  Cindy is an amazing coordinator, so much fun to work with!

  We photographed a wedding recently that Cindy coordinated and everything went so smoothly! Everything was on time and scheduled perfectly, such a nice change of pace from most weddings. We can't wait to work with her again!

  Cindy turned our dream wedding into a stunning reality. We enthusiastically add another 5 stars to her glowing history of stellar reviews! Cindy intuitively understands her clients' visions and values, and works diligently to find vendors that align accordingly. She also understands her clients' ways of dealing with wedding stress, which turns out to be surprisingly important. Cindy knew how to reign us in, remind us about our next action steps, calm our fears, and offer great advice all around. Cindy is a mama bear who protects her clients and always speaks up so that at the end of the day you are getting what you want and paid for. Could NOT have found a better coordinator than Cindy. Can we talk about the wedding? It was perfect. Every detail. And Cindy even surprised us with some extra special touches (like a fairy charm for my bouquet for an extra magical day). Fairies aren't your thing? They aren't hers either. But they're mine, and she "got me," and she'll get you, too, and make your day amazing with whatever rocks your world. No cookie cutter coordinating with Eclectic Events. Back to the wedding? Seriously beautiful. We received compliment after compliment about the looks, feel, pacing, food, and MAGIC of the evening. (Since we don't like to brag, we won't tell you that we heard a lot of "this is our favorite wedding we've been to.") Stop yelping and look no further; if you found this page, you have found the BEST coordinator!

  If you are looking for efficiency, Cindy is the way to go. I had no worries after hiring her to plan my daughters wedding and bridal shower. Everything was perfect and that is hard to accomplish for most people. She had everything under control at all times. She is the best.

  My wedding a few years ago was the best day ever and it turned out great! Thanks to Cindy at Eclectic Events my wedding day was exactly what I envisioned and more importantly, stress free :) It wasn't in our initial plan to hire a wedding planner, but a day of coordinator was a must. My husband & I wanted to be able to enjoy our special day to the fullest and it was vital to us that our guest do too, without delegating 'jobs' to them . Thank you for focusing on detail, clarifying contracts, cleanup, the romantic suite setup and everything you did to make our special day that much more special. Your help was appreciated and your work is priceless!!

A couple of our favorite vendors (a fantastic face painter and DJ) did not even have Yelp or FB pages and so we would never have found them had Cindy not known about them from previous gigs. She also recruited excellent servers to work our event. She has high standards about who she chooses to work with, so you know if she recommends a vendor or staff they will provide reliable, high-quality service. If you want something unusual that she hasn't done before she will also do the research and look into it for you. Cindy was very organized and kept track of everything for us so that we didn't need to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. I hesitated to hire a planner at first, because I didn't want a particularly fancy or complicated wedding and our venue had a site coordinator (who turned out not to be very helpful), but I am so glad I did. If you're looking for a planner, rest assured that Eclectic Events will make your wedding awesome!
