East Ivy Mansion is the most beautiful wedding venue I have ever seen. Not only did we think it felt like a fairytale, but our guests could not stop raving about it. Many people said it felt like five venues in one because it has so many unique settings for the various events throughout the night. Also, having our wedding party spend the night there was so fun!
Amanda is amazing and responds SO quickly. We did not use her as our wedding coordinator but I think she would do an unbelievable job. Even though she was not our coordinator she went above and beyond to help make everything perfect and even got behind the bar to help out!
I could go on and on about how great East Ivy is, but I think the pictures speak for themselves. -

Best wedding venue ever!
Literally I couldn't have dreamed up a better day. Amanda and her team made this event the best it could be. The venue was the most perfect backdrop. We received so many compliments throughout the night and days after about how gorgeous the wedding was. It was truly magical. -

This was our top choice from day one but we had an incredibly short engagement and we're worried we wouldn't be able to get a date that worked for us since it's such a great location and they're obviously booked during peak times. We toured several other venues as back ups but none of them had the "wow" factor of East Ivy. Just the grounds and atmosphere is so unique and elegant without being stuffy. So many people said it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to and so much fun too.
Behind the scenes, it wasn't all fun and elegance though. Half our wedding party including the bride came down with a stomach bug the night before and some even ended up in the ER. The wedding coordinator Jamie was great though and rolled with all the day of changes due to the fact that we were sick and they even arranged for a service to come in and give us IV's before the wedding to get us through.
If you want the most incredible wedding you've ever dreamed of, East Ivy is the PERFECT venue!! -
User2354888 Sent on 10/07/2015My wedding at East Ivy was beyond my wildest dreams. It was perfect in every way, and unbelievably beautiful. The venue is so stunning by itself, I barely needed to decorate. All of guests kept gushing over beautiful the space as well. Jamie and Coby were fantastic to work with, and made me feel at ease. We planned everything in 8 weeks, and Jamie was beyond helpful in making sure there was no stone left untouched, and made everything come together flawlessly. I really couldn't have done it without her. My wedding was truly better than anything I ever imagined- all thanks to East Ivy. -

User2208339 Sent on 07/02/2015Jamie, the event coordinator, is the reason our wedding ran so smoothly. She was very professional every time we talked and consistently followed up with me about details that I kept forgetting. She made sure she had all the correct information before the weekend of the wedding and helped work out all the kinks during the rehearsal. She was by my side the entire day while getting ready and taking pictures, reassuring me we were right on schedule. If there was any sort of problem, Jamie handled it behind the scenes without letting anyone know or worry. She even had to add a sweetheart table at the last minute to make sure we were able to sit down and actually eat. She remained calm while being completely professional the entire time and made sure we were the priority the entire day. We are so happy she was available to us for our wedding!!

We chose East Ivy Mansion because it is so unique in Nashville! We didn't want a farm/rustic wedding... we didn't want the exposed brick/wood vibe... and that's a lot of the venue options in Nashville! I wanted our wedding to feel like a lush, luxe backyard party and that's what it felt like.
Some older reviews mention management issues. These scared me when I was selecting East Ivy. I even spoke with brides who had horror stories from their East Ivy weddings! However, management has changed and this is no longer an issue! Amanda at East Ivy was great to work with for us, and for our planner to work with as well. She is a professional with a lot of experience in events. We loved her!
I will say this is one of the most expensive venues in town, in our research. But it's so magnificent, I'm so glad we chose it.
If I could change anything, I was not in love with the interior... our "getting ready" space was not as chic as I'd hoped, BUT that's very minor compared to the beauty of the gardens. I addressed this by asking my photographer not to focus on the interior of the house. I'll take it!
Overall, East Ivy is so beautiful that it truly influenced the theme of my whole wedding. Once we booked it, I chose a garden-inspired dress, I had our bridal party in greens and blues, and our invitation had lush greens and flowers. I even ended up with an ivy-inspired wedding band. East Ivy Mansion is so beautiful and I would choose it all over again in a heartbeat! -
