  Wonderful!

  Absolutely loved working with the team at Down Emery Lane! Jessica was always there to answer any questions I needed and get me through the entire several month process. She brought my vision of a elegant, whimsical, ski wedding to life. She found wooden skis and coordinated matching menus, table cards, and anything else. Would definitely use them again.

  Best investment ever!

  Down Emery lane was the first vendor I hired after setting our wedding date. I can say hands down I made the beat decision ever! They were a blessing from day one and made the process so easy! Our wedding day surpassed our wildest expectation.
  We are vintage lovers and collected vintage items for 9 months to stage our home for a intimate wedding. During this process Jessica would reach out and share things with me that she saw or found. It was so fun to have her be part of our “treasure hunting”
  From the first time we talked they understood our vision.
  It was so nice being in professional hands that knew all the ins and outs of turning your home/venue into your dream wedding space! It was such a production. If it wasn’t for down emery lanes expertise our day wouldn’t have been beyond perfect!!! They poured just as much love into our wedding as we did and were for ever grateful for all the love they showered us with during the planning process and on our wedding day!!

  Top notch service

  If you are at all on the fence about booking a Wedding Coordinator, I promise you, this will be the best money you spend on your wedding. From the moment I called Down Emery Lane to inquire about a coordinator, Jessica has been attentive, on time and went above and beyond her duties to assist me. My husband wanted to help with the planing but sometimes we weren't always on the same page. Jessica always had a compromise and someway to figure out how to put our ideas together! On the day of the wedding, she took care of every little detail, made sure we all stuck to the schedule to maximize our photographer and videographer and truly was a blessing so that we could relax and didn't have to give any of our guest tasks during the wedding. It was so much fun and took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders!

  Jessica was the best!!

  I absolutely loved working with Jessica at Down Emery Lane. She was so knowledgeable, sweet, punctual, attentive, and calmed my nerves. She made the day of run perfectly smoothly and all my guests and family loved her as well. She was always available for questions I had from the day we hired her - ranging from vendor relations through decor, special moments, timeline, scheduling and more. She's a true expert at her craft!!

  Absolutely Stunning Flowers! Wedding Wizards!

  Jaclyn at Down Emory Lane was absolutely amazing. She understood our vibe (vintage rustic feel with lots of purple and succulents woven through the flowers) and went above and beyond in making our venue looks extraordinary. Our arch flowers were a masterpiece and the tables looked like something out of a Nora Ephron movie. Not to mention our bouquets that were stunning. The communication with Jaclyn throughout the entire process was awesome, and it was nice to meet in person to really talk things out about the details of the wedding. They were also wonderful in working with our budget and really making our wedding feel elegant. High recommend!

  The ladies at Down Emery Lane are near and dear to our hearts. We have known them for several years now and have watched their business bloom! They just recently went viral for a Harry Potter styled shoot! So cool!
  Well, my now husband and I decided to tie the knot on July 6, 2018 and were honored that they coordinated, decorated and arranged all of the florals for our wedding. These women are beyond talented and my husband and I were blown away on our wedding day! Jessica gave us a timeline to do to help us organize and prioritize up until the big day. Jessica did an amazing job with the calligraphy on our signs throughout the venue. She hand painted and wrote our welcome sign, guestbook sign, table numbers and more! Jessica was able to coordinate and direct our large families during the ceremony, which was super helpful! She was so accommodating and was so great throughout the whole process. I couldn’t have pictured us getting married without her there helping us along the way. The florals were what we imagined and more! Jaclyn and Julie did an amazing job making sure the floral colors were exactly what we wanted and matched our theme of our wedding. Along with the florals, Jaclyn hand crafted our wedding save the dates and invites. We were overjoyed with how perfect they were and our guests really enjoyed them too! Overall, I 100% recommend Down Emery Lane for all of your wedding needs. My husband and I still frequently reminisce and look at all of our gorgeous décor in our photos! We are so happy that they were such a big part of making our day so special!

  Jaclyn and Jessica were wonderful to work with. They helped to make my son and daughter in laws wedding extra special. The flowers were beautiful and the coordinating was perfect! I have just recommended them to a friend!

  I’ve used Down Emery Lane for both my daughter’s and my son’s weddings. Each wedding was unique and beautiful! Each wedding was customized to each couple’s personalities. I highly recommend Down Emery Lane for all of your special occasions !

  We hired Jessica Herron as a day-of wedding coordinator, and I would say the experience overall was decent, but could have been better.
  For the first few months leading up to the wedding, we corresponded via surveys. What was my vision, who were the people in the wedding party, who were our vendors, etc. That was normal and expected, but after about 3 surveys, it started to become untimely and impersonal. The cadence of these surveys was not communicated either, which would have been helpful so I could have prepared for it.
  During the month leading up to the wedding, Jessica was very responsive. We had a 1:1 phone call to go over ALL the important details, which I appreciated. I learned things I had not anticipated, which was immensely helpful. She took charge and seamlessly “herded the cattle” at our rehearsal – there were about 30 family and wedding party members, so this was nothing to sneeze at.
  There were a few hiccups at the wedding which mostly pertained to miscommunication. My husband spent painstaking time and effort to select the best wines possible for our guests, and we specifically requested that these be served with dinner. That didn’t happen, and instead the wine was kept behind the hosted bar (read: HOSTED). That was quickly resolved and the venue ended up passing the wine at no additional charge, but we were disappointed because many of our guests had left by then.
  We also learned that during teardown, Jessica made some of our cleanup crew felt rushed and pressured, being given only half an hour to clean up when our contract allowed for two hours. This left us disappointed, as our interactions with Jessica had been mostly pleasant.
  When all was said and done, we were married. That was the most important thing; however for a professional in the industry, there were things that could have gone more smoothly.

  Decent prices, terrible customer service

  They are reasonably priced, and looked to have pretty arrangements, but that’s the only positive I can say.
  
  After initially providing me a quote for what I wanted, and adjusting once per additional requests, when I made a couple additional changes and wanted an updated quote so I knew what bass getting, they completely stopped responding. I followed up a couple times, and nothing. The most unprofessional thing I’ve ever dealt with, and I worked in the service industry for quite some time.
  
  They have yet to follow up with me, never provided me an update quote. I saw on their website that they only offer 6 hours of consulting regarding flowers for a wedding, so perhaps I asked too many questions. However, if I was trying to get over 3k from someone, I would want to ensure the client was happy and getting everything they wanted.
  
  Very disappointed and in good faith would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention they were a little rude as well when emailing them initially. Their flowers are pretty, and it appears they’ve done good work, but in all the stress that goes with wedding planning, they aren’t worth the additional stress.

  I am so sorry that you feel this way! I generally respond to emails the most at the beginning of the week because at the end of the week, and especially (Friday-Sunday) we have weddings so we are not on the computer. We did in fact have a wedding yesterday along with other commitments. I saw your message pop through yesterday but wasn't on the computer at all yesterday. I actually went to bed early because I had a migraine. On Wednesday and Thursday I was in CPR training which took up an extensive amount of time. I am so sorry, I should have let you know that I would be away from the computer. I didn't realize no response in 55 hours would create such an issue. I know that now.
  
  This is the first complaint I have ever received like this. We pride ourselves on great work and great customer service. Sometimes, life happens and I am sorry I didn't communicate this to you better. I loved your vision and appreciated you taking the time to show me your ideas for your big day but I understand that from your perspective you feel like I let you down. I am sorry that I could not respond within your time frame. We last communicated on Wednesday so I didn't think my lack of response would create such disappointment. I take full responsibility for that and in the future will communicate what my response time and schedule is like before responding.
