    Great experience

    Great experience overall. They arrived on time and had everything that we rented. I only suggest that you go in and make sure they have everything that you want listed a couple days before the event. If we did not go back in to double check we would have been missing a couple key items. Overall though it was a great experience and we would use them again.

    Highly Recommend

    Patty at Do All Rental is super sweet and awesome to work with. I already knew what I was looking for before I went into their bridal section and they had everything I wanted. We rented our chairs, cupcake holder and some decor. They have a huge variety to choose from and the prices are very reasonable. The delivery and setup went very smooth and Patty even worked directly with our venue to pick up the chairs first thing the following Monday morning without us having to pay an additional fee!

    We rented tablecloth, Chair Covers, Sashes, Table Runners, A Large Arch , and China. The linens were very nicely pressed and Everything looked beautiful. They had many things to choose from and the Ceiling Draping made the room look so elegant. We thank everyone at Do All for making our special day so happy

    We are so pleased with the service at Do All. Patti was great. I kinda new what I was looking for before I met with Patti. She showed us beautiful decorating ideas that made a gorgeous big difference. I would encourage all brides to look into the ceiling drapery. They made the whole room magical. The table cloths and runners were beautiful. We also rented an arch for the wedding ceremony. The arch was decorated with the colors of the bridesmaids dresses, it was amazing.
    Thank you Patti and Do All for the beautiful memories we'll have for ever!

    We were very happy with everything we rented for our Wedding Day at the Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club, We rented an Arch and chairs for the outside and Ceiling Draping and Sequin table runners for the inside. Everything was beautiful . They have a huge selection and the prices are very reasonable.We would highly reccommend this vendor

    This rental company has endless options from sizes of tables. Wood and plastic, to chairs options. Wood/plastic. Inside outside chairs. To decorations from lights, table settings to wooden barrels. They pretty much have everything.
    The even have available ceiling drapery that they will install. They were very prompt with information on rentals and delivery.
    The delivery went smoothly and work well with the venue (Oaks of Devonaire) for pick up. Very professional, easy to use.
    Pricing was reasonable and they are conveniently located for delivery to this venue. Would highly recommend. I don't think there was any stress working with them. Thank you for making doing business with you so easy.
    No pressure for upsells here, which was greatly appreciated as budgets are strained when you get to this point in planning/preparation.

    Do All Rental was such a great company to work with. They were always very friendly and responsive with every call I had to update our rental order. I know I spoke to several different employees throughout the planning process and I received the same level of quality service across the board. They made sure to follow up with me and keep me updated with any changes in their inventory for our day. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were timely with their delivery and pick up. There were no additional fees to have a Friday delivery and Monday pick up for our Saturday event. I am so pleased we decided to go with them for our rental needs! Thank you!

    Amazing! They have EVERYTHING you could need. The woman that runs the bridal area is fantastic and she was also our bartender for the reception (because they have that service as well!). She was fantastic! Serving drinks left and right, picking up plates and talking to guests. I would highly recommend them for anyones wedding/event.

    WD were able to rent all of our chairs and the arch way for our outdoor ceremony at a reasonable price. They delivered and remo end everything.

    Hello, this is Patty from Do All Rental and I just wanted to respond to the lady that left a bad review. My appolgoies that you were not pleased with your price quote.First off, I already gave her a discount on her chairs and second off, I told her that the reason the price went up is because the venue that she was using is a long distance from the front to the back and she didn't think there should be an extra charge to carry over 100 chairs to the back. It is alot more work and several trips for our delivery guys.I don't believe I was ever rude to her , she just didn't like the fact that I was charging her extra to do so. She is a case that you can not please everyone all of the time... but we really do try our best to please everyone.

    We used Do All to rent 80 white folding chairs for our outdoor ceremony at the Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club. Their prices were fair and they delivered and setup early, which was nice. They also arranged the chairs for us without any guidance and it looked great. Plus they picked up the chairs for us, too. We were very pleased with their service. As the owner of A Perfect Day Wedding Ceremonies, I will recommend Do All to my brides and grooms. Thank you!

    I recently rented an arch, guestbook stand, unity candle stand, and gift card box. I reserved items last minute with no problem. I was able to pick everything up on Friday and return it on Monday. Staff was super helpful and the items were just what I needed!

    Patti was apleasure to work with. Everything she promised the company delivered. Set-up was done quickly which allowed me more time to get the other things for the day done. The equipment is in great condition. I would use this company again and again for any event I plan.

    They did the Ceiling Draping, Chair Covers and Sashes, Tablecloths and China, also the Arch for the outside Ceremony. Everything looked beautiful as promised and we had the most perfect Wedding Day

    We made our order in person for a bamboo wedding arch, five sheer valences, and 70 padded wood chairs. My mom called a couple of days later to change the color of two of the valences with no issues. My mom called the week of my wedding to confirm our order and wedding date. The man who answered the phone found the order, but it was the original print out and not the updated version with the new color of valences. He checked the computer system, found the updated information, and printed it. Everything was then confirmed correctly.

    THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING: The bamboo wedding arch was cracked at the top support section. We were told the arch would come with cement footers, which would support it. The arch did in fact come with said footers, however, they did not support the arch due to the increased wind and the arch almost blew away. (Our wedding was on the harbor, a venue Do All is very familiar with.) The delivery men would not help secure the arch. My mom called Do All for help and was informed there was no one the company could send, so my then fiance had to get on a ladder in his tuxedo to secure the arch. While decorating the then secured arch, my mom found one of the pieces of material was actually two separate pieces that were TAPED together. The company was late for their after-hours pick up. My mom was informed she would get a partial refund for the above problems and she is still waiting to receive it.

    Not the best, they gave us one price then when we called back to book they upped their price and argued with them and the lady was totally rude!

    As far as their prices go, they're good, but you get what you pay for & I had a couple issues with their service. First, it took no less than 15 emails to make a few simple changes to my order. For example, if I asked for a certain table to be removed, Patti would send the contract back with 2 of those tables. The process took forever to get everything corrected. Another issue was the rental of the table numbers. On my 1st visit to their showroom, I showed Patti the ones I wanted. When delivered to the venue, they were the wrong ones. Not a big deal but I ordered a rustic style & was sent more glam gold-framed #'s that wouldn't match the overall style. Even better, some looked to be printed off a computer & some were literally written with blue/black pen. They looked absolutely terrible. Some had glass in the frame, some didn't. I can understand getting the exact table #'s I wanted mixed up, but those things should have never even been sent. They were pathetic. When I contacted Do-All about them, Patti told me the ones I wanted wouldn't stand up. I told her I needed them as I had no other options & I guess they fixed them before delivering the correct ones. Another issue, the arch I rented could be constructed better. It was impossible to move without like 4 people because it would fall apart. Also, there were dead flowers attached to it. I'm sure it was a previous bride's decorations, but really? Dead flowers should've been removed before it was delivered. Some of the white tablecloths I rented had stains on them. Lastly, the ceiling drapery that was installed left a lot to be desired. There wasn't much attention paid to them I don't think as they were all very unevenly hung up & way too low. I called the guys to come back and fix it & they basically told me there wasn't much they could do. My day of coordinator ended up on a ladder fixing them, which wasn't her job. Their prices are decent, but spend more $ with someone else & get better service/quality items.
