  Three months before my wedding I had a falling out with the seamstress who was supposed to be making me a dress. I went to Ash with my mom and found a couple I loved, I asked if he could change the liner to a light blue and he said yes. I asked if it could be done in 3 months and again said yes. When I had my initial consultation with Melanie to discuss what needed to be done she let me know it would be tough but she'd make time with it being prom season and all. I let her know what had happened with my original dress and she took me under her wing and made my dress into my dream dress! I can't thank her and Ash enough. They truly cater to the bride and have an amazing taste in dresses as well as serious sowing skills!

  I only have gone for my initial consultation but with Elyse's help and expertise I said yes to the dress!! I love that it's a married couple running this business! Both Elyse and Gary are delightful to work with. I can't wait for my dress to come in and have my first fitting!

  Ash was amazing!! I got my prom dress here and 15 years later I came back and got my wedding dress! I had a Maggie Sottero dress in mind that I wanted and couldn't find anywhere! Ash was able to get the sample dress in and of course that was it, I said yes to the dress! The dress was perfect, I couldn't have asked for anything more! The girls that work there are great too! Don't look any further because this is where you WILL find your dream wedding dress!

  The owner was very nice, he sold me a dress that I could not get anywhere else, because it hasn't been made for a while, off of the rack for a good price. There are also a lot of pretty veils.

  What an amazing place to shop! Ash and his staff are wonderful and he personally close the dress I ended up purchasing. I also purchased a veil and hair comb there as well as did all of my alterations there.

  I purchased my bridesmaid dresses through East West. I also had my alterations done here even though I purchased my dress elsewhere. I was very happy with the fittings and options for my bustle. I have since gone to East West bridal to order dresses for other weddings as well as additional fittings.

  I immediately felt welcome is this shop. The owner has a great eye for what looks great on a woman and picked the perfect dress for me to try on. I have started alterations as well and couldn't be happier with the seamstress he employs and has been working with for over 20 years. I highly recommend this shop to any bride looking for a beautiful gown.

  Definitely check out this boutique. I was having the absolute worst time trying to find my dress. I knew exactly what I wanted but couldn't find it in any store. I went to East West Bridal and I explained to Ash, the owner, what I was looking for. Right away he showed me a picture of my dream dress and told me he didn't have it but would special order it for me. Sure enough, it came in and it was The One. I live in Florida so had to arrange fittings while I was visiting my family in CT. Even though my trips did not coincide with the seamstress' schedule, both she and Ash were wonderfully accommodating. I was able to get all my fittings done in a reasonable time and she made sure I was 100% satisfied with the look and feel of my dress. All in all, the service I received was above and beyond.

  I found a great dress at this store. I was very wary about paying for the whole dress up front, so the owner worked out a deal with me that I could pay a portion at my first dress fitting. I would have been more comfortable holding some of the payment back till the alterations were complete, but the seamstress was fantastic, and the dress came out perfectly.

  Purchased our beautiful bridesmaid dresses here. The staff was friendly and helped when needed. They didnt hover over us. We found the perfect dress quickly because of the huge selection of quality gowns. Price higher than expected, but it was an unbelievable dress. Seamstress very talented too. She tailored my gown purchased elsewhere

  I chose East-West Bridal because they were the only bridal boutique that had a specific dress I wanted to try on. If I had known that and Alfred Angelo boutique was going to open 2 months later I would have waited! I was not impressed by the service I received at this store. We got lost and I called the store to let them know we would be late to our appointment. They were rude and told me I might not get service that day. We ended up being a half hour late and they did help me. The woman helping me was nice and polite but the male manager was cold and when I asked about the military discount advertised on the website it took him forever to get it in the system. He told me they would call me in Feb/Mar to schedule my fitting. They never called me; I called them mid-March. They had some beautiful, unique dresses but the store was so disorganized and they didn't offer to help me find bridesmaids dresses, veil, shoes or anything else. Ultimately I got the rest of my attire another place.
