  Some of the staff wasn't very knowledgeable in their position and gave incorrect information numerous times, which was later corrected by the manager. These errors negatively affected our plans. Also disappointed in how much effort it took to get a response for calls or emails. Staff was very attentive on the day of the wedding, constantly asking if we needed anything.

  Thankfully we did not use Dover Downs Hotel and Casino for wedding venue only for guest to stay. It was the worst experience I have experienced, I can't even put into words how disappointing it was. Please don't expect anything to be corrected or compensated, you will only get an "ooops I dropped the ball, sorry :-)"
