What a great time we shared with East Coast Party Band! They have so much energy and will keep your guests on the dance floor! They did a great job communicating with us and we were very impressed with their presentation. They were perfect for our wedding reception!

Our daughter's wedding was held at The Green Boundary Club, with the reception to follow at The Carriage House Inn in downtown Aiken, SC. Several months before the event, I contacted Mark Black, their lead vocalist and sax payer, and was pleased to learn they had an open date. We discussed the contract details, deposit, staging and power requirements, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. We had been praying for good weather for the outdoor event, and The Good Lord and Mother Nature delivered in style! The set-up crew arrived early in the day and were very professional in their duties. After the beautiful wedding ceremony, guests began arriving at the reception. The caterer David Sacks, with Newberry Hall had done a splendid job, and began serving as the guests arrived. The wedding and bridal party arrived, were introduced and Maryann and I enjoyed our Father-Daughter First Dance. Shortly after, the East Coast Party Band began their first number... As I glanced around the audience while guests were mingling, eating, enjoying a glass of wine, most then stopped, exchanged looks of amazement, and stood is absolute awe of what they heard...! Their commanding talent and stage presence was unbelievable!
I was approached later in the evening by a couple who arrived late, and as they parked their car in front and began walking toward the Carriage House, the husband remarked.. "Hurry. The band's already started". The wife responded by saying "No, Honey. We're OK. That's just a recording." As they walked into the courtyard, they soon realized he was right - this was NO RECORDING. This was THE band. Playing LIVE. And sounding BETTER than the original! Maryann and Chris' wedding was just over a year ago, and I still have friends comment on how great the ECPB was, and asking when were were going to do it again?
I can't recommend a finer, more professional, and talented group of musicians and singers. Period. From anywhere. They are truly among the best I've ever heard!

We had the East Coast Party Band play for our wedding. We spoke with Jack about our needs and he made us feel at ease, offered suggestions and got us a contract that day. The day of our wedding, the weather had turned sour and we were moved inside to a small ballroom and these guys got everything taken care of, set-up with no fuss and not only did it sound great, it looked great. Their lighting was spectacular and again, their sound was fantastic. They play a variety of music that fit our guests just perfectly from Sinatra to Neyo and of course being a band in the south, they played all of pour favorite beach music and soul music as well. We could not have been more pleased and our guests who came from all over the United States LOVED them. You could not ask for a more professional and accommodating group anywhere.

I've been to many East Coast Party Band events over the years and have never been disappointed. When we were planning our daughter's wedding, they were her first choice. Knowing a little about the "concert" business from my college days, I tried to let her down easy because of their performances, stage presence, and professionalism that I have seen I knew we couldn't afford them. Much to my delighted surprise, they were within our budget. When we first contacted ECPB which was in May of 2013 and booked the date, one of the earlier communications from Jack Tankersley was the playlist. One request we had was "Joanna" by Kook and the Gang, which ECPB did not have in their repertoire. They learned "Joanna" and that was the beginning of a GREAT reception!!!! From a technical standpoint, I received their rider for electrical and stage requirements and found out that they were very flexible. ECPB is a beach music based band with an influx of contemporary songs. Their songlist is so extensive that I feel confident your musical taste can be satisfied. The band uses state of the art technology which means less floor space for equipment and more room for dancing.
