Keya from Elegantly Done! Events and Affairs was a wedding day lifesaver. Coordinating and planning our wedding with a bridal party of 20 was no easy task, but she handled it all with professionalism and a smile. Despite the tight timeline, Keya managed every detail, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her calm demeanor and organizational skills made the planning process enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience working with Keya from Elegantly Done! Events & Affairs. She's not only a patient person but also awesome at what she does. Thanks to her and her team, planning my destination wedding was much easier than I had anticipated. Keya managed all of the on-the-ground details for Chaz and me, from coordinating catering tastings to taking videos of venues. She provided assistance from the very beginning and continued to support us even after our honeymoon.
Our initial partial planning package quickly turned into full wedding planning, and I’m so grateful it did. If Keya felt any stress on my wedding day, she certainly didn't show it, and I can say I was completely stress-free, thanks to her.Elegantly Done! Events & Affairs's reply:

Keya and her team decorated my cousin's wedding and when I saw what she did for her, I said yes to the planner!! My cousin told me how nice and professional Keya was, but I didn't know just how amazing she was until I worked with her personally. My mom was skeptical since she wanted to be the "planner", however when we met with Keya, even she was telling me to hire her, which is exactly what I did. You never know how much detail goes into planning a wedding until you begin. My husband and I live in California and got married in Westchester, NY so Keya helped us with all of our wedding planning, provided vendor options that met our style and budget, liaised with the vendors to ask the questions we didn’t know to ask, reviewed our contracts, and eased many of our concerns and worries. What I appreciated the most was that Keya was always accessible and very responsive to any inquiry that I had and was flexible. This was very important to me since we live on the West Coast. Keya made me feel like ours was the only wedding she was planning. Not only did she help with the details for the ceremony and reception, but Keya worked tirelessly to find us a rehearsal dinner and welcome party venue that met our needs- which was very last minute. When it came to the wedding, I knew we were in great hands, as her presence kept me calm throughout the day. If you want to remember your day with happy memories, hire EDE. I went through 2 planners and had given up. I was prepared to be stressed out on my wedding day- I just wanted it to be over with. Keya and her team are professional, on time and they get the job done. The venue I used was very strict with décor options and timelines, but EDE made it work with no issues. From our initial correspondence via email to our first in-person meeting, I felt like we were on the same page and really vibed about my wedding details. My budget was small, and I didn’t want to spend too much on flowers, but Keya achieved the look I wanted- even my husband noticed. With all the sketches, pieces of paper, Pinterest boards and internet photos I had, I am lucky Keya agreed to take me as her client- LOL. My husband and I were a little worried about how everything was going to look because our vision was all over the place. We had ideas in our heads, but we were not sure how it was going to look when everything came together or even how to put everything together. And then I found EDE and when I met with Keya, she took all of the ideas, information I had, and she and her team MADE IT HAPPEN for us!! When we walked into the venue my husband and I were speechless. Keya transformed the venue and went above and beyond what we had wanted with so many little details that we didn’t even think of. Hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. I didn't really know what I was doing and Keya was there planning and holding our hand every step of the way! We received SO many compliments on how smoothly the day went because of her. Seriously, if you are debating hiring a planner- stop it and hire EDE!! Our wedding was exactly what we wanted and I cannot recommend or thank Keya enough.

“Wedding Planner” truly does not even begin to entail all the Keya is and does!! She is truly amazing and every brides best friend!! I felt her genuineness from the moment I met her. My husband and I had a vision in our heads but were afraid it would not get executed they way we wanted. I am a control freak so the very thought of giving someone else control of planning and decorating my wedding was nauseating to say the least. My family called me Bridezilla x's 2 and sadly I am not afraid to admit that. But man oh man- Keya was a AMAZING to work with. Her patience with me and my family was phenomenal because we are all a handful if not more!! There were times I thought she would quit on us but THANKFULLY she was kind and so understanding.
