  Wedding coordinators great work!

  Kelsee, Liz, and their Elegant Creations team did an amazing job at helping us finalize all of the small details and logistics of our special day. I could not have been more relaxed when the big day finally arrived. They made sure we just enjoyed each other and all of the fun moments of the day! Highly recommend them to help coordinate your big event!

  THE Best Investment in Our Wedding

  The team that worked our wedding was SO. GOOD. Miranda and Liz thought of everything and were so helpful day-of. Miranda took behind-the-scenes photos and videos of the day on my phone that we will cherish forever, and we felt like we didn’t have to think about a single thing once the party started, which was our goal. I can’t recommend them enough! The planning calls ahead of the event with the ladies and Kelsee were so crucial to the planning process and made everything go smoothly. Thank you so so much!!

  I had the privilege of having Kelsee as our wedding day coordinator, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how perfect she made our big day.
  
  Kelsee's dedication began well before the wedding day. She patiently worked with us to fine-tune our timeline, ensuring that every detail was in place. We had multiple in-person meetings leading up to the big day, meticulously ironing out every aspect.
  
  What truly impressed us was Kelsee's proactive approach. She went the extra mile by reaching out to each of our vendors, ensuring everyone was on the same page, which significantly reduced our stress and made our day incredibly smooth.
  
  Her commitment was exceptional. Kelsee even traveled a considerable distance to attend our rehearsal, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to making our day perfect.
  
  On our wedding day, Kelsee went above and beyond when one of my bridesmaids had an insulin pump emergency. She immediately asked a team member go to Walgreens to obtain a replacement part, prioritizing my bridesmaid's well-being.
  
  Kelsee also captured photos and videos of the event on my phone that I otherwise wouldn't have had. During cocktail hour, her team delivered hors d'oeuvres and drinks to us, ensuring we didn't miss out while taking photos.

  Less stress on wedding day!

  Kelsee and Kate were my Day Of Coordinators for my wedding two weeks ago. They set up all the decor and kept us all on task, which I am very thankful for! Everything was such a whirlwind! They communicated with all vendors very well, and were quick to work out any snags we met. Very professional and quick to respond and answer any questions I had! Definitely worth it to have them help you out! They even offered me food between photos! 🤪

  Kelsee and her team brought my vision to life and it was the biggest weight off my shoulders. All of our communications were quick and easy and I had no problem giving her all my trust. I cannot recommend her services enough.

  So thankful for Elegant Creations!

  It didn't just rain on my wedding day, it POURED. Not only was the weather not cooperating, some of the items I rented from a DIFFERENT vendor looked much different than I expected, one of my bridesmaids went to the hospital due to illness, and the elements felt stacked against me. BUT, Elegant Creations flew in to my rescue. They handled everything for me with grace and calm. They arranged and decorated the tent better than I could have imagined. I think I cried at one point because they made me so relieved and so happy. I couldn't believe they created such a beautiful and enjoyable wedding even when a year's worth of plans had completely changed. I am forever grateful!

  My wedding decor was perfect, despite weather challenges!

  Kelsee and her team executed the exact Pinterest-inspired vision I had for the decor at my wedding, despite the fact it rained all day and was planned as an outdoor ceremony/reception. With their help and our family, they were able to set up an outdoor "tent fort" even with the downpour and the dinner set up was exactly what I wanted. Kelsee was always very responsive through the whole process and was great to work with! She has a wide variety of wedding packages for whatever you're looking for, including bartenders. Thank you, Kelsee and Elegant Creations!

  I had such a vision for my wedding and elegant creations rentals pulled my whole day together! Amazing communication and the rentals were in great condition. Weather was questionable the day of my wedding but there was a plan in place with how to protect the rentals which took the stress away! Can’t recommend enough!!

  I have been and will continue to recommend Kelsee and her team to any upcoming bride! We used her day of coordinating and decor rental. She was available to answer all my questions during the entire planning process and on the day of she made it so that we never had to worry about a thing. Her team was in the venue first thing in the morning spent the morning making sure everything looked perfect and then spent the actual wedding making sure everything happened perfectly too! If you have an idea of what you want, she will make it happen. If you have no idea, she will give you options and help guide you!

  I first worked with Kelsee as a vendor on a wedding we did together in 2020! I knew when I started planning my own wedding that I wanted her to be part of my wedding journey. She was responsive from the start, which is big for me! Communication is everything and even if she was tied up at an event or other venture, she always got back to me and never left me guessing. When I had a major mishap with another vendor, she was quick to assure me that everything would be okay! I’m also super meticulous and sent far too many notes trying to be organized as much as possible but she always welcomed my feedback and worked to make my vision come to life as much as possible.
  On the day of, I had Eva and Emily as the two head girls running my day and it was FLAWLESS!! They were so much fun and made sure we were taken care of throughout the day. The setup was exactly how I envisioned and I am so thankful I had Kelsee and her team to help everything run as smooth as possible.   Everything you need and even more!

  Working with Kelsee and the team at Elegant Creations was an absolute dream. I contacted her about a year before our wedding and she was so responsive, kind, and personable. She helped me stay organized during the planning process and was there at each step to pop in offering advice and help.
  
  During our wedding, Kelsee and her team made our night truly magical helping with every little detail and keeping things running smoothly, and keeping us fed and with drinks in our hands at every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive, professional and kind.
  
  Kelsee’s team set up the wedding of our dreams. Her bartending team was truly excellent and kept our guests more than happy and the party going. We have gotten nothing but compliments on how perfect the evening was, and this is due entirely to Kelsee and her team.
  
  Our wedding was more than we could have ever hoped for or imagined, and we can’t thank Kelsee (and Eva, Jill, Emily, Marissa, and Nastassja!) enough for making the night so beautiful.
  
  Would highly, highly recommend any couple use Kelsee and Elegant Creations. There are many planning services out there, but I truly believe you cannot find someone better than Kelsee to help make your dreams a reality.

  Wonderful experience

  Kelsee was incredible for our wedding day. She was responsive leading up to our day, she got in touch with all the vendors, and she even assisted us with picking up chairs for the ceremony. We had our wedding on an island so guest and vendor coordination was essential.
  
  We had a situation where there was not enough ice for the bars, she worked behind the scenes to fix the issue before we even knew about it. Overall awesome job and her assistant was great too. We highly recommend!

  Kelsee and her team were amazing during our wedding planning process as well as set up and breakdown for our wedding. Kelsee and team were always very responsive and helped make sure our wedding went smoothly. So happy with these services and would definitely recommend to anyone!! So affordable as well.   Best Vendor around!!

  Where do I even start? Kelsee was one of my absolute favorite vendors to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator! She took all the stress out of wedding planning and I’m not sure how I would of survived without her! Throughout our planning she was very responsive and made sure I was ahead of the game. Day of her team did an amazing job with set up/breakdown and made my Pinterest wedding come to life. I honestly don’t think our day would of went as smoothly if Kelsee and her team were not there. The team was also so helpful with communicating with the other vendors on the wedding day so all my attention could be on enjoying our wedding. And let me tell you this girl comes prepared to the wedding for anything to happen! My 5 year old daughter was not happy that my dress was longer than hers. Kelsee took the time to make my daughter a long veil out of tulle to save the day. My 5 year old still talks about how Kelsee was “the best” and “so nice”. I can go on and on about how Kelsee does amazing work. If you need a coordinator Elegant Creations is the one!!! I can’t thank this team enough for making my wedding day the best day ever.

  Cannot begin to cover how amazing they are

  Kelsee and her team are incredible, I don't know what our day would have been without them. We planned our wedding remotely and traveled across the country for it, which makes the small details like decorations rather challenging. The girls went way above and beyond in setting up a beautiful reception, it was way more than we expected/imagined and completely brought a simple space to life. There also is no challenge that Kelsee can't solve- our arbor structure was much bigger than we realized and she still found a way to transport it in her truck and get it all set up perfectly. From making the timelines of the day, coordinating with vendors, running rehearsal, setting up/cleaning up, and helping us navigate a rainy day situation, Kelsee is essentially superwoman, and we would recommend her and her team to anyone and everyone!   This team was incredible! The decor rentals were gorgeous and blew everyone out of the water! I 100% recommend them. It was such a joy to be able to relax on my wedding day knowing they had everything under control. They made it look like a dream! If you’re considering hiring them, do it!!
