  I LOVE Charles. When I began searching for wedding videographers, I would watch one video and see if I felt moved by the video at all. I researched every day. And then one day.. I found Dolce Wedding Films and Photography. I would sit and watch all of the videos that Charles made and every time.. I felt moved. I booked him and Rosie immediately. I have to say, you NEVER notice Charles the day of your wedding (and I say that in the BEST possible way). When he got there, of course I told him I was his biggest fan, but he just lets you be you. He lets you freely move around and just be natural. You don't have a gigantic camera in your face. Throughout the ceremony and the reception, even on a yacht, we never noticed someone taking video. I LOVED that. I really am very happy with the Dolce team and I'm so blessed to be a Dolce bride. We haven't received the video yet so I wish I could gush about that but I know it's going to be WORTH THE WAIT. Thank you Dolce team, you guys are the best. :)

  Out of all of my wedding vendors, I can say without a doubt that Dolce Photos & Wedding Films were my absolute favorite to work with from beginning to end. Rosie & Charles were so responsive, caring and professional from the time we contacted them. They focused on every little detail in our engagement shoot and on our wedding day. They made the entire photo and video process so incredibly easy and natural. Their work is amazing, but the way they treated us as clients and individuals is truly special. I highly recommend them to capture your special day!

  Charles was SO SO SO great to work with. He answered all of my many questions and gave me great suggestions based on my wedding. I had a small destination wedding and Charles worked with me for this unique event, meeting my every need. The day of the wedding, he and his assistant were so kind and gracious. They made myself and family feel so comfortable. He laughed and joked with me and made me forget that I was being filmed. I can't wait to see the footage taken that day and I fully recommend him to any bride. Thanks !!!

  Dolce Wedding Films gave me an excellent film but the videographer was very stressful for me . A few days before the wedding I had not heard from him for months . I tried emailing him , calling him , texting him and could not get a hold of him . Finally he answered right before the wedding and came . The video took a year . We got it on our one year anniversary after I emailed nbc 6 responds . In the end the video was excellent but the lack of communication was stressful .

  Worst experience

  I had email and text and email communication with the husband and wife team where they explained everything to me and showed me their work. I thought I had found the perfect team. After I paid my deposit and had some questions for them I texted, emailed, called and no one got back to me for almost a week. I then called again and left a voicemail saying I wanted a refund. That’s when Charles texted me a whole story about his family situation and what not basically saying I was acting crazy. Well they went from communicating to zero communication until I requested a refund. Charles begged me to work with them and promised this wouldn’t happen again what he doesn’t know is the I was able to reach out to his past customers who all warned me to stay away due to lack of communication, professionalism. This team is to not be trusted! Don’t give them your money! People have told me they will be so great in the beginning and then go Mia, come up with excuses, and you’ll wait a year for your products. They will make it sound like you’re being crazy and take zero accountability. Thank goodness I was able to get my deposit back after Charles was being so rude. Also what photographer has their Instagram on private?? Kind of fishy. I think their website has fake reviews! Stay away!!

I would call, leave messages, email and I even drove all the way to his old doral location as a pop up visit to no avail (he had apparently moved and had not update his website). His responsiveness was subpar/poor. In fact I didn't get a call back until I left a message with dolce photography, inferring that I wanted a refund. I had gotten to the point that I was willing to not have my wedding filmed, anything to not have to deal with an unprofessional vendor. But, he did eventually contact me...shortly after and pleaded that he would provide a discount and prove to be that he was a reliable vendor. He showed up to my wedding as a one man videographer (not good idea) and as the agreement he did 7 hours. I even tipped him. Months went by with poor communication, again I called, emailed and he would never return my call. It was 5 months before I received my wedding trailer which was about 3.5 minutes.
  After than I would call, email and get no response for months. Fast forward, my anniversary was July 9th and I'm still without my wedding film. Don't use him!!! He knows nothing about customer service or a time line.

I know this bc I had a friend that is also a professional watch it and she confirmed. I’m so disturbed by this still. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! He ruined my wedding memories.
