  Excellent, excellent DJ!

  Bob was the DJ for our wedding in November 2021. Throughout the entire planning process he was incredible; he met with us multiple times before the wedding to get to know us and what we wanted for that day. Music is very important to my husband and I and we definitely felt we could trust Bob with his many years of experience. The day of the wedding he definitely delivered exactly what we asked for--quite the party! He can read the room! His lighting was also really good. His online system made it really easy to request what we did or did not want to be played and to plan the whole evening out. Thanks Bob!!!

  They were great

  Elephant Sound was very flexible, organized, and worth the price. There was a few mistakes with music made during the ceremony but if we had talked prior to the ceremony it would have worked out perfectly. They use a website that allows you to put in any recommendations you want and take calls if you have any questions. They were also flexible when I had asked for them to move from one building to the next for my Catholic wedding.

  Just what you want

  They were on time, easy to work with, played everything we wanted, read the room, MC'd, and did karaoke! Flexible for both the rehearsal and reception.

  Very fun, energetic, and great to work with

  Elephant Sound was very accommodating and easy to work with. Their online forms are simple, and helpful. They provided a very fun and energized environment, and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Wedding at the barn

  We had our wedding at the barn, and did our own set up so needed to know how much space to leave for the dj and photo booth. He was so responsive and helped us figure that out right away. He came to the rehearsal and made sure the music we had was what we wanted for walking down and back up the aisle. The wedding reception music was amazing, everyone was dancing and when they weren’t the dj would switch up the music and everyone would flood the dance floor again within one song. The photo booth was a hit and we received a usb drive at the end of the night with everyone’s pictures to keep for ourselves. Overall I would review elephant sound.

  A DJ that knows Ithaca

  We hired bob for our wedding at Lakewatch Inn and everything went perfect. Bob has a form that helps you organize special songs (bouquet toss, father of the bride dance, first dance, etc) and helps to schedule them. Most of all though, Bob is the veteran DJ in the Ithaca area so he knows all the venues, the owners, and has worked them multiple times. We didn't have to lift a finger to have the perfect wedding with Bob. We showed up to check out the set-up a couple days before the big day and Bob was already setting up his lights (which were awesome and free of extra charge), his booth which is compact, and the photo booth which was a blast and all our guests loved.

  Couldn't Ask For Better!!

  Bob has dj'd many weddings/partys for me, over the years, and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He is very professional and goes above and beyond to make his clients happy! His music collection is extensive and I couldn't ask for better!!

  At our recent wedding reception Bob was our DJ and did a fantastic job no only with the music but also the uplighting. I had given him a few songs that we liked and a couple that we did not played. He did a great job of mixing it up to keep our dance floor busy all night long. Would highly recommend Elephant Sound for those looking for a good DJ.

  Bob was our DJ for our wedding and we couldn't have been any happier with how well he did. We told him our favorite genre and a couple of our favorite songs and left the rest up to him. He read the crowd and did an amazing job and kept our guests on the dance floor the whole reception. He was more than just a DJ; he kept us on track all day between timing of toasts, special dances, etc. He's also very affordable and now offers a photo-booth too! You cannot go wrong with Elephant Sound DJ!

  Give Bob a call. He is an expert in the field and will accomdate any ideas/requests you have. His song choice is extensive and he will do everything he can to make your day perfect. We were so lucky to have found Bob and to have him part of our day.

  Amazing Value and Service

  Robert at Elephant Sound was so easy and fun to work with. He is open to any and all suggestions. He made sure he had the exact versions of some of the songs that we wanted. He was also willing to work with our budget. The only issue we had was that he wasn't the best at sticking to our timeline; it is best to have someone designated to remind him of when events are supposed to start during the reception. Elephant Sound is a great choice if you want to keep your guests dancing all night long with smiles on their faces!
