  Pamela and Vanessa offer an inclusive arrangement where they handle a multitude of event segments such as the catering, wait staff, bartenders, musicians, dishes and glasses, staging and much more. For our event, we agreed on a menu and appetizers, and they handled all of the details to perfection. This made me relaxed and able to fully enjoy the party too. There isn't anything negative I could say, as every detail was carefully planned and executed. Many of our guests (over 100 people) commented it was the best party they had been to. I will not hesitate to recommend this vendor and I will definitely call upon their fabulous services in the future.

  Pamela was absolutely a delight to work with. She was very organized, professional and her services truly were wonderful and very affordable. She accomplished the look we were going for with ease and took care of so much for us! It was such a relief knowing we were in good hands.

  We gave Pamela a very short time frame, a long list of items we wanted and very little direction on the details. She checked in with me along the way, and I was extremely happy with all details.

  Pamela reached out to me on Thumbtack, mentioning she had helped plan a wedding at the venue we chose in the past. I mentioned we felt uneasy after meeting with the venue, and that we had a follow-up meeting tomorrow. She offered right then and there to attend the meeting to help us navigate our needs, after which we could make a decision about both the venue and her. I was blown away! She showed up the next day at the venue on time and hugged me and my fiancé right out, no hand shakes. Afterward we were so excited about our wedding, not stressed like we had been for weeks. We signed a contract right then and there. On the wedding day, Pam showed up early with her 2 associates Vanessa and Linda. We did have a few issues because of the venue, not Pam's fault. However, I would've liked the issues to have been addressed more urgently than they were. There were also a couple hiccups on their part that weren't anticipated. While I know these are to be expected, I feel one or two of them could have been easily avoided with proper planning. However, overall Pam and her team did well.
