The Eau - pronounced like the vow not in the word. It’s not just a resort, it’s much more. It is an incredible team of talented and detail-oriented professionals that create an experience that is not only 5-star, but one that is personal and customized for their guests.
 
We found the Eau by happenstance. Waltzed in for a cocktail and fell in love with its chic ambience. We came to realize that we had found much more than just a place to celebrate with our wedding, we found a team who would take the extra step to make it truly special for us. We want to give a very special shout-out to Samantha Goldberg. She is an old soul and does everything possible to exceed client expectations. To say she made our wedding festivities simply perfect is an understatement. She curated our intimate wedding weekend from afar and went the extra mile in every way. We are so very thankful to have met her and worked together.

To the Eau Team at the resort and spa, we appreciate every single thing you did for us. Your efforts and hospitality did not go unnoticed. That is the most important thing that sets you apart from other luxury resorts, and that’s the reason we chose to have our special weekend with you. Book the Eau, it’s the Eau-nly place. 

Samantha Goldberg was extremely delightful and her team at the EAU was just a dream come true experience. The professionalism and the client satisfaction was always top notch. The EAU has elegance, charm, beauty which originated with its customer caretakers. They made everything perfect for our day. I cannot wait to celebrate our one year anniversary and many more with this wonderful establishment.

The Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa is truly a magical place to have a wedding. If you want a 5-star experience look no further. All of the staff goes above and beyond to do their job and make sure that your day is perfect. The resort itself is beautiful and offers numerous options to have various events. We could not be more pleased with our experience and look forward to coming back to The Eau in the future.

Our wedding was a dream come true! The venue staff and service were superb. We enjoyed every moment.

Our daughter's wedding was spectacular! The staff's attention to detail was second to none and the dining, service, ambiance and accommodations were spectacular. Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa's event coordinator provided many "tips" which took the stress out of the entire process as well. We could not recommend The Eau more highly!

We just had our wedding weekend at the beautiful Eau. We held our welcome dinner there as well as our Farewell Brunch. Over 100 of our guests stayed there and every single one of them came up to me to tell me how wonderful the staff at the hotel was. Our events there were beyond perfection. They delivered delicious food and a great top shelf bar. The days spent at the pool were so wonderful with great service all around, even from the moment guests pulled up and were greeted by the bellmen. As the bride and groom, we were even given treats in our room every day, from s’more sets to take to the fire pit, to a bottle of champagne with chocolate covered strawberries. I miss it already. Take us back! Thank you Eau!

I had my wedding reception at the Eau and it was amazing! Stacie Hallinan worked with me through the entire process and she rocked! She helped us plan and execute our perfect wedding. Besides the resort being beautifully located right on the beach, all of the rooms have been recently remodeled with Jonathan Adler décor. It is sooo Palm Beach and all of our guests loved it! The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The food at our reception was amazing (just wish I had eaten more). We had the majority of our guests stay at the hotel, and many of them were there for 3-5 days. It was a blast and the Eau afforded the perfect casual yet elegant backdrop for everyone to meet, hang-out and party. It's expensive, as most high-end resorts are, but I felt it was totally worth it.

Enjoyed spa services pre-wedding, and they were amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

They were the absolute best venue i could have ever imagined for my whole life. They made everything perfect and it was truly a dream come true. They were so well organized and thorough. i would recommend them to anyone

I will not give Mrs. Sam Goldberg 5stars, she deserves 10! I had my heart set on the Ocean ball room and she made it happen for my daughters graduation. Not only is Eau Palm a beautiful venue it’s has great event coordinators and staff. Sam was always available and helped guide me throughout the whole process from beginning to end.
