What a magical experince we had with Ms. Edel. She was kind, patient, and an absolute expert in helping my daughter choose the perfect wedding gown. She did such an excellent job, I went back and she helped me choose my Mother of the Bride gown as well. I can't say enough good things about our experience. We were never rushed, and she helped both of us choose gowns that fitted both our body types and our budget. If I could give her an 11 out of 10 I would!Edel's Bridal Boutique's reply:

Edel is the most wonderful person and her shop is beautiful! She helped me get into each dress I wanted to try on and guided me toward the styles I would like. She’s so detail oriented and is very honest with you about timing, sizing, etc! My dress came exactly when she said it would and was everything I ever dreamed it would be.Edel's Bridal Boutique's reply:

I was hunting for the perfect tiara for my wedding day. I kept finding things that were either too big, or too flowery and headband-esque. When I went to Edel's, she was so attentive and invested in helping me find the perfect tiara, she sat down with me at her computer and pulled up options from multiple designers that she was willing to order for me. The personalized customer service was some of the best I've ever had. The tiara was perfect and I received so many compliments! Thank you so much.Edel's Bridal Boutique's reply:

Kelsey Sent on 10/22/2017I loved shopping at Edel's! While I did not find my dress here, I had an AMAZING experience. The staff is super friendly and takes their time with each bride. I never felt rushed during my appointment and felt they really listened to what I liked and did not like. I would highly recommend visiting this shop! -

Cherish Sent on 01/17/2017I am so happy I stumbled upon Edels Bridal Boutique when it came time to look for my wedding dress. Their customer service is what kept me there from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Cassandra with a big smile! I didn't know you could make appts but luckily when I walked in the first time, she had some time for me to initially look around. At my appts, I got the pleasure of being helped by both Edel and Cassandra who both made me feel like a princess with their complements. The process was so easy and fun. Just how I had imagined it. They have beautiful big mirrors and because they do by appt - you'll always be able to have your space and be focused on. I absolutly love the dress I got from Edels. It was simple, but glamorous! Just what I was looking for! Thank you ladies so much!
