  I had a great experience getting my hair done at the location on 15th St and 5th Ave, the only thing I wish is that it would have held up better, but the customer service was great and everyone was kind.

  My bridesmaids and I got our hair done at Drybar for my wedding. It was great and so easy! I did a trial a few weeks before that worked out great and gave the staff a chance to understand what I was looking for.
  
  Drybar's staff was very flexible, including when I switched one appointment at the last minute to add my flower girl.
  Everyone's hair looked fantastic, and they let us bring in treats as we got ready and never rushed us. They were so sweet and gentle with my flower girl. Natalie did a fantastic job and I got so many compliments on my hair. It was so much easier and a way better value to get our hair done at their chic salon than dealing with a lot of people in a hotel room. I encourage other brides to get their wedding hair done at Drybar!

  We used DryBar for our bridal party hair (including mine - Bride). They performed 3 blowouts and 2 updo's (one child). The stylists were early, professional and in general, very lovely to work with. The 3 blowouts were for very long, thick hair and didn't last all day but considering the heat and type of hair, we were happy with the result.

  I signed up for the Dry Bar's "dry on the fly" package for hairstyling of my bridesmaids for my wedding day- where they bring their services to you. Unfortunately, the person I made arrangements with incorrectly scheduled my appointment time for 2 hours later than it should have been. Needless to say, the hairstylists arrived 2 hours late and it delayed everything for my wedding day. We were late to leave for the venue. We didn't have enough time for pictures. It should not have happened. When we tried to remediate the delay by contacting them, it took over an hour to get that contact person on the phone after many phone calls and emails. Most of the reps we spoke to did not know how to help or direct us to the right person. I give a very poor rating to dealing with them on a professional basis. It was like their customer service personnel were nonexistent. To make matters worse, when I finally spoke to the contact person I originally made the arrangements with, she stated that in emails we agreed on the time she had scheduled it for....and when I asked her to forward that email to me, she changed her story and stated that I had verbally communicated the appointment time to her. She lied to cover for her mistake and casted the blame on me. Totally unprofessional, misleading, and the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. Do not use their dry on the fly service.
