  Beautiful property, amazing staff!

  This was the absolute perfect place for our ceremony, which we really wanted to be outside. Thankfully the weather was perfect and we had the most beautiful day. Mallory and Emily were incredibly helpful, especially since we planned our wedding from NJ and could only go to Newport 3 times before the wedding. Highly recommend!

  The perfect venue

  My husband and I were married on 8.13.22 and it greatly exceeded our expectations. We wanted a venue that allowed for complete vendor customization without sacrificing the amazing views and ambiance that Newport has to offer. Eisenhower house has that in spades. Mallory was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and the day couldn't have gone more smoothly. A big bonus is that there is ample parking behind the house, so nobody had to stress about parking if they chose to drive to the venue. Another favorite part of the property is the stunning bridal suite, it is so worth it to book the extra hours to get ready in there. All in all, it was the perfect venue and I can't imagine us having our wedding anywhere else

  Ideal Venue- Best of Rhode Island

  Eisenhower House couldn't have suited our family's needs better! Mallory was an excellent guide and source of advice throughout the process. We were looking for a venue that showed the best that Rhode Island had to offer with plenty of room for customization and flexibility to account for our taste and changing pandemic-related travel conditions. Eisenhower House certainly fit the bill. Trish was an excellent day-of manager, keeping us on schedule and well organized.
  
  The bride/groom "getting ready" suites were ideal. The view could not have been beat (we were so lucky with weather!). We loved the ability to choose and customize our vendors while still being grounded in a well-maintained, historic, and beautiful setting.
  
  This venue offered flexibility and professionalism with classic New England charm. We would absolutely recommend it!

  A stunning venue!

  We were so lucky to have had our wedding at Eisenhower — not only is the venue stunning and allows for complete customization, Mallory was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning. During what was a very challenging year with many changing restrictions, she made things as easy as possible and always made sure we knew all of our options so we could plan for different scenarios. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and her strong connections with local vendors made me feel so confident that our wedding would be executed perfectly! We had the best day we could’ve imagined and owe so much of that to Mallory and her great recommendations and support along the way. Thank you for everything!

  If you are looking for a stunning and well maintained property, gorgeous views of the Newport Harbor, and something a little different, Eisenhower House is for you! I could not be happier that my husband and I chose to have our special day here. It was absolutely perfect in every way. It's historic, "New England" and elegant in a more understated way. You can dress it up and have a fancy soiree or keep it peachy casual, great for both!
  
  Mallory and her team were beyond helpful in the decision making process, through all stages of planning and day of. I cannot express this enough. Great team all around!

  Best day ever!

  We celebrated our daughter's wedding at the Eisenhower House and it was, simply, one of the best days of our lives. Mallory facilitated the process to perfection- not a stone was unturned and we didn't have to worry about a single thing! The setting is the BEST: beautiful historical setting with the colors of the ocean and the Newport Bridge in the background. The passing sailboats just completed the whole scene. I would highly recommend celebrating a highly coveted event at the Eisenhower House!

  A magical venue with a dedicated staff

  The Eisenhower House was a truly magical venue for our wedding reception. The house is beautifully restored and the grounds are pristine. The wrap around porch and the lawn were the perfect size for my 200 guests during cocktails and our tent was short walk from the house as well. Mallory and Suzanne at EH were beyond helpful throughout the planning process. Whenever we needed to tour the house - they were available. Whenever we had questions - they were extremely responsive. They really put us at ease and worked well with our other vendors. They truly made everything we wanted work, as well. Another thing of note (that was very important to us!) were the bathrooms. The bathrooms are basically brand new and I received many comments from guests as you typically have to rent bathrooms for tent weddings. The bridal and groom suites are separated and roomy. It was really a dream experience! You cannot go wrong booking EH and working with the amazing team here.

  Eisenhower house is an absolutely beautiful location to have your wedding. We had our reception here, having our ceremony off site. The grounds are gorgeous and to have the ability to have the beautiful Eisenhower House in addition to ocean. We looked at many sites in Newport but most were out of our price range. We were able to create our perfect day by bringing some great vendors to the Eisenhower house and have the day we wanted without the extra large price tag of much of the rest of Newport. As an added perk we enjoyed the bridal suite and grooms suite to store our extra things and have a little bit of privacy when needing to use the rest room.

  We were thrilled with the venue, but especially with Mallory and her team at the Eisenhower House. Not only was the location within our budget (hard to find in Newport), but they were also able to recommend exceptional vendors for the rest of our needs that day. Mallory was available to meet several times leading up to the event to go over all the details of the day. She was always very helpful, responsive and caring. The ceremony was planned outdoors, but just moments before, it began to rain and the Eisenhower staff (as well as the truly remarkable catering staff) quickly arranged to move everything under the dinner tent. We even hosted another family event there because we were so happy with this venue. We would highly recommend!

It is a beautiful location and very private (only one wedding a day, so you don't need to worry about being rushed or having other people milling through). The only issue is that you need to organize a lot of things yourself, such as a tent and a caterer. However, with Jen Brinton as our planner this was not a problem at all and it allowed us to make the wedding much more personal. The Eisenhower House also has a clambake pit, which we used for an amazing outdoor clambake.

  The Eisenhower House was just beautiful. I really couldnt have asked for a better location for the cost. People are still raving about what a wonderful time that had and how beautiful the grounds were. There were some restrictions as far as timing, etc - as it is part of a State Park. I only wished they had trimmed the bushes down that surround the grounds, as in a lot of pictures they look messy and unkempt - and that's only a small downside. The house is beautiful and the location can't be beat
