GORGEOUS site, indoor and outdoor! The main reason we picked this venue was the fact that if it rained we would have an equally beautiful indoor option. We had a lot of compliments from guests on how gorgeous the site was. Also very reasonably priced with several catering options so the price wasn’t driven up. Jen was very responsive and accommodating to any needs and questions we had.

There are so many perks to having a wedding at Eagan Community Center. It is a beautiful and affordable venue. If renting the Oaks rooms, you have the flexibility of using the entire room to host a large guest list or sectioning off that room for a smaller, more intimate space. There are plenty of parking spaces for guests. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained for an outdoor ceremony. We had our wedding in July when all the flowers were in full bloom and the place was breathtakingly beautiful. There are so many spots for wedding photography! We took photos along the walking path, on the bridge near the gazebo and in front of the pond with the fountain. Honestly, there was no need for us to bring an aisle runner or an archway for our ceremony. The landscaping is enough to set the scene for a beautiful, romantic ceremony in the summertime. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We worked with Jen and she was very accommodating. She was quick to respond to our emails when we had questions. She made sure we had everything we needed, including a bistro table for our unity ceremony and high chairs at some tables during reception. The Eagan Community Center does require that you choose your food and drink cater from a list of select vendors. We were very impressed by the quality of service we received from the vendors we worked with. We'd highly recommend this venue for any couple that would like a beautiful location for ceremony and/or reception at an affordable price.

Beautiful setting, and fantastic service. We met with Jen a couple of times. and she was always so nice and accommodating. The center was set up perfectly, even after a late in the game redesign of the layout. I am so happy with our choice of venues and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to host an event.

This space was perfect for our wedding. I was initially a little iffy because of it being a community center but we completely transformed the space. We used sitting pretty decor to decorate and they did outstanding!!!! The center did a great job answering our questions and had a large vendor list to help us narrow everything down.

The Eagan Community Center did an amazing job helping us with our wedding. Living out of state, I was worried it would be hard to communicate and get things done, but Jen is amazing and so responsive to emails! They helped us every step of the way and not to mention it is a great value!!

This is an AMAZING venue! We had our September 23 wedding here, and it was a dream venue for us. When we started our initial search for a venue, we were having trouble finding a space that we loved. A coworker recommended we look at ECC, and I was a little hesitant with it being a "community center". However, once you are inside the ballroom, you feel like you are inside a country club. The floor-to-ceiling windows are BEAUTIFUL and the views of the walking paths, pond, and wooded areas make you feel like you are secluded in your own world. We had a smaller wedding of 150 people, but I loved that there was enough space for people to move around and take a break from the dance floor if they needed to-- our guests were able to step outside on the patio, or move into the bar/lobby area to jump in our photo booth.

Jen was amazing to work with throughout the whole planning process. She was quick to respond to all calls and emails, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our event. She had a great relationship with all of the vendors we used, which minimized the amount of work and communication I had to do with every vendor. The entire staff that worked on our wedding day was wonderful as well. We were planning on having an outdoor ceremony, but we ended up getting rained out and had to move everything indoors. The staff was able to quickly flip the ballroom and make it look like we had been planning on an indoor ceremony all along. Everything came together so smoothly and effortlessly.

I can't say enough good things about the Eagan Community Center and the staff. I highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding!

Beautiful venue! We loved the patio and gorgeous outdoor space. Jen was great to work with and responded to my numerous emails in the months leading up to the wedding. One downfall is they only allow one alcohol caterer (and they were expensive!)

Beautiful indoor ceremony and reception site with options for outdoor photos (lake, gazebo, wooded area)! We loved the full length windows the allowed natural light to stream in and made for excellent pictures. Having the ceremony and reception at one site made it easy for the many out of town guests we had. Jen, the site's wedding coordinator, was prompt in her responses and very thorough with details.

Jen was absolutely wonderful to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to have our reception! ECC keeps their site beautiful and though the venue is large, it felt like we were in our own world!

I had been to two wedding receptions at this venue and thought they were absolutely gorgeous. They have a ballroom off the community center with a large vestibule area perfect for receiving your guests. The large stone pillars and massive floor to ceiling windows provide the best backdrop for the reception. The options were endless when working with Jen Savor. She was very responsive and catered to all my requests. The night of the reception, she had a staff that assisted with the bridal party, offered a private room for the wedding party to hold their belongings and managed the site in case we needed something right away or had technical difficulties. The Eagan Community Center was reasonably priced considering we had 250 people attending. I would highly recommend this site for a wedding reception!

This venue was amazing. We had our ceremony out on the patio and our reception in The Oaks. In the Oaks there are beautiful floor to ceiling windows that over look a park. It was gorgeous and our guests wouldn't stop raving about how beautiful and convenient the whole location was! Way better than a stuffy hotel ball room :)

We used the Eagan Community Center for our ceremony space as well as our reception. I have to admit I was hesitant about using the community center at first because my now husband and I live in Eagan and it felt to familiar. In the end I am so thankful that we ended up using the Community Center and I cannot imagine a more beautiful place to have our wedding. It was perfect for us!

We took pictures before the ceremony at the Community Center. My husband and I first walked with our photographer through the woods and around the pond. It was very private and one of my favorite memories of the day. On our loop back to the Community Center we picked up our bridal party and did the same walk with them, stopping to take pictures along the way.

The flowers planted around the Community Center are so beautiful in fact we didn't do any decor for our ceremony. It didn't need it. You rent chairs directly through the Community Center, they will set up and take down which is very nice. The chairs are white wooden chairs and they looked really nice set up for the ceremony overlooking the pond. We received many compliments on the venue. Our guests also enjoyed hanging out on the patio and walking around the pond.

Jen was awesome to work with, she responded to my emails promptly and always addressed each of my questions with great detail. A week before the wedding we set up a meeting (highly recommend this) with Jen to go over the final details. She took her time with us, didn't rush us along and we left feeling confident and excited (the way it should be)!

I would highly recommend using the Eagan Community Center for your wedding venue!

Eagan Community Center in Eagan MN is a wonderful place to have a wedding. It is just beautiful landscaping out side the reception area. They were very easy to work with and I would highly recommend this location for a reception,

The venue was amazing and our guests could not believe how nice it was. When they heard it was at a community center some were worried, but when they got there they were shocked at how open and inviting it is. The wall of windows looking out to the gardens and pond was why we chose this venue and worth every penny. The staff was easy to work with and we had more than one option for food vendors, which was great!

The Eagan Community Center is easily accessible. Our daughter's wedding was in Bloomington and was a quick trip over to the Center. They are a good value and the room (The Oakes) has floor to ceiling windows with a fountain and beautiful flora outside. The Oaks room can easily hold approx 20 tables of 8-10 people. They have caterers that they work with, which made the search easy. Melissa was great for returning e-mails and phone calls. My only complaint is that the cordless mic we rented was not there when the reception started, but was soon provided...I'm sure just an oversight. Worth the drive over to check it out for yourself. I have to start with how amazing Jen was. She was responsive and helpful. The venue was perfect for our Winter wedding. As all the windows over looked the park so you still felt like you were outside, but not freezing. There are amazing opportunities to take photos inside and out. The price was right, especially since they have off season pricing. The only downside, that would be encourage for consideration is food and drink. They have 3 food caterers to choose from and 1 beverage caterer. So this increases the cost because options are limited. And you can't bring in ANY outside food, not even starbucks coffee or bagels. This forced us to get ready at the hotel instead of the venue. But if none of that bothers you this is your place! I really thought it was perfect. We did our ceremony and reception here.

Jen is really responsive, very professional and helped us really create a reception that was enjoyable for everyone. She was really open to us doing things a little differently and it was beautiful. The one complaint that I have is that there was a reptile convention in the building the same day as my wedding reception. While the staff did do a good job of keeping them separate, we did not find out about it until the week before the wedding. It would have been nice to have more of a heads up so it wasn't such a surprise.

Melissa and ECC were wonderful. They were open to idea we had for the room, accomodating when we asked for a closet, and very helpful answering questions.

The location was beautiful. Our ceremony was on the patio overlooking the beautiful pond and foutain. The flowers were gorgeous that were planted around the patio. The reception was in The Oaks room, and it was lovely and overlooked the patio where we just were married. Lovely!

The Eagan Community Center was an excellent site for our reception. We were able to get into the room at 8am to set everything up. The coordinator was very responsive to our requests and the setting is beautiful with an outdoor patio and trails for kids to play.

Melissa Wind was our contact at ECC. Meetings with her were simple and quick - she always had answers to our questions. The banquet space at ECC is very simply decorated as the floor to ceiling windows allow tons of natural light and the greens & patio behind the room are really pretty. Kindof wish there were a few more food vendors to choose from.....but on the flip side that made things easy since looking for someone you want to hire is like looking for a needle in a haystack!

We loved our location. It was beautiful. We had several compliments on how beautiful the grounds were. Only complaint was the responsiveness/professionalism of Melissa.
