  Sarah Deeke is a dream to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. While she may have been one of the last vendors we selected, she might be our favorite.
  
  A wedding photographer friend recommended Sarah to us, so you know that’s already a big sign of approval. When we first met with Sarah, we had already contracted with many of our vendors which, given our wedding was taking place in a loft space where we had to bring almost everything in, was quite a long list. Sarah took it and ran with it handling all coordination in the weeks prior to our wedding which gave me a peace of mind that my other half and family very much appreciated. Our wedding day proved to us why working with Sarah was the best decision - she quickly handled last minute details with our vendors, kept everything moving like clockwork, and took care of rowdy guests with aplomb. In short, she got s*** done but I never knew it - exactly what you want in a wedding coordinator. Sarah made us laugh, kept things in perspective, and never failed to have a smile on her face! We wholeheartedly recommend Sarah Deeke and Elevage Events. She’s the best!

  I am so grateful to Sarah and the staff at the Art Institute and Bon Appetit for all of their help in planning my daughter's wedding. Because of them I thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening--and felt relatively stress free during the whole process. I didn't think that was possible! Sarah is extremely hard working seeing to every little detail. She is very professional. She always replied promptly to questions we had. She was truly a joy to work with during the wedding planning.

  Sarah Deeke at Elevage was everything I could have possibly wanted in a wedding planner, and more. She was always on time or early. She was quick to answer questions by email, text, or phone. She had a great list of vendors that she shared with me and helped choose from for some of the smaller things that I hadn't done before I hired her around 4 months before the wedding (for example, hair/makeup). She did some hand-holding through the process to help me figure out some of my priorities. She was extremely detail-oriented when planning our schedule for the day. And the day of, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I saw her a few times during our reception, looking busy, and doing things that she had on her to-do list. The night went off extremely well. And on top of all of that, she is just an extremely warm, friendly person. I know it sounds like I'm being paid to write this review, but I swear I'm not. Use Sarah!

  I highly recommend Sarah Deeke of Elevage Events as a Wedding Coordinator. Sarah was my day-of Coordinator for my June 13, 2015 wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond in all aspects, offering sound advice and vendor recommendations and even going so far as to lend a listening and comforting ear when need be. She genuinely cares about her wedding couples and their wedding day, and that passion and dedication shines through her work.
  Sarah is on top of all details and is very proactive in ensuring everything goes smoothly on the day of the wedding. All of my vendors commented how organized Sarah was and what a pleasure she was to work with, which is a true testament to her wonderful personality and work ethic. Thanks to Sarah, I was able to completely enjoy my wedding day without having to worry about anything because I was 100 percent certain that she would handle any situation that arose.
  Choosing Sarah was, without a doubt, the best decision that my husband and I made during our wedding planning process and we highly recommend her service to anyone in need of a Wedding Coordinator.

  Sarah was awesome!!! She was so easy to work with and had everything under control. Her professionalism was second to none. She coordinated with all the vendors and had a working relationship with each of them. If they had a question,they went to Sarah. She handled everything the day of the wedding, no matter how small.. We had an outdoor reception and she was there from tent set up thru the last dance on wedding day. Having her there was a big relief! If there was a problem, I didn't know about it, she handled everything. I would highly recommend Sarah to help with the planning and coordination of any event. Like I said, she is awesome!!! My husband was very skeptical about hiring Sarah, thought it was a waste.of money. Well he admitted at the end of the evening that having Sarah there was well worth it! His name is Tom and he truly was a doubting Thomas. He even admitted to Sarah how awesome she was. Sarah, we can't thank you enough and if anyone wants a recommendation, just send them our way. Thank you, thank you Sarah!!!

  I worked with Sarah Deeke at Elevageevents, and she was absolutely amazing! During the last couple of months of planning she had consistent communication with all of my vendors to finalize the timeline and coordinate the day. She came to the rehearsal dinner to make sure the ceremony was smooth. She was also there the entire day of working from morning until 1am making sure every detail was perfect. The entire day was completely smooth due to her organization and follow through. We had one minor hiccup with the transpiration and she was on the phone immediately attempting to take care of the issue. Throughout the evening she made sure everyone stuck to the timeline, and she stayed until the very end of the night to make sure nothing was left behind or unfinished.
  
  Also, in my search for wedding coordinators I found many other companies that were much more expensive. Sarah at Elevage events took her job very seriously although it was an affordable price for my husband and I. I would encourage every bride and groom to use them!

  My husband and I spent the first year (of 1.5 years) of wedding planning convinced we could do it all on our own. Fast forward to 6 months before the wedding and the realization that there was no way we could handle all of the details. Sarah D. & Elevage Events were recommended to us for day of coordination. Sarah was wonderful from start to finish. She was thorough, professional and advocated for us. Leading up to the wedding, she made sure that everything was exactly as discussed with our vendors. She was organized and made the effort to reach out to all of our vendors to confirm contracts and details. On the big day, I am sure there were hiccups but as far as I saw - the day was perfect! I am sure that is because of Sarah's hard work behind the scenes. Everything ran on time, everyone was in the right place and every small detail was perfect.   I was a doubting Thomas when my wife suggested we needed a planner. Boy was I wrong. I cannot imagine how bumpy the planning and actual wedding would have been without Sarah. She was organized and on top of every thing. Most times reacting to a minor issue even before we had time to recognize, let alone react. In addition, Sarah was just downright nice. We highly recommend Sarah Deeke !!!
