  Can't recommend Dustin more!

  We hired Dustin as a photographer recommended by our wedding venue, OVY Camp. We're so happy we did. Dustin captured every aspect of our big day that we planned with him leading up to the event, on schedule, without an assistant! The images blew away our expectations. All images are vibrant, well exposed, and feel like they've captured the personality and excitement of ourselves and our guests. They really are photos we'll treasure for the rest of our lives.

  We hired Dustin as a photographer recommended by our wedding venue, OVY Camp. We're so happy we did. Dustin captured every aspect of our big day that we planned with him leading up to the event, on schedule, without an assistant! The images blew away our expectations. All images are vibrant, well exposed, and feel like they've captured the personality and excitement of ourselves and our guests. They really are photos we'll treasure for the rest of our lives.

  Dustin was recommended to us by a friend and we are certainly grateful for the recommendation. Dustin was great to work with from the beginning. He was laid back but very professional and extremely responsive. He was able to offer a good number of galleries to preview from prior weddings and it helped us know that we liked his style. What attracted me to his pictures are that they are very candid and sort of documentary. That was what I was hoping for, a great documentation of a very special day. Once we decided to work with Dustin he was very easy to work with. He provided regular check ins and requested information on how we wanted the day to run and what we were looking for from the photographer. He was as easy to work with on the day of the event as in the planning phase. Dustin and his assistant were phenomenal at getting great shots while never being intrusive towards us or our guests. It was also fun to have the photographers be genuinely excited about the day and capturing special moments. In three weeks we received over 1000 images. Looking back on those images has made us and our families so happy. If anything the hard part is trying to pick out the best of the best because they are all good. If you like Dustin’s style you will not be disappointed in anything that he does for you.

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would; Dustin is truly everything you want in a photographer and everything a bride wants with day of nerves. My husband and I hired Dustin for both our engagement session and our wedding which took place in Joshua Tree National Park. Dustin had no issues traveling this far for both events. By working with Dustin during our engagement it give us a chance to get to know him and feel comfortable in front of the camera which was important to us. Needless to say our engagement session turned our wonderfully and the 3 plus hours flew by. We used one of our photos for the Save the Date so fast forward a year and half later on wedding day our friends were still raving about our engagement photos. We recall them even stating that they couldn't wait to see what Dustin captured for the wedding. Wedding weekend went as close to perfect as possible with some minor timeline hiccups not related to Dustin. Needless to say as a bride, not only did Dustin serve as a talented photographer but he calmed my nerves as any friend would and helped my timeline stay on track. What more could you want? We decided to do a first look prior to the wedding ceremony and Dustin was a huge part in helping us create this moment. We cannot recommend Dustin enough to EVERYONE! His super down to earth and professional energy make the happiest day of your life even better. He is fun and the real deal! We also invited Dustin to our welcome dinner which we highly suggest as it gives guests a chance to become familiar with him and helps you get those candid shots. His photos truly capture the most raw moments of a couple and the energy between them. We still find ourselves scrolling through his blog as every session is so different.   Dustin photographed our wedding in the Catskills this past August and we are so happy he did. Our pictures came out better than we could have ever imagined. He went above and beyond on our wedding day making sure to capture every important moment. He even had to deal with 3 flower girls under age 4 and our 50 pound pit bull who would rather do just about anything than take a picture. He captured beautiful sunset photos that I can't stop looking at. Some of my favorite pictures are the candid ones he took during the reception that truly capture the fun and joy of the day. Dustin is the perfect wedding photographer for a couple who is looking for more of an artistic approach rather than the typical cheesy wedding photos!

  Dustin was our photographer who was recommended by my nephew and his wife. We are so grateful that we took their recommendation. Dustin was responsive and flexible. We also spoke via skype and met at the church location several months before the wedding. The photos were phenomenal. He captured poignant moments at the ceremony and reception that we did not remember. He has an eye for just the right moments and scenery. Ours was a same sex wedding and this was never an issue with him at all. We had TONS of great photos, both color and black and white to choose from and plenty of great moments captured to share for years. Just check out his portfolio on his website.   I have nothing but good things to say about Dustin Cantrell. He's professional, friendly, and a great photographer. He got our photos to us just three weeks after the wedding, and we love them! I'd definitely contract him in the future and recommend him to a friend.

  Dustin was great! Very responsive in the planning process, quick to respond to e-mail and schedule phone touch bases. Flexible with pricing and the packages available - aware of my budget and made it work. I instantly felt comfortable with him. He was early the day of the wedding and very polite/conscientious when taking pictures in the hotel when my I was getting ready with my bridesmaids- he said I would forget he was there and I did! The candids from the hotel were some of my favorites of the day. After the church, we got stuck in 2 hours of traffic and it start raining so we ended up having to take an hour and a half worth of family and couple pictures in about 10 minutes and you could see Dustin genuinely cared that I would be disappointed and remained dedicated to making sure we got the opportunity throughout the rest of the night to make up for that time (sneaking us away during down time at the reception, doing family pictures inside, etc...) I got the pictures exactly on time and Dustin was very responsive when I e-mailed to check in on them (I was anxious to see them!!). I already referred him for my Uncles wedding in September and would do the same again!

  Dustin is very professional from beginning until the end of our wedding day. He's a perfectionist yet made us feel comfortable and relaxed on our big day. We initially contracted him to take our engagement photos and we love his work so much that we got him for our wedding day photos. We loved the pictures and so does our family and friends.
