  Absolutely exceptional!

  Dori is one of the best in the biz. She has a remarkable eye, and my new husband and I feel extremely privileged she was able to capture all of the magic of our big day. Truly a one of a kind talent!!!

  The best photographer! Look no further!

  Dori is absolutely amazing at what she does - not only does she take stunning photos but she has a comforting, fun presence that has a way of making you feel at ease right from the start! Since I was getting married 4 hours away from where I lived, booking vendors seemed stressful - especially one as important as your photographer, but once I had the initial call with Dori I just knew we had to book her for our big day. She is professional, creative, caring, and goes above and beyond, from fixing my husbands boutonnière to making sure my hair was placed properly, all while keeping us on schedule and ensuring we got all the shots from our shot list. As people who don't feel comfortable in front of the camera she was able to help us pose with prompts, make us laugh, and by the end of the night we felt more like friends. We love Dori and her work - even our friends and family can't stop commenting on how amazing our photos came out. Book Dori for your big day, you will not regret it!

  Dori = Amazing!!

  Dori was absolutely amazing and our wedding photos turned out beautiful! She is incredibly talented at what she does, and because of her detailed timeline (with built in wiggle room!) our day was able to run so smoothly. We were so grateful to also hire Dori for our engagement pictures, which helped us become much more comfortable in front of the camera. With Dori's posing prompts, we really felt super confident and relaxed, and it allowed us to just focus on having fun. I really feel like Dori captured that emotion in our final wedding photos. There is a perfect mix of 'classic' wedding photos and fun candids. It was important that the style of our photos looked timeless and not trendy, and Dori created that for us. Thank you again so much Dori, we hope to work with you again in the future!

  Book Dori NOW!

  Dori was a joy to work with from start to finish. Booking our photographer was one of the most important decisions for my husband and I. We wanted timeless wedding photos that would allow us to relive our wedding day when looking back years from now. Our engagement photos and wedding photos with Dori exceeded our expectations!
  
  Dori made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and made each session fun and easy! She communicated with our other vendors ahead of the wedding day and was flexible with our changing timeline. Dori was a calming presence throughout our wedding day. We ended up having extra time and were able to get extra portraits in additional locations which ended up being some of my favorite photos! Dori was able to work with our family dynamics to make family portraits go smoothly. We will treasure these photos forever.

  The best photographer out there

  Dori is the perfect photographer. Not only is her photography style elegant and timeless but her personality seals the deal. She's extremely kind but also confident in her work and direction. My husband and I were nervous about having to take photos and having them come out well but Dori knew exactly what she was doing. From the engagement shoot to the wedding, we were in excellent hands. I cannot recommend Dori enough and I'm looking forward to using her again in the future.

  The. Best. Photographer. In. Ny.

  Artist. Visionary. Mastermind. Creator. Organizer. Director. Scheduler. Sometimes, even hair fixer upper, to name a few! Dori wears so many hats and titles outside of "photographer." It took me a while to write this review as I wanted to make sure what I wrote about her work matched the level of detail that she captured on our day. To be quite honest, I cannot do this review even to the level that I want because I am still speechless and in awe, but I felt it was necessary to express my gratitude so other brides can feel confident about their decision to work with Dori. I stumbled upon Dori's work while living in Georgia and planning my New York wedding. She is based in Saratoga and that was originally where we were looking. Our plans changed, but we continued to keep Dori in mind for shooting our day. Luckily, she was willing to travel to Cooperstown, NY. I never had the opportunity to meet Dori in person prior to shooting our day (not because of her, but again, because I was planning our wedding from out of state), but from the moment I started to chat with her, it was clear that she was unlike any other photographer - very professional and her work speaks for itself! She gave me feedback and input during our consultation call that I didn't even think about nor had anyone else even mention. Fast forward to the day of. I was running a few hours behind and Dori was already onsite. Instead of rushing me, she captured detail shots and calmed me down letting me know that we can reorder our set timeline. This pivot was done with ease and without hesitation. She also worked well to make sure that we had all the photos we wanted captured and caught ALL of the little things and details that were a part of our day, many being spontaneous moments. For not being a regular at the location, all of our photos are like she had photographed there a bajillion times. She literally had everything figured out - from lighting and locations to who would photograph well next to who and how to maximize our time constraints. Here are some of my favorite photos because again, her work speaks for itself.

I remember the first conversation I had with her she was SUPER honest, and said you need to make sure you like your photographer because you are with them the whole day at your wedding. Well, that is definitely true and we LOVED working with Dori. We put together a list of photos we wanted to capture and Dori made it happen without a blink of an eye. She and Lynn were so attentive to detail and we could not have asked for better photos. You can tell they love what they do and it truly makes all the difference. Thank you Dori & team, we could not have asked for a more magical day with pictures to remember the day forever!!

After looking through Dori's work on Instagram we fell in love with her photography style! We both felt at ease with Dori since the beginning of our engagement shoot, she even found some great locations for us to shoot at! When it came to the wedding day Dori captured everything perfectly. My husband and I had a long list of photos for the wedding day and Dori captured EVERY single one, she had so many amazing and creative ideas in addition to our list of photos as well. Dori is incredibly professional, experienced, and kind. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone considering hiring her! I’m so happy that we have Dori’s photos to look at for all the years to come!!

  Not sure how i can ever write a good enough review for how amazing Dori was. She was so helpful and attentive the entire wedding planning process and made photo taking sooo stress free. Dori's attention to detail and creativity made our wedding photos beyond beautiful. We are so beyond happy we went with her and cannot thank her enough.   Dori was one of our first vendor hires back in the beginning of our engagement and we are so glad she was able to stick with us over the past two plus years of planning! Working with Dori was very easy and her excitement to take part in our wedding was contagious. We contracted Dori for our engagement photos and wedding photos so that we could meet and get familiar with each other before the big day and found this to be very beneficial for our working relationship. The engagement photos came out great and she is very good at making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Our wedding day ran smoothly, and her creative ideas for photo locations/shots really helped make our day even more special. Having nice photos to look back on were important to us and all of her photos ended up above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend Dori for any photography needs. She is amazing at her craft!

  The BEST Photographer ever!

  I had Dori as my wedding photographer and it was an absolute dream come true! From the very first meeting to getting our pictures back - Dori was amazing to work with. She helped our wedding run seamlessly by planning all the details and discussing them with me before hand, organizing when to take pictures and with whom, and gathering all the people for the pictures (which is not easy when you have a large family!). Dori guided us through taking the photos and made it feel very natural and comfortable. Not to mention how amazing the photos turned out! We were so thankful to be able to have her as our photographer on our wedding day.

  I truly could not recommend Dori enough. She is kind, energetic, fun, thoughtful, professional and incredible at her job! We couldn't be happier with the final results.

  Dori was so awesome to work with on our wedding day!! She is so friendly, fun and talented! We genuinely liked hanging out with her which is important on such a special day! She recommended an amazing spot for our first look, had so many creative ideas for our pictures and they came out beautiful!! I would recommend Dori to anyone and everyone!! :)

With the radar in one hand, her cameras around her neck and her other hand, she made the magic happen. We got every single picture we wanted. The entire time we felt supported and in the best of hands. I cannot say enough good things about Dori! Now I'm just itching for another event where I can hire her again!

  We used Dori for our engagement photos and knew instantly we had to have her for our wedding. She and her her other Photographer Amber, kept the the day moving along. She already had a vision of what and where our photos needed to be. And that was reassuring to us. It kept us right on our timeline for the day. If you are looking for someone who is going to go above and beyond what your expecting/dreaming of, Dori is your photographer! 15/10!

  Dori is the real deal. I knew from my first correspondence with her that she was going to be our wedding photographer. So personable, so prompt and most importantly- she knows what she is doing. Our pictures came out wonderful. I could not have asked for anything more.

  Absolutely amazing

  Dori captured our wedding day beautifully! We were one of the many couples who had to postpone their wedding, and Dori worked with us to find dates that both she and our vendor were available. The day of our wedding, taking photos felt effortless with her direction! I would recommend Dori to anyone and look forward to more opportunities to have her as my photographer!

  Dori was wonderful to work with, from our initial conversation to after our pictures were delivered. I had 3 months to plan a wedding, due to our first getting canceled from COVID, and Dori made everything seamless, especially as I was planning it from out of state. We had never met prior to our wedding day, yet she made us feel so comfortable, and helped guide us in poses that made for fantastic photos. The final product is one that we will treasure forever. Her photos are bright and timeless, and really capture the magic of our day. She is truly a master at her craft. I highly recommend!
