Our wedding at Eagle Vines Vineyard was an unforgettable experience. Very friendly LGBTQ venue! From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff at Eagle Vines Vineyard went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, from the elegant decor to the exceptional service. Tiffany was excellent to work with!

Tiffany was great, she was very responsive and guided us every step of the way. They really were nice to our guests and the food was awesome. I recommend the branzino and prime rib! Cooked to perfection

Eagle Vines was the perfect place for our wedding. We immediately fell in love with the beautiful views and loved that there was a tent included for the reception. The tent already had a great deal of decorations included and it was nice to have the table set-up taken care of by the eagle vines staff. Tiffany the eagle vines coordinator was also amazing-- very responsive to all our questions and very organized. The food was also included and very good- the chef even gave us complimentary sandwiches and champagne when we were getting ready. Would highly recommend!!

We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at Eagle Vines this past weekend. Worth every penny! Tiffany, the event coordinator, was amazing to work with. She answered my (many) questions quickly, and always kept me in the loop. We had many requests when it came to timing of our day, and her and her staff executed flawlessly. Food was AMAZING, and everyone was blown away by the generous portion size. I will recommend Eagle Vines to anyone looking to get married in the Napa area!

When we first started to look for outdoor venues for our wedding, we had no idea how much we would love this location! The views are gorgeous and, Tiffany, the wedding event coordinator was awesome and easy to work with! She was so patient with us and answered all of our questions! The staff in general was a joy to work with and all of our guests enjoyed the food and the beautiful scenery! We definitely recommend this place to others!

We got married at Eagle Vines on 10/18/19. We had about 150 people attend our wedding. The staff was amazing and really helpful! Tiffany is the event manager and is super responsive and willing to work and help you in anyway possible. She is not the day of coordinator so make sure you hire someone to help you with the flow of events like your ceremony, cocktail hour etc. Denise is the food and beverage manager and she did a great job making sure everything went smoothly the night of my wedding. We had a food tasting prior to selecting our food and I am so happy we were able to do that. Our guest loved the food and that is not something you hear at a wedding especially when it's buffet. The mashed potatoes are amazing, and so is the chicken piccata and prime rib. The venue is absolutely stunning and you have full access to the course for your wedding photos. There is not a bad backdrop in sight. You won't go wrong choosing your wedding venue at Eagle Vines.

Eagle Vines Golf Course was absolutely stunning and the best place to get married in Napa Valley. Sweeping views showoff just how gorgeous Napa is. The staff was so accommodating and the food was delicious! Not to mention the venue was extremely reasonably priced compared to any other venue in Napa. Absolutely thrilled with out wedding experience at Eagle Vines.

It was a sheer stroke of a luck that we discovered this venue and we are extremely thankful that we did. This venue is everything that we could have dreamed of. The first time we walked onto the property we were in awe of its beauty, and even after several visits, on our actual wedding day we were still amazed by the beauty that it holds. It is absolutely breathtaking. We loved how the ceremony was on the grass right next the vineyards overlooking the mountains. It provided for wonderful pictures afterwards! The reception area inside the tent was beautiful as well, with the white drapings, the chandelier lights, and the wooden backdrop. It was really nice that you could leave your car overnight after the wedding and come pick it up the next morning. The venue is gated so definitely secure. We loved that this venue only required us to get catering and alcohol done by them. This allowed us to get extra outside food such as desserts from other vendors.
Tiffany was our main contact and she was amazing from start to finish. She is very energetic and professional. She was very prompt in her responses and made sure to follow up with us.
The food itself was actually really good! We received many compliments from our guests not only on the beauty of the venue but the dinner itself too. We were also really happy how accommodating and involved the chef was. For one of our dishes the beef we had opted to have tortellini accompany it, but Tiffany called us to say the chef personally recommends a mushroom risotto that is normally not on the menu but something he’ll do special since he thinks the two pair well together. We are so thankful for the advice because the risotto was delicious and did pair extremely well with the beef. We both voiced we had wanted tortellini initially since we both love tortellini and since we were getting the beef the chef made us our own plate of tortellini to try as well!

I was so happy with eagle vine for my wedding venue. The view, the food, the service of all the staff and Tiffany the event coordinator was nothing short or awesome. All my guests said that was the best wedding they have ever been to. It all was so smooth and it was an amazing day. I recommend this venue 100 percent.

I absolutely loved everything about having my wedding here! The food, the drinks, the location, the availability of staff throughout the evening was perfect! Most importantly, Tiffany, the events and wedding sales coordinator was phenomenal! She made planning a wedding so much easier. She was responsive, flexible and provided so many wonderful ideas and great support throughout the entire process! You will not go wrong by choosing this venue!

We loved this venue! We got so many amazing compliments on how gorgeous it is. It is the perfect mix of outdoor while still being able to have some coverage. The grounds are very well kept. The food was well prepared and good serving size. There are so many areas to get great wedding pictures. We loved working with the staff and they were always quick to answer any emails. We would highly recommend.

I know, I know a 5/5 rating doesn't seem possible when giving an honest review. By the time I finish, I hope anyone reading this will understand why!

My new hubby and I put down a $2000.00 deposit on 8/12/2015 to reserve the date of September 3, 2016. In February 2016 we were invited to a tasting at the venue with all other 2016 wedding couples. Unfortunately, due to staffing issues they had only one chef to prepare every item on the catering menu. Needless to say the food was awful. but I wasn't ready to render a final opinion.
I met Alisa Hartman for the first time in July and liked her immediately. She responded to me by phone or email within minutes of my calls. Alisa and I also met multiple times to go over contracts or menus, or where I wanted tables. She was truly amazing in her knowledge of the business, and customer relations. I can't say enough how great the entire staff is at giving the VIP treatment.
The one element that I appreciated the most was the manner in which the catering costs were handled. Once my final count was submitted along with the menu, the contract was updated to reflect our choices and number of meals. The estimated balance was provided requiring only half be paid immediately. The day of the event, Alisa provided an itemized statement that was easy to read and understand. She asked us to review it carefully, and told us she would modify anything we wanted to remove or did not want. Once we approved the charges and returned it to her, she immediately followed up with a phone call. It was during this call that the final balance was discussed and the payment processed. Never any surprises.
The wedding was amazing and everything I had hoped it to be. The food was outstanding and we received many favorable comments. The service staff was just as wonderful. The tables were all served very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the tables were cleared after the meal. Thank you Eagle Vines!!

While our wedding hasn't happened yet, this was the first venue that we went to see. It perfectly meshed what I was looking for as well as what the groom is looking for. Questions so far have been answered easily, and the staff is incredibly easy to work with! I look forward to planning my wedding with them! We were also able to see the venue while it was set up for an event, which really helped me to decide how I wanted to use the space.

Our wedding day was everything that we imagined it to be and Eagle Vines played a huge role in that. The venue has picturesque views that help make your ceremony beautiful. There are even panoramic views from inside the custom tent. We were so lucky to happen upon this venue when driving by. Many venues do not have tents, so you have to pay a large amount to rent the tent of your dreams. Eagle Vines not only has a tent up for your use, but it's custom built so the interior has rustic wooden walls and gorgeous chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The venue & it's built in features added so much ambiance on our wedding day. I also can't say enough about Ehrin, the on-site Events Manager. He is a relaxed & calm guy, which is a great energy to have around brides (who are usually not relaxed, or calm). He is so easy to work with & kept me at ease throughout the planning process by being very organized, responsive, and flexible. Eagle Vines is also great because they do not try to nickel & dime you with random hidden fees or added costs. You know what you're paying from the start & they stick to it. I highly recommend having your wedding or any event at Eagle Vines!

I LOVED my venue! All of my guests fell in love with the mountains, vineyards and brook that surrounded my venue. However, the best part was Ehrin, who is the venue coordinator. I am from Florida and had a destination wedding and Ehrin always responded to all my emails immediately and was always available. He helped me rent tables and even allowed me to use their wine barrels and projector at no extra cost. The day of the wedding he was extremely attentive and very helpful to my day of coordinator. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.

The venue was absolutely beautiful! The staff was amazing, food was delicious and I could not have asked for a more perfect day! Everything flowed flawlessly. Seriously a fairy tale wedding! All of our guests even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!!!
