We booked Dream events for our catering and floral services and from the beginning, we were impressed by the team's communication and efforts to provide personalization. We were planning our wedding from out of state and not only did the team answer all our questions big or small via email, but they also provided the ability to have two tastings that accommodated our schedule. We didn't have a wedding planner beyond a DOC and the team was so patient with teaching us how things worked. On the day of, our guests said the assortment of options at each stage of the meal was wonderful. Everyone says you never find time to eat on your wedding day but the Dream team (a fitting name) worked with our day of coordinator to make sure the groom and I had plates of appetizers, received our dinner plate first, and had a well packed to-go plate for the end of the night. The team was also happy to convert the mac and cheese bar into a late night snack for us, and our guests could not have loved it more. We had a small hiccup with the vegan and vegetarian meals, but Caesar himself solved it with me personally and rushed plates out to our vegetarian and vegan guests. Dream's bar services were wonderful, and they knocked it out of the park with the signature drinks. They offer a huge dessert bar selection that makes sure no one leaves the end of the night without a sweet treat of their choice too. We were truly able to have all our favorite foods at the wedding with very little effort since Dream offers such a wide selection of options. I didn't have to give any direction on the food display either- the team automatically set it up with aesthetics considered. I cannot say enough about the quality, value, and variety that this vendor offers for an affordable price range. Thank you Caesar and team! -

If you want your guests to be talking for weeks about how fantastic the food at your wedding was, hire Dream to cater. Every single person at our wedding RAVED about the food. The team at Dream is so kind and great to work with. There was great communication throughout the planning process, and an attention to detail I really appreciated. At our tasting, they really took their time explaining everything to us, from how appetizers would be served to how the signature drinks would work. We chose a buffet style dinner and had a few dietary restrictions that they seamlessly accommodated. Multiple guests were disappointed when we told them Dream is not a restaurant, because they wanted to eat there again and again. It’s also worth mentioning they are a more affordable option than all the other places we looked at, which is crazy to me since their food is so incredible. Highly, highly recommend! -

Cesar, Lisa, and the entire DREAM team were a pleasure to work with for the entirety of the wedding planning process. We booked Dream specifically for catering. I first met Cesar for a tasting at their downtown Austin location - he was absolutely hilarious, genuine, and so incredibly accommodating.
My husband and I knew from the beginning we wanted fajitas to be served buffet style at the wedding. I visited a total of 3 separate caterers trying the same menu at each. We ended up moving forward with Dream as we felt not only was the food prepared with a bit more personal flair, but also that we felt that Cesar and his team truly cared for us as customers.
Leading up to the wedding, I flopped back and forth between the multitude of appetizer choices, which sides to have, the table settings, etc. Lisa was always patient and incredibly responsive with answering my questions, updating the quote, etc. When we got closer to the wedding, Lisa ensured that everything was in order. Dream set a date for the final guest count to be due and in the case that it had decreased since the final payment was settled a time range for a reimbursement to take place - this was something that gave me a lot of peace of mind.
On the day of the wedding, setup, serving, and takedown went off without a hitch and I am very grateful. Our guests love the chips and queso bar, the appetizers, and the buffet dinner. The Dream team was kind enough to ensure that two plates were sent to the bridal suite so my husband and I could enjoy our meal together before joining our guests. I am still dreaming about the little fig bite appetizers! Thank you to the Dream team!!

Dream Events was FANTASTIC. We had a venue without a full catering kitchen, so all food was cooked and then brought out to the site. Despite the temperature and transit, the food was warm, delicious and full of flavor (unlike other weddings we've attended) and satisfied our most picky of guests (truly!) They created delicious signature cocktails, were so great and easy to work with, responded to emails in a timely manner, and provided VERY helpful industry knowledge to a bride who was doing all of the planning on her own. So very thankful for them. Thank you, Dream team!! -

We loved using Dream Events as our caterer for our wedding! They were extremely flexible as our wedding plans changed due to Covid. We loved our tasting and that they prepared the food and kept it at temperature so that we could see how it would taste on the real day of our wedding. The smoked gouda mac and cheese is the best!! -

The vendor not only helped with providing delicious food but also gave me peace! People helped make sure the tables, decor and timing was all in order how I wanted it.
The second I got to the venue, they made sure to let me know everything was set to go and to ask if I liked how things were placed.
Throughout dinner they made sure the guests had what they needed and kept wine in my hand the whole time which was appreciated ;)
Everyone said how good the food was too! Kind, hardworking people with delicious food! Couldn’t have asked for more -

My husband and I care a lot about food so it was important for us to find a caterer that would wow our friends without breaking the bank. We are SO glad we found Dream.
The taste-testing process is super fun and they were so accommodating. They even let us come back a second time to try more options and create our signature cocktails.
All of our guests and vendors agreed that our wedding food was the BEST they had ever tasted at a wedding. We were so glad! We got chicken marsala, beef tenderloin, and fish for main courses. Then we got salad, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and sweet potatoes for sides. All of it was DELICIOUS. We cannot recommend Dream enough; we literally still have friends who text us that they're craving the food from our wedding months after the fact. -

Caesar, Lisa and Sergio were so helpful and terrific to work with during our wedding planning process. Dream Events provided our catering and floral decor. They made my wedding vision come to life and exceeded our expectations. Such a great value, their service was impeccable! I definitely recommend Dream Events for weddings or any other special event. -

Gabriela Sent on 08/01/2018It was such a pleasure to work with Dream Weddings of Austin to cater our wedding at The mansion. They did an incredible job from start to finish. So many of our guests complemented on the quality of the food, it was definitely beyond our expectations. We were also blown away by their exceptional service and the professionalism of their catering staff. Caesar and Lisa were very responsive and easy to work with. Sergio helped us maximize our venue and everything look elegant and clean! All of our food was excellent. The set up for the event was also wonderfully-executed and all of the waitstaff who attended to us and our guests were so warm, friendly, and attentive. At the end of the night Dream Weddings of Austin packed up leftovers for us to take home as well which was great for our day-after hangovers! We are thrilled with how everything came out and will definitely be using Dream Weddings of Austin for future events.
They really gave me my DREAM WEDDING! -

Linsay Sent on 05/29/2018Dream Weddings did the planning, decorating, flowers, and drinks for our April 14, 2018 wedding! Lisa, Caesar, and Sergio are the DREAM team!! They made our wedding day run so smoothly and ensured everything was perfect! They put our vision into reality and did a great job making the ceremony and reception venues look amazing. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous!! I knew from the moment I saw my bouquet for bridal portraits that the flowers on our wedding day would be breathtaking and they were! Lisa and Caesar were lifesavers throughout the day – they communicated with us at every stage whether it be to update us on ceremony start time or when it was time to cut the cake. Here is a list of the services we used:
- Ceremony & reception flowers, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages: All of our flowers were so beautiful and fresh! Sergio did an awesome job!!
- Linens for all tables, napkins, chargers: They showed us lots of great options and the ones we used all looked amazing!!
- Bartenders/specialty drinks: We chose their honey whiskey peach tea drink as well as a classic amaretto sour to serve at our reception. The drinks were delicious and the service was fantastic! Lisa helped us decide how much of each drink, wine, and beer we should buy which was very helpful.
Things flowed so seamlessly due to Dream Weddings’ help, we could not have done it without them!! We never had a care or worry on our special day because we knew Dream Weddings had it covered!! -

Laura Sent on 11/03/2017So let me tell you about my wedding day. Was it filled with stress? NO. Was I helping to setup decor and direct vendors where to go and what to do? Absolutely not. My wedding was at 5 pm and I spent the entire morning and afternoon lounging with my bridesmaids while getting hair and makeup done and having drinks. The bustling going on around me was only that of Caesar and Sergio. The biggest decision I made that day was changing the napkin fold due to the high wind that was going on.
These people are not only amazing at what they do, but they are some of the nicest and genuine people you will ever meet. The year leading up to my wedding was also filled with little to no stress. They gave us choices and we picked our favorite, or I brought them ideas and they brought those ideas to life. Stress of wedding planning and paying for your wedding were things I was not looking forward to, but Dream Weddings made this huge part of my life a breeze. Our contract included food, bar staff, DJ, reception decor, cake, linens, lighting, planner, and day of coordinator. I am sure I am missing something. We paid about $10,000 for 150 people to Dream Weddings. Do not let the sticker price shock you out of going with them. You will not find the service or quality for that amount anywhere. They also provide payment plans so you can pay it off a little at a time.
Please hire them. We absolutely adore Lisa, Caesar, and Sergio. They are some of the hardest workers we have ever seen. My wedding was legitimately the dream wedding I was hoping for thanks to them. You will not be disappointed. -

User1806613 Sent on 09/11/2014Amazing!!!! My husband and I used Dream Weddings because we were looking for chandeliers for our wedding venue. The chandeliers that Dream Wedding has are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! They have two different sizes, a grand chandelier and a small chandeliers. We placed the grand one over our sweetheart table and the smaller one over our cake table. The service provided by Dream Weddings was amazing! They were on time for arrival and the set-up was perfect! Our guests at the wedding absolutely loved the chandeliers and they were the perfect touch to our special day. Thank you Dream Weddings!
