User1045464 Sent on 12/14/2012Marc at Elegant Proposals did an excellent job keeping our reception going. He made adjustments through the evening that made everything flow perfectly and kept everyone entertained. All the guests commented that the music and flow of the reception were perfect. Everyone was out on the dance floor and had a great time. We were just sad when it was all over...wished it could have gone on longer! -
User1075337 Sent on 01/23/2013Marc was great! He took the time to understand our personalities and preferences. My ceremony music was prefect, and he had and played every song I requested. The photo booth was a big hit. I received the disc with all the photos the same night, they are so fun and a wonderful addition to our wedding memories. Months later I am still hearing how much everyone enjoyed my wedding.

Tabitha Sent on 11/04/2014Everyone service provided was amazing. He was extremely professional and attentive. The music played was great! He made sure everything was running smoothly. He kept in contact with the wedding coordinator and the photgrapher to make sure all events were announced and photos taken. -
User1486239 Sent on 12/29/2013I thought he was an alright DJ. I was very unorganized bride and doing last minute thing. So part of it is my fault.
He was there on time. He took last minute request from me. (3-4 days prior to my wedding) I didnt even have a time line ready for anyone or for Mark. He was very responsive on the phone telling me not to worry and that everything will be perfect the way I wanted to be.
He told me DJ, Photobooth, Candy table, and uplighting was all including in my package.
He was going to put lights under my cake table, and alllll around the reception room.... THAT DIDNT HAPPEN! His excuse was that there was no outlets around the room. That was FALSE! The room next door had a wedding as well and it was all lit up. Few days prior to my wedding there was a christmas tree in the room and there were lights!!!! LIGHTS & OUTLETS!!! So zero lightnings for me. I was so sad and disappointed! I had a small list of music selected but none of that was played. But the ones he chose on his own wasnt bad. When i first walked into the reception for my Grand Entrance... the music was so lowww! GRAND ENTRANCE SUPPOSED TO BE LOUD AND POPPIN! even when i sat at my table I had to tell him to turn it up! His jokes was NOT funny at all!
When anyone made a speech.. i expect low music to play in the background but it was dead quite and boring. gah i just wanted to scream! no one really danced at all because of the choice of music was being played.
As for the candy table.... i was not too sure about it since i did not check it out. My guest says it was good. when i saw the goodies it was not color coordinated with my wedding as i asked for.
Photobooth! OMFG REALLY?? quality was not good when it was printed out! Props? You call these props? The video he has posted of himself had better props than what I have received at my wedding. I got these cardboard paper heads that i do not know who they are. Crappy big glasses! thats all i got!

User838749 Sent on 06/24/2012Worse DJ ever! I wish i can take back the day when I decided to hire him! Then I wont be wishing that I can take my wedding day back which they ruined! Do NOT even think of hiring them if you want to have a good wedding. He called on the day of the wedding to tell me that he cant come and will send someone else. The guy was horrible! I should have asked someone to play their Ipod instead. HE forgot to give us the microphone for the ceremony. So no one heard anything, even my videographer couldnt get a decent sound on our vows. During the reception, there was no flow at all. He stops literally every time the music stops. Like a minute pause after every song! He was so unprepared. The photobooth was not manned at all. My guests (including me) kept reaching over the laptop so we can take the picture ourselves since he seems so occupied! 3 weeks after the wedding.. my guests still comes up to me to go.. "pretty wedding... but DJ sucks!" if my 56 year old uncle can tell that the DJ does not know what he's doing.. something's really wrong. STAY AWAY.. i will post this review on every wedding website i can get my hands on. -

I won this dj at a bridal show, he seemed so nice at first and I was so excited to have won him, he called within a few days and was great at setting everything up but since then I haven't heard from him once! I've sent several emails, text and phone calls, not one reply. I wouldn't trust him! As a bride it was extremely stressful to have this put on me last minute -
User1956731 Sent on 12/08/2014This vendor cancelled on my wedding one week before stating that he had been in an accident and was in a great deal of pain, yet the same exact day of the email (11/2/14) he was at another wedding, as the DJ. You can search his company name on any site and see the reviews. I paid for the "expo" special at half price, which I am suspicious he ended up cancelling because he was able to find a higher paying gig. His lack of communication, his elusiveness and his lack of professionalism should make any potential client disgusted and wary.
My advice to you: Tread lightly with this wolf in sheep’s clothing and NEVER trust a man sporting a ponytail after 1990. Ya know what, just never trust a man with a ponytail. -
User1761987 Sent on 08/12/2014I met this DJ and his company at a bridal show in Orange County. After watching a fashion show that he emceed, I ended up winning a package from him. I was all signed up and ready to go for my wedding, however, my date changed. He did not respond to me once the date changed, and he left me high and dry. I was so disappointed!
