  Professional and Caring Wedding Planner

  Thank you so much for all your hard work for the preparation and during my son Ian's wedding. I could have not pulled off a successful ceremony and reception without you and your team's help. Using Dream Event Services saved me time, money and lots of stress since this was an out of State wedding for us. I am sure you will agree that the ceremony location was absolutely beautiful and much better than the gazebo option that I originally selected. I am grateful that you took your time to go out to Sawmill Creek and look at the ceremony venue options and then recommend the shoreside Willow tree instead of the gazebo. Everyone I talked to after the ceremony commented on what a beautiful site we chose!
  
  
  Additionally, your creativity was appreciated with your suggestions that enhanced our event, such as rose petals along the aisle at the ceremony and the popcorn bar at the reception. You also came up with resources that saved me money, such as the table centerpieces and bubble machine you lent me, the free generator for music, and purchasing the hanging baskets for the ceremony. All added super nice touches to our event. Thank you also for accepting all the additional wedding items I ordered at your office so I didn't have to cart them on the plane from Denver to Cleveland!
  
  
  It was so comforting several days before and the day of the wedding knowing that you would take care of anything that might arise and handle it, so I could relax and enjoy the day! Your assistant and yourself proved your worth the day of the wedding, and I was actually able to have fun and enjoy the day with my son and his partner. Both Ian and Ryan were thrilled how smoothly everything went and how beautiful the entire day was. Even when my friend had a health issue at the reception, you came to her aide and worked with the event staff to get an ambulance called quickly. Once that was over, you were quick to get the reception back on track so that we all could enjoy the rest of the evening and celebrate Ian and Ryan's marriage.

  A Beautiful Wedding!

  Dream Event Services was an amazing partner in the wedding planning for our daughter Laura and her now husband Patrick! Kimberly did an excellent job listening to exactly what the couple envisioned for the wedding. She was able to communicate that vision to the venue and all of the other vendors she helped us find! Kim was very consistent and professional in communications detailing "homework" for the bride and groom, as well as, keeping us informed of decisions made and also the next steps in the process. She facilitated all the meetings with vendors and coordinated all of it. We made several last minute changes and Kim responded immediately and handled those changes with poise and professionalism! The day of the wedding, Kim and her team took all the worry out of our hands and we walked into a beautiful venue to celebrate the bride and groom! I cannot thank her enough for all she did to make this a day to remember forever!

  Kimberly and her team at Dream Event Services exceeded all expectations that we had for what defines a great wedding coordinating team. Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure that our special day was exceptional. Her team was kind, courteous, professional, and thoughtful at every step of our working together.   Dream Event Services is Spectacular!!!

  Kimberly and her staff were superior! They exceeded our already high expectations for our daughters wedding. She lead us through the process from day one, had terrific ideas, excellent vendors to recommend, was thoroughly organized, responded immediately and delt with our many changes with grace, up to the very last minute and detail. She and her team were a practical, calming force, listened to all our ideas and helped the bride, groom and 3 sets of parents work through any tensions we had. The wedding weekend was spectacular and we owe much of it to Dream Event Services. I've already had calls from wedding guests who want to hire Kimberly and her team for their upcoming weddings and other events. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for true professionalism & care before and during an event to remember. She is now the only one on my event planning list!

  One of the most seamless weddings I have ever attended. I have worked in catering/service industry for 10 years and am thoroughly impressed with Kim’s team and their attention to detail. Their professionalism, class and customer service is unmatched. I would attend a D.E.S event anytime.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful with the planning! The way everything turned out was as if I had planned it a year ago! Thank you so much Dream Event for your professional and well put together services!! I appreciate you ALL so much for making my wedding Beautiful!!!

  I attended a friends wedding not too long ago, The wedding coordinator and the staff were exceptional. Everything ran smoothly and in a well organized manner.

  I'm a wedding photographer and I had the opportunity to work with Kimberly and her team this past weekend. They were absolutely wonderful in communicating the timeline, accommodating anything that I needed, as well as helping to get everyone in their spots for family photos. I would highly recommend!

  Simply amazing!

  Kimberly Mack and the Dream Event Services team are simply amazing. I found Ms. Mack about 6 months before my wedding and I had just lost my original wedding planner. I took a chance and tried to take on everything myself and as you can imagine I was completely overwhelmed emotionally to say the least. After having just one conversation with Ms. Mack, I knew I had to have her because from the very beginning she made things better. Things that I was stressing over that seemed so big, she had solutions that seemed to come so easily. As brides, we tend to over think everything and stress ourselves out unnecessarily but I’m not sure where I’d be without Ms. Mack and her team. She literally thinks about everything. Every little detail about my special day, she made it important to her. She never made me feel like I was just another bride. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, no matter how early or how late, no matter how many times she had to answer the same questions. She always made me feel like I was priority one. Even on the big day, things do come up and she stayed calm no matter how frantic I was, she stayed so calm that it indirectly made me calm. She undoubtedly saved my wedding on many occasions. She is simply amazing, and I can’t say it enough. Whether you are planning a wedding or baby shower or any celebration, I promise if you hire Kimberly Mack and her team at Dream Event Services, you will not be disappointed!

  Wedding planning apps only get you to the big day but then you're left to run the show (with maybe a little help from a DJ...if you get a really good one). I promise you the day flies by faster than you think! Don't spend your day trying to keep up with all the vendors and a timeline. Dream Wedding's made sure our day was everything we wanted it to be and more! My husband and I actually got to enjoy EVERY MOMENT of our day. I spoke and met with them multiple times before the wedding. They always respond,-no waiting games (ain't nobody got time for that!), they're professional, and always a delight to work with. Even working together from 80+ miles away I always felt that they were right here with me making sure I was on top of my game and reminding me to have a great time from the planning process to the end of our reception. We cannot say enough great things about them and our guests absolutely loved them too! We are beyond grateful for finding this company and hiring them as our Day of Coordinator. These folks are truly worth every penny! Do yourself a favor and contact them!

She provided me with a day-of attendant who helped me get ready and stay sane before the pictures. She honestly cares about the spiritual and mental health of the couple as she walks them through this busy stage.
