My daughter's wedding was held at the Ecotrust in January 2024 and we couldn't have been happier with every aspect of service, from the event manager, Heather Sparks, to the beautiful venue itself, The Billy Frank Jr. Room. With my daughter and her fiancé living overseas, having someone like Heather at the helm of the event made the planning and execution from my end so much easier. Heather was prompt to all meetings, thorough and knowledgable about all facets of planning a wedding and helped coordinate the day so that the bridal party, guests and all the vendors were at ease and the wedding itself flowed without a hitch. It is also important to mention is that the Ecotrust Building is stunning and made the perfect backdrop to our daughter's wedding event, but it truly was a great evening because Heather was there, supporting and jumping in whenever we needed her. She has a great sense of humor and is genuinely caring and supportive of her clients. Thank-you Heather and Ecotrust for a beautiful and successful event.

We absolutely loved Irving Street Studio - the size, layout, amenities and industrial modern vibes were perfect for our wedding vision. Working with Heather as our venue coordinator was a breeze - she was responsive, provided helpful advice, answered all my questions, helped with measurements, and really went above and beyond for us. So grateful for her during the planning process!

We held our late summer wedding on the Ecotrust terrace. This venue is a magical place for such an event, as you are perched atop the building but still nestled into The Pearl District. The city skyline backed by the West Hills is gorgeous from every direction, and it provides ideal conditions for a variety of photo opportunities. As the event drifted from late afternoon into the night, and the buildings gradually illuminated, the terrace and its surroundings seemed to evolve and become beautiful in numerous ways.

Lauren - one of the most cool-headed and professional people you could ask to work with as a site contact - seamlessly facilitated the arrangements and provided all of the information we needed to host our guests in a fashion that made everyone feel special. From layout to execution of the plan, everything felt personalized and effortless (though so much was clearly going on behind the scenes). We are also very grateful to a staff worked hard to accommodate us, despite some last-minute question marks regarding the weather.

We wanted a wedding that felt stylish and elegant, and we wanted a planning process that was uncomplicated. Selecting Ecotrust made that combination possible, and they facilitated what my new wife and I consider to be the best day of our entire lives.

Ecotrust was the perfect wedding venue for our special day. We held the ceremony and cocktail hour on the roof and the reception on the second floor. Lauren was great to work with. The space was everything we dreamed of!

We used the Ecotrust's Billy Frank, Jr. Conference Center room for a pre-wedding evening get together for our guests in August 2018, and Kaley at Ecotrust was great to work with -- very responsive and flexible!

Ecotrust is a beautiful space with an outdoor terrace on the 3rd floor and a cozy ballroom on the 2nd floor. Our guests were blown away and we were amazed by how little we had to decorate to make the space really shine. The Ecotrust staff was wonderful to work with: communicative and helpful along the way. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue in a heartbeat!

Getting married at the Ecotrust building was an absolute DREAM! From the planning stages, to the event and execution, everything went great and I couldn't have asked for more from their team! You really don't need much decor on the rooftop, as the urban backdrop is spectacular. We had our reception downstairs in the "ballroom" and it was an ideal space for a 100 person guest list. Everyone enjoyed the space, the food and of course--the dancing! I would highly recommend Ecotrust for any couple wanting an intimate, beautiful, PORTLAND wedding :)

Perfect combination of elegance, ambiance and professional staff. We knew Irving Street Studio was perfect the moment we walked in for our first tour, and it exceeded expectations on the day of the wedding!

Amazing venue with fantastic views of the Pearl District! The rooftop was the perfect place for our ceremony. The reception inside was VERY warm, although there was AC. I think the amount of bodies + poor circulation (plus July!) was the reason why. Loved working with Lauren who was very nice and accommodating.

They have been so great and so flexible with our day! It has been great! I thought I had wanted to do both ceremony/reception on rooftop (which is totally doable), but decided a couple months before the wedding to do the ceremony in their inside space and keep the reception on the rooftop and they were SO accommodating to switch the contract! It is a great space and their onsite coordinator is so sweet and always responds efficiently to all my questions!

We were on the rooftop terrace; it is a great venue for local and out of town guests. We had an evening reception and the weather cooperated. It was beautiful and we got a ton of great feedback from all of our family and friends.

Chad, the site coordinator, was responsive, organized, and great at expediting all requests.

The rooftop terrace was a stunning event space - our wedding day was a hot one but Ecotrust was able to accommodate with tents and umbrellas.

We loved working with Kaley and the Ecotrust team! We had our wedding and reception in the Irving Street Studio and everything was beautiful and went very smoothly on the day.

Awesome outdoor venue. It was a beautiful event and everything went really smooth.

We fell in love with this venue and the person who showed us it. Unfortunately, we were assigned a venue coordinator who was awful. She was rude, unprofessional, not welcoming, did not communicate with her team about our wedding, and was extremely rude to our caterer throughout this whole process. She gave me such anxiety thinking about her being at our wedding the day of, thankfully she was out of town, and we got a wonderful venue coordinator who I wish we would have had the entire time. This venue is amazing, and I would highly recommend it, I would however not recommend Heather Sparks as your venue coordinator.
