuming that many of my guests did not even notice that we had a videographer. Darrell and Emily were not only professional and laid back, but they were such a pleasure to talk to, and managed to fit right in with our families. Our photographer made a comment to us about Darrell's talent and the caliber of his equipment during our pre-pictures, so I knew we had made the right choice.
  
  We were already thrilled with them before we received our video trailer, but the trailer absolutely took our breaths away. We could not have hoped for anything better. The time and care that Darrell puts into these films is evident in the first 10 seconds of the trailer. The music is perfect, the transitions are flawless. We laughed, we cried, and then we watched it 5 more times in a row :). Dmart is worth every cent you will pay, and provides an amazing product for an extremely reasonable price. I couldn't be happier that my husband talked me into getting a videographer...and most of all, I couldn't be happier that we chose Dmart. Book them!!!!

  DMART was awesome!!! We liked Darryl and Emily as soon as we met them! Down to earth, professional, honest, you name it! We felt so comfortable with them and they did an amazing job with our trailer and film. Our family and friends loved their work as well. We love them!!

  Looking for a cinematography team that blends into the scenes and captures all the beautiful moments of your big day? DMart Films is it! The talented duo of Darrell and Emily at DMart Films are so nice and accommodating. I didn't worry once that they were going to miss something. They arrived early to watch our ceremony rehearsal and get acquainted with our ceremony and reception site. They worked with our photographer really well and got some beautiful video of our "first look." They also got some great details shots throughout the day. Although, I am sure it was tough, they were able to record our vows, even though it took place in a packed boathouse chapel. And during the reception, I didn't even know they were there - no big lights or intrusive cameras. A few weeks after our wedding, our wedding trailer was ready (I couldn't wait to watch it!) I cried the first time I watched it. And the second. And the third. It was absolutely AMAZING. I shared it with friends and family, who still come up to me to tell me they LOVED it. One guest (who will remain nameless) told me he cried when he watched the video. (He also told me not to tell anyone this...so shhh!) He said it embodied everything about our wedding. The love. The joy. The happiness. We can't wait to watch our full DVD and relive the best day of our lives, and catch some of the fun things we might of missed. I give DMart Films an A!

  Without a doubt, the BEST decision we made in the wedding planning process was hiring Dmart Films. Darrell and Emily are the definition of professionals, and it is evident that they love what they do based on the way they treat their clients and the work they deliver! They were non-intrusive, polite, creative, understanding and FUN! One thing that really stood out to me was how seamlessly they worked with our photographer despite never meeting prior to the wedding. They were able to work around the shots our photographer wanted without pulling us in a million different directions. Darrell has a quiet confidence about him that really impressed me. He was able to visualize what I wanted out of our wedding day and offered opinions and advice while still listening to me.
  Darrell and Emily captured everything from the little details to the big events on our day, all while blending in effortlessly. Most people at our wedding didn’t even know we had a videographer despite the fact that they were everywhere. The equipment they use is phenomenal, they were able to move around the dance floor without tangling people up in wires, or flashing lights in their faces.
  We just received our wedding “trailer” which is such a beautiful way to show our wedding day to friends and family without forcing them to watch the full wedding video. They managed to capture our wedding in a way I didn’t think was possible. I am beyond excited to see the finish product.
  For those Brides & Grooms out there that are contemplating whether you should hire a Videographer, it is 100% worth it. Our day was an absolute blur of fun and excitement. To be able see the moments we missed, relive the moments that meant the most to us, and feel like we’re there again is priceless. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are that we chose Dmart films.

  Upon first meeting Darell and Emily I was beyond thrilled with our choice. They came recommended- we meet them - nice, kind, pleasant. You had to pay them in full before the wedding which sadly leaves them no motivation to get your film to you. I contacted Darell several times asking him how the film was coming, Was concerned I had not been asked to pick out music yet and so forth. Each time being assured that my film "looked great" and was on track for the 10-12 week delivery date. With the 10-12 wk date approaching and still not having picked out the music, I of course was alarmed. Again reassured it looked great, the music was quick to add. "Final touches." When we finally received our trailer capturing "our story" at the 26 week mark (well past the 10-12 wk), imagine my disappointment when only 1 of our parents made it into the film. That's 1/6 due to remarriage etc. There were also several mistakes. The largest being the maid-of-honor giving her speech only to cut away to the Maid-of-honor listeining to herself give the speech. The film was created in a night - due to me asking no doubt. When I pointed out the problems I was told he would only change it because he made that mistake. I offered to send off ipictures of mportant family members-LIKE OUR PARENTS-as it had been so long. He made changes and again left them out. When I contacted him he asked to resend and he made changes. We7 months after our wedding, & you could tell it was rushed. Transistions were choppy, music stopped and went to the next one. When the bridal party is introduced there are 3-4 different sound tracks playing. When I asked him to fix it..i have now been deemed "difficult to please." My husband contacted him. He agreed to make changes if given a list. We asked for 4 things. (hardly anything compared to what I wanted) He changed 1 thing. I know DMART does great work. At least I saw on his website. Just not for us. If you don"t care time frame -use him.
