We rented rugs for our ceremony and colored goblets for our reception from East West. Their online order process was simple and we enjoyed looking through the options they provide. Once our wedding weekend came, delivery & pickup were seamless. The look of the rugs tied together the aesthetic of our ceremony and provided the bride a comfy place to stand barefoot when her heels became too much. The goblets were gorgeous, even larger than we anticipated, and offered variety & color to our tables. These were detail items that elevated our big day and we really appreciate East West for being a part of it. -

East West provided a ton of the rentals for our day (tableware, glassware, seating, etc.), and they were a huge contributor of color and unique details throughout the wedding! All of the items were exactly as pictured (maybe better) and communication with everyone we spoke with from East West was lovely and super easy. -

Awesome stuff, easy to work with, and totally hassle free with setup and pickup. Just picked our stuff paid, and then it was there, looking awesome and giving our wedding a really nice touch. Would highly recommend! Thanks! -

We recently held our daughter’s wedding in Asheville, NC. She envisioned a cozy and comfortable event for her family and closest friends and wanted to create seating areas at the reception where folks could gather to visit and relax. East-West Vintage Rentals has a wonderful collection of antique furnishings and all the trimmings. Nikki and her staff delivered and set up two beautiful seating areas and provided an eclectic collection of colored goblets and candlesticks to complete the vision we had for the dining tables. My daughter and I had fun visiting her space looking for just the right pieces and Nikki was so kind and patient as we struggled to choose from all of her beautiful inventory!East West Vintage Rentals's reply:

I knew I wanted vintage furniture and touches with my wedding. However, due to Covid, our wedding plans changed multiple times- including locations and what rentals were needed. Nikki was always responsive and patient and willing to make any adjustments needed including adding in ceremony seating last minute. Everything turned out beautiful and the furniture provided exactly what I was dreaming of! -

We used East-West for our lounge furniture for our wedding reception. The Mocha Setee and Green Velvet Sofa were GORGEOUS and fit our "romantic vintage" theme perfectly. East-West was affordable while providing items that appeared high-end, and they were incredibly professional and prompt with communication throughout our experience working together. The furniture arrived on-time at our venue ready to go on the day-of! We continue to receive compliments even after the wedding! We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend this company for vintage rentals in Asheville! -

We used East West Vintage rubs for our wedding to create a non-existent aisle and protect my dress from the elements. It was a great decision and the rugs looked great! -

Nikki just blew Mike and I away with her creativity, flexibility, selection, and the ability to basically read our minds! Neither of us are floral/decor oriented and she swooped in and made everything JUST beautiful. My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were exactly what I envisioned, smelled amazing (in fact, our entire venue looked and smelled like the most beautiful greenhouse and so many of the guests commented on it!) and the quality was 100% worth it for the price! We thought she was the most reasonably priced vendor for flowers and perfectly curated vintage furniture we could find ANYWHERE. We ended up adding some furniture arrangements last minute and they cost about half of what we expected based on other quotes we had gotten originally from other vendors. She became a wedding designer for us without us originally hiring her as one and it took SO much stress off of our day! She was even able to coordinate with my mom in advance as she was doing arrangements in lanterns we had, and graciously allowed my mom to incorporate her own greenery table runners into the overall decor scheme. She met us at the venue during our walk-through on our tasting weekend and offered so much wonderful insight. She went above and beyond and added little decor and floral touches to make our ceremony and cocktail space feel more special when we had to move to our rain plan. Would recommend to ANYONE getting married in the Asheville area especially if you need someone to just take the reins like we did! Will add professional pictures when we have some good ones of her designs! -

Sarah Sent on 07/03/2018We worked with Nikki in two different capacities for my June wedding, and both experiences were wonderful! We rented her lovely space for my bridal luncheon, and we also employed her talents as a florist for our wedding day. The space for the bridal luncheon was *perfect* in every way. After searching far and wide for an affordable space to host a luncheon in Asheville, we found East West and it all clicked. The space is eclectic, funky, and one of a kind. Plus, you can bring in your own food and beverages which keeps costs manageable. She has the most precious tableware, which adds to the ambiance of it all. It's an Instagram dream.
The truly wonderful part of working with Nikki though, was her talent as a florist. I don't know a whole lot about flowers and wasn't really that picky. When I met with her, I basically said -- I want these colors, and an air plant or two, and gave her creative license. I'm so glad I did! The bouquet was incredibly beautiful -- so many people complimented me on the flowers. She also created a beautiful arrangement on an arch for our ceremony. Working with her was drama and stress-free, she was accommodating to my budgetary limits, and the end product exceeded anything I had hoped for. Thank you, Nikki, for the many ways in which your vision made our wedding beautiful. I highly recommend using her for any events you may need a space for, and for utilizing her exceptional skills as a florist!East West Vintage Rentals's reply:

East West was accommodating, friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The entire process from start to end was stress free, and felt genuinely personalized.

User2402293 Sent on 10/31/2015We could not be happier with East West Vintage Rentals. They provided the flowers, vases, and candles for our wedding ceremony and reception. We received quotes from two different florists and not only did East West have a much lower quote, they provided the same flowers and cleanup was included in their price. The flowers turned out so beautifully. If was exactly what we wanted. They also styled the table with vases and candles and decorated the cake with fresh flowers. My bouquet was absolutely stunning. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and professional the staff was. The quality of their service far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to everyone. -

Lauren Sent on 11/21/2017East West Vintage was great and captured the exact floral design I was looking for without having to over explain. The florals were beautiful from the boutonnieres to the bouquets to the arbor piece. Lovely! I also rented the mismatched china and the ladder stand with the mason jars. The were beautiful and really added to the décor. Couldn't be more happy about how the look turned out. They were easy to work with and would use them again in a heartbeat.

User2155739 Sent on 05/31/2015East West Vintage Rentals has some phenomenal items to make your special day stand apart! I rented a table and two chalkboard doors, beautiful touches. They were extremely flexible which was great when trying to figure out when to pick up and drop off the rentals during the crazy wedding weekend. My only dissatisfaction was that the leaf to the table to extend it was not given to us (I also forgot to ask for it at pick up, crazy wedding brain), and no one was there when. We dropped off the rentals. Other than that it was wonderful and I honestly wish I had rented more from them!
